15/05/2026: We entered politely, politely asking to sit inside the restaurant. Unfortunately, upon entry, we were greeted rudely and reluctantly. So, we went to sit down normally, thinking that perhaps the waiter or owner hadn't had a good day and should just give up and order anyway. However, when it came time to order, the waiter/owner, despite us speaking to him, looked at his phone and ignored us several times. Finally, just as we were thinking of leaving due to his rudeness, the same person, muttering to himself, invited us to go to another bar for no reason at all.

10/05/2026: The Saluzzesi with rum are amazing, as is the profiteroles... How delicious!!!

07/06/2026: A huge disappointment. Four Spritzes were served immediately, but the appetizers we ordered were nowhere to be found, even after over an hour of waiting and repeated requests. A venue that focuses on aperitifs and gourmet dinners should guarantee service that lives up to expectations. The impression was one of poor customer service and poorly organized management. Unfortunately, it's an experience that doesn't make me want to return.

30/01/2026: Decent pizza. The place is really too small. You can't move around and it feels a bit uncomfortable. Prices and cover charge are decidedly high for the service offered. Furthermore, a simple substitution of a cold cut (prosciutto crudo instead of bresaola) was charged as an extra €3. For a pizza in Saluzzo, you're better off going elsewhere.

31/05/2026: Excellent kebab, I had a very good roll. Friendly staff and fast service, small place. Recommended if you want to enjoy a really good kebab.

29/05/2026: The kebab was delicious, packed with fresh ingredients, good meat, and even vegetables. The place is very clean and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended. The kebab was huge and cost €5.50. Delicious.

13/05/2026: A nice surprise and a lovely place located near Castiglia di Saluzzo. The burger was very good and well presented. The Blanche beer was good. The price was fair.

16/07/2025: Everything was perfect... Impeccable service, delicious food, and fantastic organization. Communication with the owner and manager was priceless... With both of them, it was like talking to a friend who provides impeccable service. We even overcame the unexpected weather with results that exceeded all expectations (strong winds that lifted the umbrellas and a storm that thankfully only lasted 15 minutes). I couldn't have asked for more. Heartfelt thanks to Max, Fabio, and the entire dining room and kitchen team.

23/06/2026: I'm giving it 3 stars to balance the friendliness of most of the staff (excellent) with the utter rudeness of one young man on duty. I'll describe his attitude below, which was completely annoying and inappropriate. I entered very cordially and with a cheerful demeanor and politely asked for a cool drink given the exhausting heat, and the girl, very kind and smiling, prepared a glass for me with ice and a slice of lemon. At the same time, a young man arrived and, besides giving me a dirty look, probably because he felt like a rooster in the henhouse, since several of the girls smiled at me given my manners (which is not very common these days), I asked again politely, "Can I sit outside?" This young man's response, with a very arrogant air, was, "Sit wherever you want, just sit down" (an understandable response, even ironically, if I'd been standing for 10 minutes wandering around like a child playing hide-and-seek among the tables, but luckily for him, I'd only been in the place for 2 minutes). After a quarter of an hour, I get up to go to the register to pay and I hear the same guy who, when he sees me, says to a girl, "I'll go get the bill and fix it." I pretended nothing happened and, as soon as I finished paying, I leave the place, smiling and wishing them good luck. Everyone smiles and thanks them, but the same guy doesn't say hello and continues to stare at me as I walk out the door. My advice is to take this person back because I also have several places, but no one has ever dared to treat a customer or anyone like that. The same guy was kind to other customers, except to me and other young, male customers. If he has personal jealousy issues due to psychological inferiority issues, he should change jobs or be permanently assigned to the kitchen where he doesn't see anyone. Today he had to deal with me, who's calm and doesn't ruin my life. But one day, he could really run into the wrong person, and unpleasant situations could arise during his shift and in front of customers. This is what happened, for the rest I wish you good work and the continued and perpetual growth of the place 🙏🏻❤️

01/06/2026: Pathetic! Pathetic KEEP AWAY RUDE, AND NON-ALCOHOLIC COCKTAILS... JUST COKE AND LEMON SODA WITHOUT FOOD FOR 32 EUROS GUYS, TRUST ME, IT'S REALLY PATHING We politely asked for an explanation, with the following response: "Go somewhere else!"
