09/08/2025: Very nice and welcoming place! Super knowledgeable staff, including the owner, nice people who make you feel welcomed and pampered. Exquisite food and great prices compared to many others. I'll definitely be back, a trusted place in Pinerolo!

02/08/2025: We went for dinner, there were two of us and two other tables of two, and we waited 50 minutes just to get a nigiri, the quality was terrible and they were tiny. And after a whole hour and a quarter, the other thing we had ordered (sashimi) arrived, so it took nothing to clean and cut it, which they don't know how to do because there were so many scales. Plus, 3 euros for water that tasted like disinfectant, a total of 50 euros with non-existent staff.

A bottle of wine was served already opened (in my opinion, it could have been opened the day before). In short, a place not to be frequented. The only passable course was dessert. Furthermore, reading the reviews, I notice that the same complaints have been repeated for some time. In fact, the restaurant was empty.

Serving Poretti 66 instead of draft beer isn't great, and if it's warm... never mind... the pizzas are unshaped, whether round or square, and even thin and burnt. But that's not the worst thing, because there's no end to that... but can you walk around the dining room with garbage cans or go back and forth between the kitchen and the oven to carry ingredients or whatever? If you're looking for a pizzeria, choose something else; go here if you need something and can't get it on the street...

06/10/2025: A trattoria-pizzeria in the hilly area of ​​Pinerolo. The location is certainly inviting, but the interior is showing signs of age, and even more so, a lack of attention to detail (for example, the large windows have a fair amount of cobwebs, and the coffee area at the entrance is cluttered with things thrown together). The staff is extremely kind and friendly. I ordered two pizzas, both of which were rather tasteless and a bit hard to digest. Prices are truly reasonable. It's a shame; the ambiance and cuisine could use some more attention.
