09/04/2026: This is a pasta with scallops with arugula and toasted pistachios. I had this on the last three nights, but not on the first one because I couldn't find it. I've tried this dish in two other cities, but it was the most delicious here: the pasta is al dente with a nutty undertone, the sauce is excellent, and the shrimp cubes are fresh and crunchy. I'm serious, it's delicious! And my mouth is still watering as I talk about it. And now I understand why Italians are pasta fans! We've spent 7 nights in Caorle so far, and we've had dinner here every day. On Easter Monday, the waiter said that they had received 800 guests the day before, and the tables had to be re-laid five times. I think that says it all. And dear Sonja, how can you still smile at 10:30 at night? Unbelievable! Thank you very much for everything! Questa è una pasta con capesante, rucola e pistachio tostati. 25/01/2026: The Vian family's 50 years of restaurant management have left their mark. Noteworthy dishes. Exceptional fish and game. Reasonable price/quality ratio. Excellent. Returned after a month. The place was packed, but the quality and service were always impeccable.

18/10/2025: The food is very, very, very delicious, and the service is truly great. I'm happy every October that it's still open, and sad in April that it's still closed. Even if I go there three days in a row, I always find something particularly good to eat. It never gets boring; the presentation of the food alone is a feast for the eyes.

16/04/2026: I've been coming to this hotel for a long time, even before the renovation. I've had and continue to have a wonderful time. The rooms are clean, tidy, and basic. The staff is always very courteous. This weekend, however, I didn't use the restaurant. The breakfast is fantastic!

01/04/2026: Let me start by saying that I understand the season has just begun, but I still can't tolerate certain behaviors. I arrived for lunch around 1:30 PM; the place closes at 3 PM. When we ordered drinks, we asked for a lager and received an unfiltered one, without warning. The second time my companion asked for a beer, it wasn't even brought on a tray, but by hand, and honestly, this wasn't very welcome, especially given the normal cleanliness of the place. We asked for a platter of prosciutto and burrata as an appetizer, and the prosciutto was quite thick. Consequently, we ordered pasta with meat sauce and pasta with clams, the latter of which was full of sand. We ate it anyway and it was good, but eating sand wasn't great (and my companion is a chef and didn't particularly appreciate it). The chef justified himself with an annoyed noise we heard from the dining room, and then the waitresses explained the incident by saying that clams open and close again after cooking, whereas in reality they remained closed and full of sand. The lady at the counter apologized and gave us a discount, but it doesn't make up for the sand and the beer. I hate to write such a review, but both my companion and I were left feeling bitter and disappointed, even though we're both managers—I'm in the dining room and he's in the kitchen.
