Good morning, my name is Luca, and I ordered some very good pastries, a coffee maker, and other drinks, and they're excellent value for money. I also wanted to compliment the shop assistants Francesca, Valentina, and Alessia, who served me with a radiant smile, always energetic, and extremely friendly, not to mention professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend them 🔝

Nothing, as far as products are concerned, but customer service is the first thing to prioritize. When serving a customer, you can't answer the phone and cash for another customer at the same time, you risk losing attention and consequently making the person who had priority wait unnecessarily.

The cake was simply perfect: beautiful to look at and delicious to taste! Special thanks to MARIA, who was super efficient, kind, and attentive to every detail!!! A positive experience.
