23/10/2025: A review not about the food, but about the human environment.
This isn't a firsthand experience, but I think it's worth mentioning so you can reflect and, perhaps, reconsider some of your attitudes toward the people who work with you.
The manager's attitude seemed rigid and lacking in empathy, with a brusque, anxiety-inducing manner. She seemed more interested in control than in people's well-being, as if she were dealing with robots rather than human beings—without considering individual needs, with shifts often unbalanced and nights almost always falling on the same people.
The environment conveyed a sense of excessive pressure and severity: it felt like being in a luxury restaurant; there shouldn't even be a potato chip on the floor. I understand that, being a chain, there are standards to be met—but how they are applied makes all the difference.
You can expect precision and order without forgetting that the person working there is a person, not a machine. A smile, an acknowledgment: these are the details that make a work environment pleasant and respectful.
23/09/2025: Aside from a few groups of obnoxious kids, the place was free.
The tables weren't the cleanest, but the floor was fine. The kiosks and the app were almost impossible to use, as they kept crashing.
Friendly staff.

10/04/2025: I ate lunch today and I have to say I strongly advise against this place. Poor quality food, lousy service, and the place smelled awful.
The mussels looked awful, the fried calamari was extremely salty and not at all crispy. Bottom line: they'll never see me again.
There were three of us, and we practically gave away €78.50.

22/09/2025: This is my first time as a customer at this place.
Overall, it was a decent evening. The pizza (or pinsa) was of poor quality (not recommended). The "Hamburg" burger was good overall, only the meat was a little dry.
The lager beer was flat and the glass warm (which I personally don't like). The only thing I really appreciated was the coffee with liqueur and cream at the end.
The wait time was normal given the number of customers.
In my opinion, the bill was too expensive for the quality of the food and service.
Overall, the place is decent (I only suggest moving the electric hand dryer, which is adjacent to the back of the table where we were sitting, as it blocked conversation every time it was turned on).

01/08/2025: If the gods hadn't inhabited Mount Olympus, they would have chosen this place. Simply sensational, delicious, and one-of-a-kind. Dishes to suit all palates, young and old.
Every element is carefully chosen and selected, worthy of a Michelin star.
I've already booked for my wedding day. Let's erect a statue of the man who ingeniously built this Eden, and while you're at it, give him a Golden Ball.

03/10/2025: If I could, I'd rate it zero: the ribs arrived half-burned and with the rind on, and the steaks also arrived partly burnt and partly raw. Not to mention the €15 charge at the door for an evening I couldn't enjoy because I simply wanted to eat and it wouldn't start until later. Plus, their only means of communication is Facebook.

03/09/2025: The basics of professionalism and organization needed to manage a restaurant, from the kitchen to the dining room, are lacking. Service is always inconsistent, slow, and disorganized. Dishes are never served at the same time, orders are too often forgotten, and the kitchen is slow, causing inconvenience to the diners. I notified them a month in advance that there would be 30 people for lunch and agreed on a menu. I insisted there would be no mistakes, and they reassured me. However, the worst happened: a wait of over an hour for a plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce, which arrived cold, sticky, and disgusting. My guests, customers, and colleagues were very angry, and I made a terrible impression on all my guests; I truly felt cheated. Luckily, there are organized restaurants in the area with professional kitchens and excellent service. Never again. I urge Rossopomodoro to reconsider this management, which does not contribute to the chain's reputation.
Having polite and friendly staff is not enough.
31/08/2025: An hour's wait before being served, the cutlet was waiting for an hour and never arrived, so the little girl was left without dinner, everything too confusing, kitchen and dining room zero communication, I feel sorry for the girls who work there who are very nice and kind, the girl who probably manages the restaurant zero regard for the customers, the few dishes that arrived were of low quality, we definitely won't be back

