01/12/2024: Discovered during a family lunch, we all left extremely satisfied. Even for me, who am a vegetarian, the proposal was very sophisticated, with new and truly successful combinations. As well as meat and fish dishes. The environment is very welcoming and the atmosphere intimate. The service was impeccable and attentive. Definitely worth trying (and trying again)

20/11/2024: Super food, not being able to choose is not a handicap but a wonderful surprise. Finely prepared dishes with unusual ingredients, an excellent experience.

24/08/2024: Excellent well prepared local Piemontese food. The owner is very enthusiastic about the local products he uses. Excellent extended wine list. Very friendly reception. Make sure to reserve a table in advance.

21/11/2024: Un Buona e Bella esperienza. Trattoria di una volta . Tavoli ben apparecchiati Servizio Gentile e Professionale Proposte di mare e terra che accontentano tutti Prezzi in linea con le proposte Discreta la cantina Location grande e luminosa In questa occasione un ottimo filetto al pepe verde. Parcheggio con disco orario a 10 mt dal locale. Consigliato per affari e turismo.

18/11/2024: Abbiamo trovato un tavolo per 2 quasi per caso perché, essendo il 1° Novembre, il locale era pieno ma per nostra fortuna siamo riusciti a sederci per assaggiare 2 ottimi primi piatti tipici tra cui i ravioli del Plin con sugo d'arrosto ed il tortino al cioccolato con cuore caldo (non eccellente a dire il vero ma comunque gustoso), terminando il pranzo con 2 caffé per un conto finale più o meno in linea con altri locali della zona. Il Cavallo Bianco è anche albergo e si trova nel centro storico di Dronero, località davvero suggestiva; ampio parcheggio non lontano dal locale.

03/09/2024: Ottimo, sotto ogni punto di vista. Personale gentilissimo; locale molto pulito ed accogliente; cibo molto buono. Lo consiglio.

15/08/2024: siamo stati a pranzo posto bello e personale gentilissimo ,premetto cibo di buona qualità niente di straordinario se posso dare un consiglio visto che a conduzione famigliare di non fare il ristorante a 5 stelle dove secondo me il cliente deve uscire dal ristorante soddisfatto non con la fame quindi suggerisco di aumentare le porzioni .

We were passing through Dronero and by chance we stopped here, we ate LEGENDARY castelmagno gnocchi, excellent and exquisitely prepared grilled vegetables and a platter of cheeses, each better than the other. We had a great time! Their house wine is excellent, you can understand the care taken in choosing their products. Highly recommended!
