21/05/2026: Arrived with a group of 18 people, food more than satisfactory.... Some things that could be non-frozen are... But in the final context we ate well... The price??? Maybe a little too high... But we can't complain.
01/05/2026: The pizza by the meter is excellent. The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. The place is very nice and clean. I recommend it.

07/05/2026: It's been years since I've been to Elvezia bar in Novi Ligure. I had a coffee at the counter with a Dutch woman... apart from the long wait for the coffee, which, as I understood, was made by the owner... she kept chatting with everyone... the Dutch woman I remembered was a far cry from the one they gave me. Like a loaf of bread with all the crumbs and undercooked.
Maybe it was better to keep the memory...

21/10/2025: I had an aperitif. The quality cecchini was excellent. The focaccia was delicious. It's the best of the new ones, so I'd say I'm completely satisfied.
20/09/2025: Typically Italian. Definitely go here if you want to enjoy Italian flair.
Delicious homemade food, pizzas, dolci, coffee... all delicious. Reasonably priced. And also very important... The staff may not speak English, but you can still understand each other, and they're friendly and fun. Great experience ❤

For two, we ate:
1 appetizer: Chili Nachos
1 Chileta main course
1 Hamburger
With water, we spent €44 in total.
We were both full and satisfied.
This restaurant is a guarantee and, I'd say, a blessing for Novi.

04/05/2026: The food was spoiled and had a bad smell; only the waiter was kind and professional. The man who appeared to be the owner was extremely arrogant and unpleasant. He clearly knew the products were old and inedible, yet he still argued with us.
We were a family of five, and we have never experienced such treatment anywhere in Italy. The food was absolutely inedible, but we paid and left.
This restaurant was recommended to us at the Serravalle outlets, which made the experience even more disappointing. We were supposed to enjoy a nice meal there—but instead, it turned into a complete horror.
I strongly recommend: do NOT go to this restaurant!

30/04/2026: On a Saturday night, a busy pizzeria. It's unacceptable that there's only ONE waiter handling 20 tables, including a birthday party (bringing the cake to the table, etc.). The waiter himself didn't even have the forethought to say hello as soon as he arrived to take the order.
The wait staff's training is poor.
It's probably another place that, once it gets its name out there, thinks about money and not quality.
The pizza is lower quality than it used to be.
I wanted to try it again after not eating it for years, but I also think it was the last time.

10/09/2025: Maybe we were unlucky, but I have to say it wasn't a fantastic experience.
Basically, my partner ordered a slice of Margherita with anchovies, and it was served cold. The base was soggy, and the full price was €4.90.
Now, without questioning the price, even if it's not cheap—everyone does what they want in their own home—but in 2025, you can't serve a cold, soggy pizza. Maybe if it had been served at the right temperature, we would have returned. What a shame.

I ordered a Millefoglie with Chantilly cream for a special aunt's birthday and was truly impressed. Andrea di Blasi, pastry chef at Bottega del Pane, created a dessert that was beautiful to look at and extraordinary to taste. His pastry art is truly remarkable. Congratulations, keep up the good work!

08/06/2026: Shocked by the €5 price for a "pistachio" coffee. Actually, €5.10 just because the barista walked two meters to serve it to the table. If I'd had it myself, I'd have saved 10 cents. But where is the raw material for €5 for a small glass with a little pistachio cream, half a coffee, and a bit of white cream that's not even that thick, but rather runny? No, really.
Also, they're clever for not writing the price. When I pointed out that the price seemed high, she simply remained silent. So you know it's a steal.
I don't recommend it.
05/06/2026: 4 stars, not 5, only because it's near a busy road. But the platter is really tasty!

A bad experience
21/12/2025: If I have an all-you-can-eat dinner, Yolo is always my first choice. I'm forced to lower my rating due to the menu. Saturday nights used to have an unlimited choice of dishes. The menu has certainly changed over time, but that's no longer the case. This restriction is very annoying because the price doesn't change, but you're subject to the same limitations that used to apply during the week and at lunchtime.