05/10/2025: An all-you-can-eat buffet, one of the few remaining. The food selection isn't extensive, but there are plenty of options, from grilled items (vegetables, meat, fish) to ready-made dishes (fried foods, nuggets, chips, onion rings, chicken wings, udon noodles, spaghetti, rice, fish, mussels, salad and raw vegetables, baked potatoes, carpaccio, a few uramaki, chicken and beef, sausages, pizza squares, profiteroles, ice cream, etc.). The downside is the price of drinks: 4 euros for a liter of still water!
30/08/2025: I recently visited this self-service Chinese/Japanese restaurant...I admit, I was initially a little wary of it due to some negative reviews online, but I decided to try it anyway...and I'm glad I changed my mind!
The environment is welcoming and clean, with a relaxing atmosphere that invites you to enjoy your meal slowly. The variety of dishes is incredible: fresh sushi, flavorful noodles, steamed dumplings, crispy tempura, and countless other Asian specialties.
The self-service system is well-organized, with dishes always refilled and attentive staff keeping everything in order. The quality-price ratio is also excellent: you can eat well, in abundance, without spending too much.
Highly recommended for those who love Asian cuisine and want to try many different things in a single visit. I will definitely be back!

01/09/2025: I'm sorry, but it wasn't to my taste. I couldn't digest the food even though I only had 2 items. The rice noodles with vegetables were so dry. Let's leave the tablecloths alone.
20/08/2025: It's a family-friendly place, not high-class, quiet, clean, and simple. I especially recommend the grilled Thai rice. I always order the dumplings and egg rolls. Also, the homemade dragon fruit rolls, delicious with the sweet and sour sauce. Generous portions. I also recommend the steamed buns.

23/07/2025: Not recommended. The quality has dropped significantly in the last few months. Before, the food was decent, served on glass plates and with unlimited drinks. Now, it's cold, tasteless pasta, a cake that tasted like extremely dry sponge, and paper plates. And there are no longer unlimited drinks.
For €9, you can eat better elsewhere!

First of all, this review is written because you didn't even have the courtesy to respond to our complaint email.
Therefore, we would like to express our disappointment with your service on June 22nd.
We celebrated our son's First Communion at your restaurant with a reservation made on March 5th, so with plenty of advance notice.
We already celebrated our daughter's First Communion there two years ago, and since we had a great time, we decided to return without looking elsewhere.
Upon our arrival, we were offered a grilled sausage, which was clearly leftover from Saturday's party.
We then asked for beer (given the heat, not everyone enjoyed drinking wine) but were told it had run out (there was only one!!!) due to the party the day before.
Wine was also unavailable, even though we had already ordered Arneis and Dolcetto. The Arneis had run out the night before, so with no other options, we had to order Chardonnay.
In my opinion, it's unacceptable for a place to be without beer and wine.
The appetizers were truly poor quality; the vitello tonnato had a sauce that wasn't fresh, two pieces of very thin pastry with leeks, cheap raw meat, and four tiny pieces of cheese.
The tajarin arrived cold, and a portion was barely a spoonful without even sauce.
The strawberry rice was stringy and tasteless... inedible.
The hazelnut roast was truly awful; fatty meat boiled in hazelnut broth...
The tart I ordered (which, of course, is also useful for taking photos at parties) arrived on a small plate that obviously couldn't be photographed, and the rest of the portions were already prepared on plates!!
Furthermore, it wasn't a tart at all, but a blue pastry with a cream that was already half-melted from the heat because it definitely hadn't been refrigerated (hopefully it won't harm anyone).
Let's add that the special menu for people with intolerances was truly awful.
Unfortunately, we invited friends and family and made a terrible impression, and we were truly disappointed.
However, since other customers were also there, we didn't want to say anything today out of respect for your business. However, we honestly paid hundreds of euros, and we honestly don't think it's fair because it's way too much for the food we were served.
The girl who served us was very kind and helpful, especially since she was the only one serving and didn't stop for a second.
You definitely lost our children's confirmations and all 20 customers with us that day...

The only good thing is the prices, but at what cost?
16/07/2025: I got a kebab from them about a year ago, and the kebab came out of a white box under the counter and was reheated in the microwave. They were stingy with the quantities, and the kebab tasted like rubber, and I was sick for several days...
I hope you can make an informed decision about whether to take the risk of going to a place like this.
