11/05/2025: Hotel with a great location and psychological comfort..

08/05/2025: This hotel can only be rated excellently. Located directly on the lake, there is a large sunbathing area in front of the hotel and then the lake. This means that even during breakfast you can look out over Lake Garda and the hustle and bustle there. There is a roof terrace with small whirlpools (for 2 people each) and a bar, again with a view of the lake. The room is modernly furnished with a balcony. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. A small guest garden can also be used for breakfast. The parking lot at the hotel is small and reserved for loading and unloading. For this you have a parking card for the nearby garage of the shopping center. If necessary, an electric car can be charged directly at the hotel. And on top of that, all the employees are very friendly and helpful. And I'm already looking forward to our next vacation at the Hotel Bellariva.

13/05/2025: I had a Pizza Della Casa. I was able to order an extra topping without any problems. The pizza was delicious and the atmosphere pleasant. However, during seasonal weddings, it could get a bit noisy, as the restaurant was very large and relatively thinly soundproof.

24/05/2025: It's sad because as soon as they hear you speak Italian the waiters change expressions. Plus they kicked us out because our table in the second row, near the lake, was "reserved", but the other five, with a much better view, that surrounded us were not. In short, a nice way of saying that we were no longer welcome.

15/05/2025: A fantastic hotel right on the lake with a well-maintained lawn. Great restaurant, very good food. All the staff are friendly and motivated. The kiosk and restaurant are very good value for money. We'd love to come back.

25/05/2025: We had booked the BBQ (grilled area) in exchange for drinks ten days in advance. We even double-checked and confirmed the reservation, and the lady on the phone clearly promised us the space. We organized everything carefully, invited our friends for the planned BBQ, paid for all BBQ stuff, and even traveled all the way from Bolzano to the restaurant. This was supposed to be a special day, and we had trusted the restaurant to honor their commitment. However, upon arrival, we were shocked and disappointed. First, the lady told us there was no reservation at all. Then, after some back and forth, she admitted she had our booking but claimed we should have called again. Moments later, she changed her story yet again, saying the BBQ area was already being used by someone else. Frankly, this behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. It raises a serious question: if the business owner cannot even keep a simple promise for a booking, how can they be trusted to deliver on other important aspects like food quality, hospitality, and customer care?

29/04/2025: The worst spaghetti since there was spaghetti at BELLAViTA Torbole. Unfortunately, pizza isn't possible either. Rubbery dough and dubious taste. Unfortunately the service is in keeping with the rest.

22/04/2025: Very friendly staff. Good selection of food. I can personally recommend the VitelloTonnato. Unfortunately, the mixed salad was not fresh, but, as is often the case, a ready-made salad. The waiter also spoke German & English and briefly helped out as a tour guide :-) Thank you

24/03/2025: The pizza is highly recommended. The atmosphere is lovely and very well-maintained. Unfortunately, we felt rather intrusive as guests. The service, I think it was the owners, was very dismissive and made you feel unwelcome. We certainly won't be coming back.

13/05/2025: Terrible Indian or Pakistani waiter, he brought me the spritz literally with 3 ice cubes once I asked his boss for the ice again and came back to me telling me the spritz is drunk like this and left, calling him back I explained to him that the spritz is drunk with a glass full of ice and he told me you drink it like this, he didn't even accept the advice.
