01/09/2025: A sensational restaurant in an old boat on Lake Maggiore. We've rarely experienced such friendly and outstanding service. The food was also wonderful and overall, it was simply a fantastic experience. 🙏🏼👍

02/08/2025: The food tasted okay, but the tagliata di manzo had tough tendons in places. The portions were too small for me, despite my slim build. The price is reasonable, though a bit expensive for the region. The service was friendly and attentive, and the view was beautiful. The restaurant is listed in the Michelin Guide, which explains the esteem in which it serves its guests. Overall, a good experience, but one I wouldn't necessarily repeat.

31/08/2025: We had a quick dinner because we had an event to attend. Excellent food and impeccable service. The only thing that made me smile sadly was the "electricity and gas" item on the bill. The law doesn't require it, and it shouldn't be displayed.
26/08/2025: Overall, a good restaurant, but I would have expected something more considering the price.
The dishes are good; I had the risotto cooked in a cheese mold, more for show than anything else.
Pork pluma with mashed potatoes and caramelized onions. Good but nothing exceptional; the side dishes weren't well-mixed, with some bites having too much vinegar.
The red wine was served too hot, as it was taken from the shelf in the dining room.
Friendly staff.

08/09/2025: It's incredible that in the middle of summer at the beginning of September, such a great place, the only place to have a serene breakfast for celiacs, is closed for holidays until September 14th. I know everyone deserves a well-deserved vacation, but could you have waited at least 20 days for autumn to arrive?
08/09/2025: Courtesy, hospitality, professionalism, always available. The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and tidy. Emilia and her staff are always ready to satisfy their customers. Mauro has mastered the art of specializing and making excellent gluten-free pastries, which is not a given.

02/08/2025: Perhaps a little hampered by its lack of a lakeside location, making it less crowded. This makes it a quiet place, and the friendly staff makes it very welcoming, despite the rather simple decor.
5 stars for the sandwich and fries, and the beer selection. Delicious burger, crispy fries, and wonderful food pairings.

17/08/2025: A delicious lunch, especially considering the ambiance. The service was good, but could be improved due to the overly friendly and somewhat smug attitude of one waiter. The dishes are delicious and beautiful, which isn't a bad thing, but too many flavors on the same plate are overwhelming and limiting. On the other hand, the bread and house-made antrée were good. The tiramisu was very disappointing, but the sorbet was good. I would also suggest choosing a music that suits the ambiance and the venue.
14/08/2025: We ordered the meat tasting menu, but our request to exchange dessert for the fish tasting menu was denied, citing the restaurant being full.
The food was very good, except for the dessert, which wasn't exchanged.
The waiter who served us was friendly and professional.
The view from the veranda was beautiful, but it was far too hot.
At the end of the meal, we weren't even offered an amaro or limoncello, which was instead offered to many of the nearby tables, despite the €170 bill for two.
A nice place with good food, but too hot in the summer and little attention to customer service.

27/04/2025: Ristorante curato e accogliente, personale disponibile e cordiale… ma il cibo è ciò che realmente fa la differenza!! Abbiamo mangiato divinamente! La scelta dei piatti è stata difficilissima perché avremmo ordinato tutto il menù! Il petto d’anatra è stato il più buono che io abbia mai mangiato! Degni di nota anche i dolci e, non meno importante, l’ottima carta dei vini!
Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente!
Ci torneremo molto presto!
20/04/2025: Cibo ottimo, qualità eccellente, prezzo giusto, solo un appunto.. se posso il servizio in sala è un po’ troppo formale (qualche sorriso in più nn farebbe male) ma servizio ineccepibile . Davvero bravi!!!!

27/07/2025: Bella pizzeria,pulita,i ragazzi che la gestiscono sono uno meglio dell altro,gentili, cordiali ed educati,pizze buonissime......che dire ci ritorneremo sicuramente e poi sapere che la prossima volta posso portare il mio cagnolino perché il benvenuto..... bhe' direi il top.......anche i prezzi molto buoni......BRAVI RAGAZZI COMPLICATE A TUTTA LA BRIGATA 😊

28/08/2025: Well-located restaurant, fast, friendly service, and a commitment to language. Absolutely excellent burgers, the octopus is amazing with whole tentacles inside, honestly very, very good value for money. Fresh produce, and you can tell. Great experience for us.

08/08/2025: This place is amazing. An unforgettable location with a splendid view of Arona and Lake Maggiore. The platters and pinsa are exceptional. The cocktails are sophisticated, the Appleton rum is a real treat. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Marco and Chiara are the best!!

26/08/2025: A welcoming place, serving delicious, high-quality traditional Calabrian dishes. Recommended for a hearty aperitif, which can easily replace a dinner in terms of quantity.
23/08/2025: I had been there a couple of times, when I was in Arona, but the Dormelletto restaurant disappointed me, it should be a simple and familiar environment, but the lady who served us seemed annoyed, okay no plates, but at least a fork..., the wine in plastic glasses and inside the restaurant, without air conditioning, the product display case dripping with condensation water, not at all inviting.
