13/01/2026: Serious for the authentic & high quality of Italian food, beverage, this huge location is for you. We love the panettone here. So excellent brands you can find here only. Spacious with yummy and attractive products, you can eat and drink inside (now is the restaurant). A nice stop for topping up cafe/cakes/ice cream after a long trip from the skiing area as well.

11/01/2026: Last night, for dinner, I decided to go to the McDonald's drive-thru. I ordered my two menus, parked to eat, and while I was eating the fries, I noticed a hair inside.
Of course, I went back to tell them, but the only thing I heard was, "Come and we'll remake it for you." Honestly, I expected an apology from the staff.
They asked me to return the fries with the hair inside to verify if it was there, as if I was just doing it to get a handful of extra fries. I also received rude responses from the staff.
I wasn't expecting much, just a little politeness and respect.
Congratulations for your professionalism.
24/12/2025: We were in a hurry and after a long time we decided to go to the drive thru. Already disappointed in the past but we wanted to try again... It would have been better to avoid it... 5 menus, half-raw chips, 2 sandwiches seemed to have had sugar added and the others tasted like cardboard, 2 bottles of water were missing, mine was told not to put cheese and I found myself with a double slice... So I skipped dinner... And more than half the food was thrown away because it was inedible... €45 I found expensive especially for throwing money away.

15/11/2025: I've been going to this restaurant for many years. It's definitely the best in Pinerolo and the surrounding area. It's nothing like the all-you-can-eat restaurants. The food here has a distinctive flavor. The grilled fish is very good. Good value. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

09/01/2026: Went as a couple... no beer, I was told it had run out, I thought it was on tap, but they didn't even have bottles... Menu written on an A4 sheet... Asked for pizza with tuna, but the tuna had also run out... just out of politeness we didn't leave... A veil over the pizza...
21/10/2025: I've had the pleasure of eating at Il Pirata on several occasions (birthdays, parties, and even more relaxed dinners) and have always had a great experience. I was there for a party on Saturday, and the delivery times were reasonable, especially since you can't expect pizzas to arrive in 10 minutes when a restaurant is full.
The pizzas are very good, and the value for money is top-notch. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which is something you can't take for granted.
Highly recommended!

It's true that there were 12 of us in the restaurant.
Salento grill was poor and not of high quality.
Rooster was not very flavorful.
Not recommended for the price.

06/10/2025: A trattoria-pizzeria in the hilly area of Pinerolo. The location is certainly inviting, but the interior is showing signs of age, and even more so, a lack of attention to detail (for example, the large windows have a fair amount of cobwebs, and the coffee area at the entrance is cluttered with things thrown together). The staff is extremely kind and friendly. I ordered two pizzas, both of which were rather tasteless and a bit hard to digest. Prices are truly reasonable. It's a shame; the ambiance and cuisine could use some more attention.

Validi i primi,per il resto mediocrità assoluta.
Da evitare la sala al 1° piano...acustica pessima!

Ho messo una stella perché non si può mettere zero. 8 pizze da asporto per ben 86€. Pizza veramente terribile. Impasto duro, pomodoro acido e prezzi discordi con quelli trovati in rete. La saldissima sembrava un pezzo di bollito stra cotto e poi piastrato. Una vera rapina. MAI PIÙ. Per la pizza a Pinerolo andate Da Gigi

31/12/2024: Pessima esperienza,cozze andate a male che puzzavano,l'abbiamo fatto notare,ma ci hanno risposto in malomodo, a questo punto,ci siamo alzati e ce ne siamo andati.
02/12/2024: Ho mangiato alla Fenice più di una volta.
La pizza è buona, gli ingredienti freschi, la pecca è che purtroppo si aspetta molto, anche in serate con poca affluenza e spesso le pizze per lo stesso tavolo arrivano in momenti diversi.
Inoltre, le dimensioni sono da rivedere, spesso arriva troppo piccola.
Ma finché la si mangia lì nel piatto, non lo si nota molto, ma quando si prende da asporto spesso sembra baby.
