In the end, the errors in cooking the pizzas, the sending of pizzas with incorrect or missing components, the 1 hour delay in deliveries, for 3 consecutive orders, during the summer, made me decide to stop ordering. Some former customers of Gravellona told me last night that the business was closed on August 14th, and that it will never reopen again, because the owner and manager won an important public competition in Omegna.

18/11/2024: Da sempre incuriosito da questo posto. Oggi ho deciso di pranzare qui.... Ordino il primo e arriva dopo 30 secondi con pasta scotta salata e ragù inesistente, secondo piatto, arrosto secco ai bordi. Unica cosa passabile le patate...Nei contorni ti indicano anche le coste che non ci sono per poi dirti che si sono sbagliate... A mai più....

For example, the menu included one of the dishes of your choice with a drink included. NO WAITER pointed out to us that if we bought the large drink this would be excluded from the menu. During the choice phase, the staff did not let us choose a large drink or a drink from the menu, deciding for us but then finding ourselves at the cash register having to pay for everything off the menu and therefore à la carte. Exact same thing for coffees. The manager's response was: "keep a euro and 40 and I will inform the staff have a good day" Rude and uncaring staff, food that loses more and more quality with each passing year and staff who are increasingly less empathetic and professional.
