27/03/2025: Ci siamo ritrovati a pranzare la domenica dello storico carnevale di Saluzzo e ne siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti. Graziosa la location, piatti curati, cibo delizioso e personale attento a rimpiazzare il pane quando terminato e/o accontentare i piccoli ospiti. Il mio bimbo di nemmeno 2 anni si é mascherato da chef e lo hanno accompagnato in cucina per uno scatto alla "Ratatouille".
Unico neo: il bagno in stile industrial è davvero accogliente ma aggiungere un fasciatoio sarebbe per noi mamme davvero di grande supporto (erano presenti in sala 5 bimbi "pannolinati") perchè cambiare un bimbo tra i due lavandini su un ripiano di vetro diventa piuttosto complicato.
Torneremo sicuramente.
08/03/2025: Scelto accuratamente nella proposta dei ristoranti a Saluzzo, confermo che questo ristorante è una piacevole scoperta. Ottimi piatti della cucina piemontese offerti con gusto e fantasia. Il vitello tonnato è il fiore all’occhiello ma ogni piatto è delizioso e si avverte l’ottima materia prima. Servizio impeccabile da parte di Alessandro che ha saputo guidarci nella scelta con gentilezza e maestria. Un ristorante in cui tornare con piacere,

22/12/2024: Hotel truly worthy of 4 stars, in my opinion it is more of a 4 star S.
Comfortable, large, clean, welcoming rooms with everything you need, from double pillows to mineral water available.
The owners and staff are very kind and welcoming.
We arrived after 11pm and there was no problem having an à la carte dinner.
It was a business trip, I will definitely return for pleasure.

Caffè molto buono servizio buono ma la cameriera un po' scontrosa.
Molto più affabile e gentile la titolare, che dovrebbe essere di origine francese stante la erre moscia.
Cmq in linea di massima va bene tutto.

17/01/2025: Interno Due è un ristorante di qualità, con un’atmosfera curata e un servizio attento. Situato nel centro di Saluzzo, offre piatti che uniscono tradizione e modernità in modo equilibrato.
Ho provato il risotto Carnaroli con bottarga e lime, ben eseguito e dal sapore fresco, e il filetto di ombrina, cotto alla perfezione e presentato con cura. La carta dei vini è interessante, con un occhio di riguardo ai produttori locali.
Il personale è gentile e disponibile, attento ai dettagli senza essere invadente. I tempi tra le portate sono giusti e permettono di godersi il pasto con calma.
Un’esperienza piacevole e di livello, consigliata a chi visita Saluzzo.

We order, we pay and then we are told that 2 orders cannot be served because they have a problem with the machine (that's ok, the unexpected is acceptable) ok there's no problem let's change the order. The waitress goes into total lockdown. We can't order because we have already paid and we have to pay the difference!!!!!!!!!! Sin of youth that affects the evaluation. I am sorry

Quando entri é come cenare dalla nonna, si intravede una vera e propria cucina anni 80, dove c è una vecchietta che prepara i 6/7 piatti presenti nel menù.
Tutto fresco, pasta fatta in casa, pesce e carne ottimi.
Noi abbiamo preso il fritto misto di fiume con rane, anguiille, trota e altri pesciolini, e l agnello, sublime.
Antipasto classico piemontese e ravioli fatti in casa.
Esperienza molto caratteristica. Da provare!

14/02/2025: Hi, today we had a big meal, we went to Moyà to eat, me, my names are Marino, Stefano, Maria, Tarciso and Germano. We've all been there, even if I'm big. We ordered a lot of dishes but there wasn't enough room on the order. Everything was going well, just like my skin, until two nice and big rice balls arrived, who at first we thought ordered them? Maybe it was Silvano, but then we remembered Silvano wasn't there that day. We then thought they were stuffed, but by cutting them we discovered they were not! Disillusioned.
Then, at the end of lunch, my friend Maria, who knows what Chinese/Japanese is, told me that the waiters laughed at my big belly; hit me in the stomach, like, they had to jump on it, and how much sushi there was. I was offended and when I got home I talked about it with my wife Carla and when she heard about my misfortune she suggested that I write a bad review about it and suggested that I do it in Chinese so you can understand your mistake and I hope this doesn't happen again, good food. Chinese people sneeze on sushi.
