28/07/2026: I'll start by saying that I'm not one for reviews, etc., but it's not the first time I've taken the large menu offer and received the smallest sandwich I've ever eaten. I know the sandwiches stay the same depending on the menu. But damn, it was bigger than the palm of my hand. Not to mention the wait times, a place with only two people and a third of my break was spent just waiting for an order that wasn't even what I asked for. I avoided complaining, not knowing who prepared the order, and I didn't want to take it out on the girl who served it. But if you can't even tell large from small, we have a big problem. Not to mention all the times at the drive-thru, instead of the crispy one (what I order) they give me another sandwich. It's okay to make a mistake, but getting it right 1 out of 4 times seems excessive. Not to mention the cheese and bacon fries, two fries thrown in with a couple of drops of cheese and bacon just to show they made it. (I repeat) it is not the first time and I know it will not be the last.

11/05/2026: The place is striking from the first moment you enter: the atmosphere is truly unique, with that typical charm of Northern Italian inns that instantly makes you feel like you're somewhere else. The menu is a pleasant surprise: the dishes are excellent and varied, ranging from authentic flavors to quality ingredients. Special mention goes to the house sauces, refined and capable of enhancing every dish, and the selection of beers, truly excellent. The staff crowns the experience: they are friendly and exceptionally kind, making the evening even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

29/03/2026: I sat down for a snack and a beer. I ordered fried chicken, expecting, as described on the menu, "Panko-breaded chicken cubes and fried [...]," and was served a breaded cutlet cut into small pieces (for the modest sum of €9.50). At the cashier, I told the guy I was being treated like a prank, and he was incredibly kind and understanding. Unlike the manager/owner, who initially looked at me in shock as if he couldn't tell the difference between breaded cubes and a Milanese steak. After a lifetime of working in restaurants, both in the dining room and kitchen, I expected a more professional and mature response, perhaps an apology or the opportunity to change the description of the dish or its preparation. I would have appreciated constructive criticism from an insider to improve the service and demonstrate that customers are respected and not treated like chicken (fried or otherwise) to be plucked. Instead, I was treated rudely and condescendingly, and my "I paid, but you won't see me again" was met with an arrogant and condescending "we'll get over it." Perhaps the manager hasn't yet learned the golden rule: losing customers is a snap, winning them back is a chore. Make room and change careers if you don't know how to deal with the public. Goodbye.

19/04/2026: We had two cocktails and a pinsa. They were supposed to bring us chips, peanuts, and olives with the cocktails. Only the chips arrived after we asked for them several times. The response was: we're missing bowls for the olives and peanuts... too bad they'd just served them to the table next to us, who arrived after us. We'd also chosen the €10 appetizer option: in the end, we paid €12, a total of €26, and they didn't give us any discount for the lack of service... rude and truly pitiful...

04/07/2026: I used to frequent this place regularly: for me, it was the perfect place to start the day, thanks to spectacular croissants, genuine smiles, and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, in recent times, something has changed drastically for the worse. The staff seems constantly nervous and spends their time huffing and puffing, the welcome has become cold, and, even worse, the place is often downright dirty. I'm truly sad to see this decline in a once-excellent bar. I truly hope the management can remedy this and bring the place back to its former standards.
