Excellent Piedmontese cuisine and new combinations with seasonal ingredients. Tradition and a bit of fantasy, always tasteful and refined at very reasonable prices. Top! Good wine list and nice service. Easter menu also very good!

One of the best taverns I've ever tried! The food is excellent and of good quality at honest prices, I especially recommend the agnolotti with three roasts because they are delicious. The service is excellent and the waitresses very kind and knowledgeable, not to mention the place and the location. We will definitely be back!

First time for me, with friends who are already customers and I must say that in this beautiful medieval village in Monferrato, the Rooster is a place you don't expect. A beautiful renovated rustic house, with very refined furnishings in color and style, which make the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Very positive first impact, peaceful, elegant and quiet environment: ideal for an evening with friends or "special occasions". The warmth of the family business can be felt right from the welcome and even more so in the service: truly top notch, polite and attentive. The raw material is excellent in our experience, with a knife-beaten veal, Tagliolini with Fassona ragout and Brà sausage, Piedmontese sliced ​​veal; all prepared very well with good exaltation of the raw material and served with elegance. The chocolate mousse, fleur de sel and caramelized almonds is a delicious dessert, but the salt overpowers the delicacy of the mousse, pushing it beyond and -perhaps- not for all palates. If you will allow me a small note, only for the homemade tagliolini (which is otherwise good), but which I don't think lends itself to a demanding condiment such as fassona and sausage ragù, which would go better with a more substantial piece. The wine list is good and the Ruchè offered is superb. The value for money in my opinion is excellent. Car parking is a bit sacrificed, although there is the possibility on the side of the road. A beautiful experience that I would recommend and for which I will apply again soon.

Locale accogliente, proprietari e staff gentili e competenti, prezzo equo. Chi ama la tradizione piemontese resterà soddisfatto, ma non mancano sfiziosi fuori menù. Consigliatissimi tagliata e coniglio, doveroso tenere uno spazietto per i favolosi dolci di Barbara

Serata bellissima. Buongiorno a tutti, sabato sera siamo stati al Rooster con amici.. serata bellissima. Location curatissima, servizio eccellente (cordialità e simpatia). Menù giusto, carta dei vini completa. Personalmente ho apprezzato il cardo gobbo..... una sciccheria. Tutto ottimo, il conto ben rapportato alla qualità. Molto bene
