Light and delicious, and when I say light, I mean it does its job of keeping the bun intact but leaving the meat to take center stage and take center stage. I'll take a more leisurely stroll. However, €6.90 (that's €7, to be clear) for a medium beer is expensive; you can find the same beer for much less. The only positive note was the very friendly waiter. Beware of those unfamiliar with Pinerolo and using GPS to get to the pub: you risk entering the historic area of ​​Pinerolo, which is a nightmare from which you'll have a hard time escaping.

23/01/2026: I came with friends one evening and, since I couldn't drink, asked for a coffee at the table. I was then told that coffee isn't served at the table after 9:00 (it was 9:01). So I said I wanted a water and was told they'd charge me 3 euros for it, as it's the minimum order. So I ordered a soft drink and my friends ordered a normal drink. They served us and brought us three gin and tonics with the wrong gin. We asked for an explanation and were told they didn't have any, only after having already made it for us. Having said that, they asked us to pay at the table immediately, and you can't pay separately.

Wide choice of wines with some excellent labels from all over Italy, something from France and a few bottles from various areas of the world. There is also a decent selection of wines by the glass. Prices normal.

From the mussel appetizer, served in a delicious sauce and accompanied by toasted bread, we knew we were in for a special evening. The seafood paella was spectacular: rich in flavor, with shrimp, mussels, and the freshest clams, cooked to perfection and served in a large, scenic pan that left everyone speechless. Each dish smelled of the sea and tradition, truly delicious! The staff was extremely kind: friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable in recommending dishes and pairings. The owner also deserves a special mention for his friendliness and passion, which are evident in every detail of the restaurant. I also had the opportunity to try a room in the main building: the furnishings were a bit retro, but comfortable and more than suitable for my short stay. Central and convenient location.
