03/04/2024: Dopo qualche tempo che non ci andavo sono tornato a fare colazione in questo bar pasticceria.
Sono uscito incredulo per il cambiamento in peggio che c'è stato.
Mi sono seduto al tavolo e dopo 15 minuti che aspettavo per ordinare sono andato gentilmente a chiedere se potevano portarmi un cappuccio e un cornetto. Mi hanno risposto in modo piccato che le ordinazioni bisogna aspettarle al tavolo.
Me ne sono tornato al tavolo e ho aspettato...
Non entro del merito della qualità del prodotto che mi è stato portato anche se da una pasticceria ci si aspetterebbe qualcosa in più.
Avevo bisogno di una torta da portare la sera a cena come ospite da amici e, ricordando degli ottimi prodotti, ho comprato una torta per 4 persone vaniglia e mirtilli (a detta della commessa la migliore), costo 30€... torta esteticamente molto bella.
Quando ho la sera ho assaggiato la torta non credevo possibile un così basso livello di qualità: torta del tutto insapore. Figuraccia con gli ospiti, soprattutto perchè prima dell'assaggio avevo detto che quella pasticceria lavora molto bene....
Penso che la cura per il prodotto e il servizio che ricordavo siano ormai cosa passata. Forse hanno cambiato gestione?
Non so, certo è che se capiterà un caffè forse tornerò a prenderlo ma per il resto andrò certamente altrove.

01/04/2024: We stayed in a chalet for the Easter weekend, a quiet place, excellent location, a few km from the center of Arona. Very nice and spacious chalet, equipped kitchen. Nice welcome from the staff who are always smiling and helpful, the bar-restaurant is also excellent.
Experience to be repeated.
31/03/2024: Let me start by saying, I am already a customer of this campsite or rather I WAS seen the unPROFESSIONAL and unHUMAN behavior towards me, which I encountered when booking this year for the EASTER weekend from 29/03 to 01/04 among other things, bringing with me 4 other families, my dear friends. Giving the deposit for all the pitches and all the accommodations well before the booking dates..
Communicating in advance and promptly our inability to reach the campsite given the bad weather that hit their area, I kindly ask for the booking to be postponed to dates even chosen by them so as not to lose the sums paid, specifying that it was absolutely not our intention to receive even 1 € back, but their choice was to withhold all the sums (I'm talking about 3 pitches and 2 accommodations) without listening to reasons and obviously giving them a "justifying" answer 🤷, that the forecasts had even improved😱😱... ...

01/04/2024: Easter lunch with fixed menu, as a premise. Let's start with the environment which is really nice and an ideal place for groups of people. Well furnished and pleasant to look at. The service was up to par even if a criticism should be made for the fact that one or two more people were certainly missing staff, this is because between one course and another the waiting time was long and above all the first courses arrived from the kitchen a little cold. The food is good, variety of cured meats and the fish was also good. Definitely a place worth visiting if you are in the area. The day was rainy and did not allow us to admire the view which would have been very beautiful.
31/03/2024: Easter lunch at a fixed price, with excellent value for money. A place that goes unnoticed from the outside, but inside reveals a very careful attention to detail, with the right spaces between the tables. Attentive service, excellent cheese and cured meat platter with fried gnocco. The first courses were very good: pappardelle with asparagus carbonara and crispy bacon, seafood ravioli.

I have been there several times, but each visit has been a wonderful experience.
Its welcoming and familiar atmosphere makes it the perfect place for a relaxing lunch with grandma or for any other special occasion.
The owners are incredibly nice and welcoming, always ready to make customers feel at home.
The cuisine is simple but delicious, with abundant and tasty dishes that satisfy every palate.
Plus, special offers and menus make it possible to enjoy a delicious meal without breaking the bank.

22/02/2024: Bad experience, because having to repeat 4 times which type of juice I had ordered, the most disgraceful thing was being made to leave the bar on a rainy day because they don't want dogs inside the place, when there is a law that speaks clearly in this regard. There cannot be a ban on entry of dogs. The owner clung to senseless motives. But as it is, I would say to avoid it completely!!!
