14/09/2025: Five stars to the lady in the dining room, the restaurant's true highlight, who was already in Barge a few years ago. In the kitchen, the chef's excellent potential struggles to fully express itself. It seems like he's lacking some of his former enthusiasm. Unfortunately, the bill is always on the high side. For a dinner for two (average in terms of the number and quality of the dishes), I expected a bill of no more than €100. What a shame. It's been like this for a while now. We'll give it another try.

20/06/2025: The only real pub in the historic center of Saluzzo! The clientele varies from the youngest to the residents! Good food especially the sandwiches to try at least once! Excellent draft beers! Friendly and very engaging service! Ambience 9! I think I will go back.... too bad it's far from my house otherwise I would always be there!

30/08/2025: One of Saluzzo's historic bars, it's located in the pedestrian area, so it's nice and quiet. We had an aperitivo with two well-made spritzes and a small plate of tasty appetizers—not huge, but still adequate. The service staff were friendly, the price was average.

28/10/2025: Very friendly atmosphere: Nico, who served us, is truly charming and knows how to deal with customers. We had lunch with two glasses of very good wine, superb dishes, and impeccable service. I'll definitely be back with great pleasure!

26/10/2025: Booked a week ago for my dad's birthday, we arrive and the owner tells us that he accidentally cancelled our reservation, okay it can happen, but at least he tries to make amends somehow, instead as if it were normal he apologizes and sends us away.... Unprofessional, be careful if you book call to reconfirm!!!

23/09/2025: Definitely one of the best kebabs in the area. They also have a wide selection of pizzas (including Turkish). Very friendly staff.

29/08/2025: The kebab was good, the service was fast, and the kebab seller was friendly. Come on in, it's very good.

26/07/2025: I overdid it with the taco menu and found a very thin taco, like a centimeter, and 10 chips, really excessive.

16/08/2025: Ferragosto 2025 We decided to try it after hearing good reviews about the food. We arrived around 12:15, took a seat, and so far, everything was fine. 4 decent but invisible appetizers 1 decent first course, but very limited in quantity. 1 good-quality second course with pork 1 truly awful fish second course. The main problem was the complete lack of a children's menu, so they basically ate a few starters and a little roast pork. The service was subpar, as there was no logic in the way the tables were served. We felt lost. After almost 5 hours, at 5:00 PM, we finished our Ferragosto holiday. The bill was VERY SALT: 40 euros for adults and 20 euros for children, who barely touched any food. I'm sorry, but I won't be back again!!!!

26/06/2025: The place is beautiful, historic with a terrace under the porticoes on the sides of the Santa Maria di Saluzzo cathedral. It's a shame that in the summer the glass screens/separates that isolate from the noise and exhaust fumes of passing cars are dismantled. Maybe late at night with limited traffic you can enjoy the cool air sitting in the armchairs. But during the day and in the early afternoon it is decidedly hot. Also considering that there is no air conditioning inside. Difficult to relax. The place is large with many tables inside and with a small room. Excellent wine list and bubbles. In my personal opinion I would not keep an entire wall with empty bubbles! Even if it is not a wine shop, for those who want to admire the available bottles it is not pleasant to find all the empty ones. The staff, made up of very young girls, is friendly but not very prepared. When asked what type of aperitif or cocktail is available, you cannot answer everything you want.... without presenting a menu. With classic Spritz, very light, appetizers are served at the girls' discretion. Ultimately, after booking, with a group of friends we sat down and chose a table, because at the beginning of the evening everyone was available, we took our aperitifs and immediately left because of the heat and the annoyance of the few flies that wanted to tease us... to go to a pizzeria with air conditioning... too bad, maybe next time we'll be luckier. Anyway, we wish the staff good work with the invitation to study the menu...

31/08/2025: terrible service as well as a pizza that isn't excellent, they don't know how to manage the timetables, always making you wait half an hour after the reservation, at this point it makes more sense not to let them book if you are not able

14/09/2025: We love coming here because we've always eaten well. Tonight we ordered two pizzas. What happened???? The dough was terrible, we only ate because we were really hungry. I was tempted to put the pizzas back on the counter. It felt like chewing gum. Also, the spicy salami was a Romanian-style smoked salami, the gorgonzola was almost nonexistent, and the mozzarella was hard. The kebab pizza was also missing onions. Your pizzas were usually good the next day, with a light, fragrant dough that was cooked well. Today we were truly disappointed. At this point, I don't feel like risking it again. I'm truly sorry you've lowered the quality of your food so much.

31/08/2025: I went to this bar on Friday morning and had breakfast with a croissant and a coffee. If I had to make a short list: - The place isn't too big and is a bit vintage. It could use a few minor changes, like brightening it up a bit, but overall it's fine. - Regular service: Since there were a few people ahead of me, both at the counter and at tables, they served me within 5 minutes. - Coffee: It was hot, and they made me a Lavazza, which is one of my favorites. - Croissaint: I had the chocolate one, and it was good and fresh. - Bathroom: I used the bathroom and found it clean. - Prices: Average - Staff: Friendly - Pastries: I'm not a big fan of sweets, but if you like them, you'll find something you'll like. Positive experience, I recommend!

20/07/2025: It took me 30 minutes to order, I asked what was left, made my choice, then waited another 10 minutes until they told me they'd run out of the items I'd ordered. We left, which was a shame because I saw some beautiful, and I imagine delicious, croissants passing by.

18/10/2025: Very unfriendly staff, we were seated for 30 minutes without being asked for our order.
