02/02/2025: Arrivati alle ore 20.45. Chiediamo un tavolo x 3,ci fanno accomodare nella sala superiore,ci danno un tavolino striminzito, attaccato a una tavolata di nove ragazzi rumorosi e maleducati. Il nostro tavolino talmente attaccato che i camerieri erano costretti a fare il giro dall'altra parte, altrimenti non passavano. Ordiniamo le pizze e tre birre e una bottiglia d'acqua. Arrivano due birre e la mia non arrivava mai,l'acqua è arrivata su mia richiesta a fine pizza. Servizio veramente scadente. Salvo solo la pizza in quanto buona. Prezzi leggermente alti. Sicuramente a Saluzzo si può trovare di meglio! Sicuramente NON CONSIGLIO e NON TORNERÒ!

25/01/2025: Lunch on a winter Saturday, homemade pasta and homemade desserts. The quality and workmanship of the same are excellent. Quick and friendly service. I recommend ricotta and hazelnut ravioli.

27/01/2025: Very good cuisine, Chinese dishes better than sushi. Really tasty udon with meat, as well as special duck with orange! Good service, the lady had a dish sent back without us asking for it, having realized that it was burnt. We'll be back!

15/11/2024: Stick to the menu!!!! With a friend, after a good plate of pasta (paccheri tricolori with burrata and pistachio pesto and potato and leek ravioli), we had the bad idea of ​​asking for a plate of vegetables...we were told that there were green beans, potatoes, broccoli, carrots and courgettes...two dishes arrived with 1/2 carrot, 1/2 courgette cut obliquely plus two tufts of broccoli...really poor (value 2 euros with the plating) but the surprise was the price...9.5 euros which was the price of a dish with vegetables but with egg and tuna. Pointing this out at the checkout... there was no way to think!!! Senseless!!!

19/01/2025: "Luxury" type atmosphere with many "BUTs": the food is half ready, if you don't speak Italian right away, they don't even give you a look, they touch the products with their hands. Baba with evaporated rum, shanteli cream with the taste of raw flour, mushrooms with the taste of rum & chocolate. What does all this have to do with Piedmontese desserts? One could forgive the taste for service but both were not there. The place for tourists who don't really live inside Italy.

19/01/2025: We have entered in store. When ordered the food. I specially ordered special piemonte mignon. Bigne al creme è normale(qualcosa sbagliata con pate a choux). Chantilly, panna tastes like it is vegetable based whipped cream. Fungheti typical in Piemonte pate a choux and creme ciocolate. But at this place it is crema al ciocolate and rum. Was not good. Too strong. Bigne al zabaione.(marsala was not cooked through. As well i could taste crude flour). It was first time i threw out deserts and did not finish them. Now speak about service. We came the stuff did not care about us. We had to wait. They served my deserts with bare hands. This is a no no. The lade touched the panna of my chantily.

11/03/2025: Beppe pastry café, pleasant environment with very friendly and professional staff. Coffee! very good! exceptional croissants, I recommend the pan briosce croissant with cream, and many other delicious options. Complete with tables and armchairs overlooking the street, for total relaxation. Congratulations to the staff! very loose to our four-legged friends, small bowl with fresh water immediately available.

11/03/2025: Ancient bar in the center of Saluzzo under the arcades. Nothing special apart from the tables glued to each other, but the place is small. Negative note, at the time of payment the sales assistant is on the phone, she shows me the amount on the cash register, I pay... and bye... not even a hello or thank you... I'm leaving and will never come back.

01/01/2025: Total embarrassment, worst New Year's Eve ever. At midnight minus 5 raviole on the plate, a table ran away around 11pm (optimal choice). Terrible quality of food and service. Oh well, not recommended!

22/09/2024: Events villa pigne è semplicemente un sogno! A partire dall’aspetto della location, che noi abbiamo scelto per il nostro matrimonio, total white, pulita, fine ed elegante! Lo staff impeccabile, Max e Fabio in particolare si sono presi cura di noi rendendo ancor di più il nostro giorno FENOMENALE, curato nel dettagli regalandoci ogni minuto in attenzione diversa, sempre migliore. Il cibo è ottimo!! Curato nei minimi dettagli con varietà per chi aveva intolleranze/allergie. Credetemi, questa location vale 10 stelle! Siete fantastici! Non smetteremo mai di ringraziarvi! 13/10/2024: Ieri sera abbiamo deciso di cenare al ristorante Fujiyama. Ubicato a Saluzzo (Cn), lungo Via della Resistenza (zona residenziale/commerciale), a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro cittadino, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e in auto (molti parcheggi a disposizione nei dintorni). Il locale è arredato con cura, molti dettagli in stile giapponese, un'illuminazione adeguata, un ambiente confortevole e pulito. Propone un menù molto variegato con piatti tipici della cucina giapponese/cinese; una ricca scelta di portate a base di sushi/sashimi. Noi abbiamo cenato usufruendo della formula All You Can Eat (bevande e dolci esclusivi). Il sushi e il sashimi erano molto buoni, i piatti presentati con cura, vi era molta varietà nella tipologia dei piatti. Il salmone era delizioso. Il personale gentile e professionale (un po' freddo con i clienti all'arrivo). Il servizio invece è sicuramente da migliorare: più volte ci sono stati serviti dei piatti che non avevamo ordinato (almeno tre volte), per poi venire a riprenderli (poco dopo) e portali al tavolo giusto. Non dovrebbe mai accadere una cosa del genere, questi errori non vanno commessi, il personale deve essere istruito meglio. Abbiamo pagato l'equivalente di 61,30€ totale per due persone (due menù all you can eat, due lattine di fanta ed una di sprite) pagando con satispay. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Adatto per cene in famiglia e con amici. Da migliorare il servizio ai tavoli.
