30/01/2024: Impeccable service and cuisine, very good wine too 👍. The restaurant just lacks soundproofing so if it has people it is difficult to hear each other if the table is large as was our case (13).
Oh I almost forgot the dessert was delicious 😀👍.
I recommend this restaurant without hesitation!

23/03/2024: We had a beautiful evening! Really tasty dinner with a wide choice of dishes for all tastes, very knowledgeable in recommending wines; quick to serve you, helpful and friendly. Great prices.
Cozy, slightly rustic, well-furnished environment; offers some more private corners. Family atmosphere. The evening offered (organized on some occasions) 2 hours of excellent quality live music animated by a truly "good" band that involved everyone present in dancing or singing!!!
In short, a truly TOP place 🤩. Evening to repeat

01/01/2024: We visited this Pizzeria for dinner. It is situated in the centre of the city. They serve mainly Pizzas and also have an a la carte category with Pasta dishes.
We had Pizza and it was delicious. They have wood stone oven and their pizzas are very tasty with authenticity. I recommend trying their desserts as well. I loved their Tiramisu and their chocolate muffin with a scoop of ice cream. They also serve Coffee if you want after eating.
The service was excellent and quick. As we visited on a weekend we had to wait quite a bit for getting our pizzas but it was worth it.
This restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you love Pizza.

18/12/2023: Buona cucina, porzioni abbondanti. Peccato che i coperti siano pochi e spesso si mangia gomito a gomito. D’estate c’è possibilità di mangiare all’aperto coperto. Sono stato negativamente sorpreso dai prezzi che sono aumentati.
Servizio non male, proprietario esperto e disponibile.
Ristorante situato nel centro Ovada Parcheggio disponibile.

the only flaw was that the two desserts I bought were not up to par, especially the cheesecake.
5 stars anyway, recommended

05/04/2024: We stayed in this wonderful farmhouse over the Easter weekend.
The staff were helpful and kind right from the booking emails and continued to be so throughout the holiday.
Our room was impeccable.
The spa incredibly relaxing and welcoming. The restaurant is good, with gluten-free options.
In particular, on Easter day we asked for a gluten-free aperitif and, despite not having booked or notified in advance and despite the amount of people in the restaurant, we were brought a platter with savory pies, sauces and gluten-free meatballs, prepared with extreme care. be careful after sanitizing the work area in the kitchen - as instructed by the staff -. All very good, accompanied by the excellent wine produced on site.
We will definitely be back!
03/04/2024: Wonderful place. We booked the relaxation package including lunch, dinner, spa, massage and overnight stay. Our room was an apartment complete with a Jacuzzi and terrace! The food was excellent and obviously the wines too: we took part in a tasting at their cellar. A wonderful experience also from a historical point of view, with many anecdotes linked to the winery and the founder.
The Spa is very beautiful and well-kept. The massage with Stella was a psychic as well as physical journey (thank you so much!).
The service at the restaurant was excellent, all rooms very clean.
Last but not least, the resort is home to three wonderful cats: Spritz, Cinnamon and Ambrogio 😍They are discreet and polite, but if invited to cuddle they will provide you with lots of sweetness to complete the magical experience.
We will definitely be back!

12/02/2024: Bel locale, cibo ottimo, ma siamo stati collocati in un tavolino piccolo di fronte al forno dove viene cotta la farinata. Un caldo allucinante da sentirsi male, abbiamo mangiato in fretta e siamo usciti.
09/02/2024: Cena solitaria, posto carino e tipico, ottima la farinata, la focaccia e gli affettati. Pizza da rivedere. Ho preso un "apericena" prezzo ottimo.

04/03/2024: ...sudden happiness!!!...how many times have I passed this restaurant without ever stopping!...now instead the writing from Silvia will be at lunchtime like a red traffic light that forces me... .or rather invites me to stop!...yes...yes...that's right because when the owners and staff welcome you like a hug you are already at home...like at home...and then letting me advise you I ate simple and genuine like at home!...anchovies and fried fish like on board the fishing boat!...fresh fish...very fresh and not greasy when cooked!...farmer's wine... coffee and bitter...everything ok...ratio...quality, quantity, really fair and balanced price!...all I have to do is try the first courses and the meats and give the imprimatur for the Michelin Star!!!! ....seriously smiling...ample parking...good welcome...quality of eating and drinking...all I can do is invite anyone passing through Ovada to stop and try!...only by trying will you be able to appreciate !...thanks to Silvia and Concetta and the staff!!!...good work...you deserve every success...
04/03/2024: ...ma quante volte sono passato qui davanti senza mai fermarmi!...da oggi transitando all'ora di pranzo o cena la scritta " da Silvia " sarà come un semaforo rosso che mi invita alla sosta!...si...si perche' quando si e' ben accolti nel locale ci si sente come a casa...e come a casa è stato il mangiare...acciughe e fritto di pesce fresco e ben preparato...non unto e gustoso come a bordo di un peschereccio!!!...vino sfuso del contadino!.. evviva!!! ...tornero' anche per provare i primi e le carni... ringrazio Silvia e Concetta e il loro staff per avere in questi tristi tempi un'umanità vera e non di facciata e saper abbracciare ogni cliente come fosse il primo e l'unico!...mica sempre scontato quando la sala è piena!!!...grazie davvero...a presto!...e invito tutti quanti passano per Ovada a coccolarsi un po' fermandosi qui!..."nutre la mente cio che dona allegria"...e qui davvero con l'armonia famigliare che viene a crearsi si nutre il corpo e pure la mente!!!....provare per credere!...e quindi provate!...

10/03/2024: Potato molto carino alla uscita del casello di Ovada. Ciò e mangiare a casa della nonna. Meno gustoso e prezzi ragionevoli. Servizio gentile ma sicuramente lento. È un posto dove non si può andare in fretta. Favoloso il coniglio in porchetta. Assaggio di formaggi molto vario e generoso. Ti danno un entre e dei biscotti con il caffè. Merita la pena. Abbiamo pagato una media di 50€/ persona.
10/03/2024: I recommend an obligatory stop for anyone traveling on the A26 motorway, exit at Ovada and go to have lunch at the La Volpina restaurant.
Elegant atmosphere, very friendly staff and excellent food.
The tartare on bone and marrow is fantastic, the cheek with saffron purée is delicious, the same goes for tagliatelle with porcini mushroom sauce.
Very good desserts.
The friendliness and professionalism with which they welcomed and served us, and the excellent food prepared by the chef is worth a stop.
