Classic Piedmontese restaurant rooted in its history.
It features all Piedmontese appetizers, both hot and cold. Do the tasting because there are so many. The raw meat is excellent
Classic Piedmontese agnolotti reminiscent of Sunday lunch.
Sufficient for the mixed fried food, thanks for the addition of brains... Good but, I've eaten better ones.
Cheese trolley... excellent!
Excellent and their specialty is zabaglione... fantastic.
The wines are good but...remember that the bottles must be opened at the table
The young waiter (it was perhaps one of his first services) deserves an 8 for the great effort he put into it... his colleagues will certainly be able to teach him a lot
I suppose the place is deliberately 80's style, it deserves a revisit but, no personal choices

Consiglio un cambio del servizio al tavolo per la lentezza e la poca organizzazione.
Ci sono persone che aspettano 30 minuti per un tavolo.
Poca chiarezza sull’apertura e chiusura della porta di ingresso 😅
21/02/2024: Lo trovo nettamente migliore rispetto al passato, ora come ora il locale ti stimola a ritornare, sia per la qualità del cibo sia per la cortesia del proprietario e di tutto lo staff, manca ancora qualcosa dal reparto cucina ma comunque la mia esperienza è positiva, ho trovato il pesce davvero fresco e di ottima qualità…sicuramente consigliato e sicuramente ci ritornerò…

21/03/2024: Good pizza, excellent service. Congratulations to the pizza chef for the excellent pizza, well cooked but not burnt. Rich in seasonings. The waitress who recently arrived at the pizzeria was very attentive to our needs. The waiter as well as the owner's brother-in-law were very nice and ready to joke. The owners very friendly.

08/03/2024: 4 of us went for lunch on a Thursday, we chose excellent mini arancini as a starter, a liter of red wine and a mixed fry of calamari, prawns and paranza each and 2 lemon sorbets. All for 60 euros. We will return to try other dishes. I didn't take photos.
27/02/2024: Really great food. For now I have only eaten pizza and panuozzi. I can say that they are really excellent. The staff were kind and courteous.

10/02/2024: I don't have photos to publish of their succulent dishes but I still leave a super positive review for location, atmosphere, service and quality.
There were 3 of us there last Sunday for lunch.
We started with appetizers
Veal with tuna sauce, orange salad, cotechino with puree, Piedmontese peppers ALL SUPER GOOD.
As a first course we had gnocchi with castelmagno 🤤😋 and gnocchi with ragù, both super good.
As for the second courses, braised meat and French fries.
For a modest sum of €80 with drinks and 2 bottles of wine.
All this in a family atmosphere, super professional and at the same time "family" service, a perfect combination!
We will definitely be back.

14/01/2024: In primis la strada per arrivare al ristorante è molto arzigogolata con terreno sterrato e varie buche.

Premetto che noi abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione soft a 35 € persona tutto incluso.
Buoni i tre antipasti sia caldi che freddi.deludenti gli agnolotti-che non sono propriamente agnolotti - con pasta molto spessa e nel piatto ci sono stati presentati attaccati l’uno all’altro. Ragù anonimo. Lo stesso dicasi per il secondo un filetto di maiale non cattivo ma senza nessun particolare merito di gusto i sorbetti erano molto zuccherati sembravano più dolci che sorbetti.
30/12/2023: Miglior ristorante nella collina gassinese. Personale impeccabile, gentilissimo e sorridente. La titolare Elisabetta è cortese, presente e attenta a qualsiasi esigenza della clientela. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, non si può chiedere di meglio se si vuole gustare una cucina tipica piemontese, attenta alla tradizione ma che non manca di innovazione. I prodotti sono freschi, buonissimi e anche la presentazione dell’impiattamento riflette l’attenzione che questa Cascina immersa nel verde riserva. Personale, cibo e vista eccezionali.
Vitello tonnato migliore che io abbia mai mangiato, e risotto fantastico.
Insomma, sopra il livello sotto ogni punto di vista. Grazie ad Elisabetta, Roberta e Federica per l’eccezionale esperienza. Non vedo l’ora di ritornarci!

09/03/2024: Called to order takeaway pizzas, I felt like I had asked for the Moon. I understand Saturdays are in high demand but education comes first.
Never received such an arrogant and rude response on the phone. Never again
