31/03/2026: I came to eat with friends. At one point, the waiter/owner approached us and told us in a curt tone to hurry up because they had to eat. Then he walked away swearing. Kindness and courtesy were nonexistent. The owners were very unpleasant.

28/07/2025: incredibly skilled... very kind and meticulous! Very, very attentive to detail! The cakes are simply beautiful and super delicious!
24/07/2025: I've been a customer at this store a few times, because it's right near my house.
Lately, I have to be honest, there's no reason to go in anymore.
The cakes are always the same, '90s-style, the mood is under the feet of the people who work there, especially the fake, hypocritical smiles of one of the two girls at the counter.
The last cake I bought had multiple white hairs inside. I was truly disappointed.
After so many years in business, I can't understand how a place that was run so well for so many years could have ended up like this, perhaps due to mismanagement of the staff and the organization.
The environment has become sad, dark, and overpriced.
I hope this review can change that.

01/03/2026: A magical surprise.
Even though we arrived almost at closing time, they welcomed us impeccably. We took advantage of the set lunch menu, an excellent offering in every way. The crab fusilli was excellent, the gratinated fennel, and the ribs were fantastic. Highly recommended, and the people were fantastic and humble.
09/02/2026: This restaurant focuses on quantity and affordable prices. The menu is stuck in the '80s (I haven't seen a shrimp cocktail in ages, and there's an overuse of cream). The place isn't very clean, with cobwebs and dust everywhere, and the bathroom doors are painted black (their original beige color). Service could be improved (drinks served after the food, sharing focaccia could be pre-sliced, etc.), but the staff is friendly.

31/01/2026: Beautiful place, friendly staff. The breakfast here is the best I've ever had. The croissants and all the breakfast pastries are exceptional! You absolutely have to try them! Highly recommended.

02/04/2026: I found this little place by chance and I have to say I really liked it.
The food and staff were excellent and very friendly.
01/04/2026: Even though I was given a table almost immediately, I waited almost half an hour for someone to come clean and set the table. Once that was done, I had to wait another 10 minutes for a menu (only because I asked for it!). Finally, after almost 40 minutes, I managed to order. Unfortunately, what I had chosen was no longer available, so I opted for a pork steak. The meat was of extremely low quality. I took two bites and left (paying, of course), something that had never happened to me in my life. Maybe it was just my unlucky night, but the fact is, I had to go eat elsewhere. The service was in line with the quality of the products: low and poor.

25/01/2026: I'm giving one star because zero isn't a good idea. We ordered delivery and, after arriving late, discovered the bitter truth: €25 for three pizzas and a portion of fries, which, considering the price (almost the same as a Margherita), were truly too little. The pizzas were tiny, with the toppings falling to the floor; if you cut them, the toppings separated from the dough. The crust was as hard as concrete, and the tomato sauce was sour and super salty; sea water is sweeter. A terrible restaurant, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

13/10/2025: We had lunch outside in front of the restaurant after waiting an hour on Sunday for the market... 4 of us at a rickety table for 2... by 2 pm there was almost nothing left of the displayed menu... a tiny slice of cold braised beef with a side of cold zucchini... three desserts (these were good), a medium-sized beer, a mini Coke, two small bottles of water, three coffees. The staff was very kind but improvised. I'll draw a veil over the final bill... what can I say... never again.

13/12/2025: Excellent for a quiet early breakfast, when everything else is closed nearby. Friendly and smiling staff first thing in the morning, lounge music playing in the background, and tasteful, thoughtful decor.
07/12/2025: We had a terrible experience. The waitress and owner were rude. They forced us to pay a minimum order of €3 and forced us to sit at a single table even though there wasn't enough room for everyone. They pestered us and asked us repeatedly, coming to our table and checking to see if we'd all consumed. I don't recommend this place at all, and it shows because it's always empty. I'm hoping it closes soon.

17/03/2026: During my recent visits to Pub L'Operetta, I noticed a few situations that left me perplexed. In particular, I had the impression that the behavior of some of the female staff (a very young brunette) wasn't always in line with the level of professionalism expected in a venue open to the public.
I understand that everyone has their own private life, but when working with customers, I believe it's important to maintain an appropriate attitude. Some behaviors observed during service seemed inappropriate and impacted the overall experience.
I believe the venue has potential and can offer good service, but greater attention to management and the staff's professionalism would certainly help improve the overall image.
