17/02/2026: We found this lovely restaurant in the hills near Arona. A warm welcome in an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The dishes we tried were truly delicious, with a focus on local products. The wine list was also interesting.
We felt truly at home, both from the welcome, the service, and the food. The bill was reasonable.
We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

05/04/2026: We stopped by chance without a reservation, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The place was extremely elegant and well-maintained; they even brought me a booster seat. The dishes were delicious, with attention to detail and high-quality ingredients (and you could taste it). They also offered us a free appetizer and a complimentary dessert with a glass of Passito wine. The waiter even explained the dishes to us. Definitely a highly recommended place, and it's beautiful, with a magnificent view of the fortress and the lake. We'll definitely be back.
04/04/2026: My wife and I went there for the first time tonight and had an excellent time. The wait staff was extraordinary, very friendly and helpful. They were there when we needed them but didn't hover. We started out with a complimentary glass of their prosecco. My wife and I ordered the onion soup and the perch. Both were very good. We also ordered a bottle of their Nebbiolo and it was excellent. We bought a couple of bottles to take home as well. The surroundings on the boat were very nice and the tables were spaced so we didn't feel crowded. All in all it was an excellent evening and we will definitely be back.

01/04/2026: Very friendly and attentive staff. We had a wonderful meal. The appetizers, main courses, dessert, and wine were all excellent. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious! The menu is available in German and English, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We were more than satisfied with our choice. The prices aren't quite as high as in other restaurants.

I usually stop here twice a year, starting from the province of Alessandria.

27/03/2026: We went there for lunch. The staff was friendly. I had a tagliata with toma and radicchio, which was excellent and cooked to perfection. The menu is varied and offers a wide selection of fish and meat dishes, as well as pizzas, of course.

07/01/2026: I was afraid it was a tourist restaurant, but even though it's on the lakefront, it's not.
Solid, good traditional cuisine, and, hurrah, they have half bottles.
Irritated (one star less) by the waiter who asked me if I had a reservation and went to check, when the place was almost completely empty.
I hate making reservations; if it happens again, I'll turn around.
02/12/2025: Impeccable service and cuisine, excellent quality dishes, I really couldn't find a fault, I absolutely recommend it!

30/03/2026: It's all delicious! The light pizza... the specially leavened dough... you'd eat at least a couple! Let's talk about the eggplant meatballs? Top!!... and the fried calamari? Excellent and absolutely not greasy. The place is small but very cute and the young staff is helpful and kind! Congratulations Giuseppe! Michela and Cesare will definitely be back.
23/03/2026: I ordered three takeout pizzas for lunch on Thursday... EXCEPTIONAL! Thanks especially because it was my Father's Day gift, and even he, an elderly man with picky eaters, was thrilled with the quality of the pizza!

12/04/2026: We stopped here for lunch before arriving in Stresa for our holiday.
The service was impeccable. The restaurant has a superb view of the lake.
We were on the terrace with our dog, who was very welcome.
We ordered a salad, a pinsa, and some toast. Everything was delicious, the pinsa was excellent. The passion fruit spritz was very good. Excellent value for money.
We highly recommend this little gem!

We ordered first and second courses, all excellent, and the staff were really friendly.
Recommended.
02/03/2026: Very good with a beautiful view of the lake!! The desserts are a real treat!! They even offered us a schiacciata.
