14/07/2025: Sconsiglio vivamente per torte di compleanno o altro. Chiamo per ordinare una crostata di frutta per 6 persone. chiedo se è possibile mettere lamponi e fragole e mi dicono nessun problema e chiedo anche di aggiungere una scritta buon compleanno. Vado per ritirarla e c’erano solo i lamponi più altri frutti, e su questo va bhe, magari le fragole non le avevano.anche se almeno potevano farlo presente al ritiro della torta, ma non importa. Me la fa vedere da lontano e molto veloce mi chiede se va bene, io da lontano vedo un pezzo di cioccolato pensando ci fosse scritto buon compleanno. Arrivo a casa, apro la scatola per guardala meglio e ovviamente la scritta non c’era, chiamo per sapere se magari non c’era stato un errore , visto che anche la dimensione della torta mi sembra un po’ troppo piccola per 6 persone e mi risponde la cameriera, dicendo che lei me l’ha fatta vedere bene e che io non ho detto nulla, e che non c’era nessun errore, anche con tono poco carino. Morale , ho speso quasi 20 euro , per una torta minuscola ,non è fatta come volevo e mi sono anche sentita dire che la colpa era la mia perché quando da lontano,mentre stava andando alla bilancia io non ho fatto presente che mancava la scritta.

16/07/2025: Even though the ice cream is one of the best in Novi Ligure, today's scene is unspeakable, in which unfortunately I dropped my ice cream cup on the counter and they didn't even have the decency to change it (also considering the very small quantity of ice cream) but rather suggesting to remove the top part of the ice cream, 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ I always get ice cream here, it seems absurd to me.

04/05/2025: What can I say... Yesterday we returned to the Doc and we promised ourselves we would take some photos of the dishes... But this time too we brushed them in less time than you can tell!! It was a real surprise to finally find a place that was a little out of the ordinary with friendly managers but above all with truly remarkable care and attention to the ingredients of their dishes. When booking I informed them of my allergy problem and they were very helpful and professional!! Thanks again guys! Super recommended!!

30/04/2025: Delightful place. You eat very well and you drink even better. A few well-prepared dishes, a nice choice of wines. The innkeeper is French, the cook, his wife, Genoese. Few tables, welcoming and particular environment. We will definitely be back

26/05/2025: I have ordered the cake here on a couple of occasions and overall the quality is good: soft dough, pleasant fillings and even the pastries are fresh. However, there are aspects that can be improved. The decorations, such as the wafer roses, seem to be those easily found in the supermarket: from a pastry shop I expect more artisanal and refined details. The staff is not always friendly either: the approach is sometimes cold or hasty, which does not make the experience particularly pleasant. Furthermore, the possibility of paying with the POS is not offered, something that is expected from any commercial establishment today. Overall decent, but could be improved both in the presentation and in the service.

10/02/2025: We went around 1pm to eat something in this self-service restaurant The choice is varied, the place is clean and the price, all things considered, is extremely honest The food is cooked well The only criticism you can make is the environment which is a little anonymous but if I found myself passing by there and had little time I would definitely go back to eat there.

22/05/2025: Buongiorno. Ieri pomeriggio 21 maggio 2025 sono andata con un amica per fare un aperitivo dal famoso bar Carletto. Abbiamo ordinato 2 crodini . La ragazza ha chiesto alla mia amica se voleva anche 2 pattatine. Va be.... poi vado a pagare e aspetto un bell po che finiscano di farsi cavoli loro al telefono . Per 2 crodini e 2 patatine in croce 10 euro mi è sembrato un po esagerato. Sullo scontrino lhanno chiamato aperitivo... Mai più..

18/05/2025: We entered with the (pleasing) illusion of enjoying a mid-afternoon coffee during a pleasant stroll. Unfortunately our plan foundered in the face of the unspeakable rudeness of the staff. After approaching the counter, the staff, with whom we repeatedly exchanged glances so that they cannot even say they did not see us, ignored us completely and with an evident hint of contempt (perhaps because we were wearing sportswear?). People who entered after us were immediately served with smiles and bows while our presence was revealed to the staff as ectoplasmic. I should point out that we were at the counter, in the front row, and therefore there is no doubt that it was our turn. After a good 5/6 minutes of waiting, indignant at this indecent treatment, we left this "place" finding a courteous welcome and an exquisite macchiato in the Teatro bar a little further on, where we will definitely return and which I recommend to all readers.

17/05/2025: Io e la mia famiglia siamo andati a mangiare al sushi.Siamo venuti qui perché era vicino a dove abitiamo quindi siamo venuti qui.Quando siamo arrivati il tablet era scarico ma non ci abbiamo dato peso e abbiamo continuato ad ordinare.Non specificava se era All you can eat quindi abbiamo chiesto al cameriere che non parlava italiano quindi gli abbiamo parlato in inglese ma non lo parlava.Il tablet era al 2% ma fortunatamente mio padre aveva il power bank e gliel’abbiamo caricato noi.Eravamo in 3 e il massimo di piatti per 3 persone era di 15 piatti ad ordine quindi abbiamo dovuto togliere quasi tutto.Il prezzo finale era di 53€
