06/05/2024: Tourist refuge at the base of the chairlift of the same name, reachable by car, and therefore also for those who otherwise would not be able to appreciate the typical hospitality of a refuge. Very friendly staff, simple and equally excellent food.

When ordering the risotto, the very good girl immediately warned me that the waiting time was around 20 minutes
Synonymous with freshness, that is, freshly cooked risotto, delicious and plentiful
Then mixed fried fish, really plentiful and good

05/12/2023: Sono tornato a distanza di un anno dalla mia prima visita in questa trattoria. Mentre la prima visita mi aveva dato una ottima impressione, la seconda è stata un più deludente. Menù alla carta. Antipasti misti (12€) buoni, ma avrei gradito porzioni leggermente più abbondanti ed un gusto più deciso del flan con fonduta. Cervo con polenta (12€) un po' deludente, carne molto asciutta, salsa brodosa. Buona scelta di vini piemontesi di qualità. Servizio cordiale.
21/09/2023: Passando per Paesana nell’ora di pranzo siamo capitati qui. Molto deludente e discretamente abbastanza caro.
Antipasti molto sacrai e primi dozzinali e freddi. Secondi non interessanti accompagnati da contorni tristi!l’unica nota positiva il personale che è disponibile e simpatico ma, in conclusione non vale la pena e le recensioni non sembrano attendibili.
Forse abbiamo pranzato in un giorno sfortunato.

Menu fisso a 30 euro davvero abbondante. 3 antipasti, polenta con 3 sughi dolce caffè digestivo
30/08/2023: Posto datato ma molto accogliente personale gentilissimo e cibo squisito mal giusto prezzo, porzioni abbondanti noi abbiamo preso un menù completo in due e era più che sufficiente
