11/11/2025: As a daughter of the sea, I crave fish no matter where I travel for work. Excellent ingredients only need the simplest cooking methods, and this shrimp was a perfect fit for me; it even tasted like shrimp! The fish was cooked to perfection, neither too overcooked nor undercooked, and it showed the Maillard reaction. For dessert, I ordered something like pudding, which was also delicious! The owner and the other staff were very friendly, even though we could only communicate through sign language.

12/01/2026: We arrived at the restaurant and were seated in a truly beautiful room: the place is clean, well-kept, and pleasant, nothing to complain about.
Unfortunately, the room was rather cold, and every time the door opened, drafts would come in, making the atmosphere uncomfortable.
The staff, however, was impeccable: very courteous, kind, and helpful waiters—truly excellent.
The pizza was a sore point. Overall, nothing special, but the "Speciale" was a real disappointment. The dough was tough and difficult to cut, making it unpleasant to eat. Unfortunately, the topping of mortadella, buffalo mozzarella, and chopped pistachios was barely noticeable: dull and unbalanced flavors, so much so that the pistachios couldn't be tasted even when eating a large amount.
It's a shame, because the place and the service are worth it, but the pizza definitely needs improvement.
10/01/2026: The pizza was very good when I ate it at the restaurant, but the takeout was terrible!!!
I ordered two pizzas for 7:30 PM, waited until 9:15 PM with no explanation, only to be told at 9:30 PM that they no longer do takeout, despite the reservation!
I waited two hours to even get the dinner I'd ordered. I'm disappointed because I've always had a great experience, but I don't think I'll be back after the service I received this evening!

03/02/2026: I was there today at 10:30 pm. I was the last customer at the fireplace. I asked if I could eat and they welcomed me with open arms. Given the late hour, there was no one else there, but they hosted me anyway. I met Amir and Andrea, who are my son-in-law and father-in-law. Then I met Ilisa and finally I met Paolo (top top). Have you found any better places?! With the same humanity?! Let me know about them.

01/02/2026: After a quick internet search, I decided to book a table for dinner with my family at the "Le Terre del Grignolino" restaurant.
A perfect choice. The food and service were top-notch.
The ingredients were excellent.
The cleanliness and attentiveness to customer requests completed the job.

Unfortunately, the wait was excessive. From ordering, we waited over an hour for our first course.
Furthermore, we weren't warned that the "tasting" platter was missing the Fassona steak because it was sold out.
However, they managed to make up for it by offering us an unsolicited discount.
Well done.
08/03/2026: The location is charming, but certainly thanks to its age and antiquity. The food, etc., is "refined and special" at all costs, even when it's not necessary. This, however, is to justify the rather high prices.
Krumiri. We need to open a debate. The ones made here are ordinary biscuits. The authentic, world-famous Krumiro from Casale is something else entirely, and delicious.
Terrible service. I can't use a different word. For example... Sunny Sunday, pleasant temperature, city packed with tourists. Place with at least 20 seats outside. Everyone sits down and no one comes to serve. It turns out after a while that they don't serve outside. You can't even sit down and drink, not even if you go inside to get your Teblo coffee.
You don't serve, you don't provide seating outside.
They really need to change gear.

08/03/2026: Excellent food, the only thing we would have to say is that empathy and friendliness with the customer needs to be more marked to get people to come back and get word of mouth and also to review the prices, 28 euros on average per person with 2 children aged 4 and 8, they didn't eat like us!! For the rest, congratulations on the quality

Then the real jaw-dropping discovery is the wonderful shop in the basement... an infernot with exposed brick and barrel vaults... full of wines and sweet and savory delicacies for purchase!!!
