07/09/2025: Really beautiful viewpoint on the surroundings. Nice spot for bird migration in autumn or late summer.
26/08/2025: Excellent as a base for beautiful walks of all kinds. Easily accessible by car with ample parking. Taking the chairlift, which I think is a bit pricey given its current condition, takes you to beautiful trails and scenic spots. The signage along the various trails could definitely be improved; it's practically non-existent. To reach the lakes, we relied on the people who drove down and maps, as there were no signs.

22/08/2025: We've been wanting to eat here for a while, and we finally did.
We ate very well. The traditional Piedmontese pates were very tasty and beautifully presented.
The knowledgeable and friendly staff made us feel at ease.
We'll definitely be back.
12/08/2025: A fairly quick lunch before reaching our holiday destination. Truly excellent food, professional yet friendly staff. Highly recommended!
PS: Noteworthy wine list with excellent selections!

Just a coffee, but served in a shady and cool outdoor area, with kindness and a smile from the waitress...
To return, without a doubt....

11/09/2025: Unfortunately, to accommodate more diners, tables one on top of the other, little space, hellish heat, so-so food, I took 3 mixed vegetarian fried dishes, with the information at the time of booking, to tell the cashier because they cost less, but it is not so, paid full price having eaten half.

Accoglienza cortese e famigliare.
Andata con i colleghi di lavoro ,uscita sbronza....quando si sta bene e le ore e minuti scorrono come fiumi di vino di ottima qualità....consigliato? No assolutamente consigliatissimo...grazie del meraviglioso pranzo.

10/11/2024: Siamo stati in questa trattoria una sera al nostro arrivo a Paesana e siamo rimasti contentissimi sia della gentilezza, della accoglienza e della bontà di quanto consumato. Io nello specifico ho chiesto se ci fossero opzioni vegetariane e subito si sono prodigati anche con delle opzioni fuori menú per venire incontro alla mia specifica richiesta. Materie prime deliziose, molte delle quali a km 0 e preparate in casa da loro, con un servizio elegante e gusti equilibrati. Prezzi onestissimi. Consiglio a tutti!

12/10/2024: Cibo eccellente, confezionato con cura, abbiamo gradito tutto, tomini con bagnetto verde, zucchine a modo suo, involtini di melanzane, risotto ai funghi, due assaggi di dolci torta di mele leggera e soffice più sorbetto. Tutto confezionato da Franca Re, Gestore e fac totum del rifugio Bertorello. Il luogo è molto semplice, è pur sempre un rifugio, tuttavia l'atmosfera è molto accogliente. Molto consigliato prenotare prima per permettere al gestore di organizzare gli acquisti.
15/09/2024: Posto molto accogliente ci si sente subito a casa. La signora Franca ottima cuoca e persona veramente a modo e squisita. Abbiamo cenato e pernottato dopo una giornata di enduro. Motociclisti accolti con entusiasmo ed empatia. Prezzi ottimi. Consigliato vivamente.
