30/04/2026: We stayed with our class during a school trip. We enjoyed excellent pizza for dinner and a spectacular Campanian ragù for lunch. Kindness, hospitality, helpfulness, and friendliness were guaranteed. Highly recommended!

10/03/2026: I usually only come here for breakfast (I think they have the best croissants in Bolzano, lol). Today I tried lunch and it was a great experience. The service is impeccable despite the place being very busy, the waiters are all friendly, and the food is excellent!

02/05/2026: Friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere, but the food wasn't my cup of tea. I spent €122 for three people for an appetizer (each) of good-quality cured meats and cheeses, a portion of watered-down tagliatelle with venison ragù (probably not sautéed enough), and a 7-gram rib-eye steak that, between fat and bone, probably had 3 grams of meat, but I left most of it there because it was incredibly tough.

19/04/2026: My boyfriend and I had a quick lunch yesterday afternoon at this lovely and well-kept restaurant in the center of Fiera di Primiero. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming; we ordered a platter and a first course of tagliatelle with venison ragù, which we shared between us. It was all delicious (I didn't have time to take a photo 😅). The cured meats and especially the pasta were excellent! We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Fiera di Primiero! 🔝 See you next time!! Melissa

14/05/2026: The pizza dough is really excellent; it was the best pizza I've had in days :) A great combination is: Gorgonzola + Buffalo cheese + onions. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet, and the service is quick, friendly, and efficient. Enjoy your meal!

10/05/2026: Terrible experience. We waited an entire hour just for water. As for bread and drinks, we ended up having to get up and get them ourselves because, despite asking, no one would serve us. The icing on the cake: the fried food was burnt. Disorganized service and disappointing food. We won't be back.

21/07/2025: Appena entrati nella ristorante Sud di Riva del Garda, ci si sente subito avvolti dall'atmosfera calda e accogliente del sud Italia. I tavoli in legno, le decorazioni colorate e l'odore delizioso dei piatti tipici ci hanno trasportato in un viaggio sensoriale. Lo staff è stato davvero fantastico: carino e cordiale, con quel tocco tipico del sud che rende l'accoglienza ancora più speciale. Abbiamo assaggiato diverse specialità e ogni morso era un'esplosione di sapori autentici. La pizza era semplicemente deliziosa, con ingredienti freschi e una pasta perfetta, mentre gli antipasti ci hanno fatto sognare di essere in una trattoria sul lungomare. Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto la pulizia del locale, che lo rende perfetto anche per famiglie numerose. Se cercate un posto dove gustare piatti squisiti e sentirvi come a casa, ristorante Sud è assolutamente super consigliata! Assolutamente da tornare

02/05/2026: For years, despite the opening of other Neapolitan pizzerias, it remains one of the best in South Tyrol! The fried foods are absolutely top-notch! Unbeatable for crispiness, flavor, and the fact that they're NOT greasy!

01/05/2026: Our visit to this restaurant was unfortunately disappointing. Food: The dishes were mostly served cold or only lukewarm. One of the dishes was completely inedible. In addition, there was a hair in the food, which is absolutely unacceptable. Service: The service was inconsistent: One waiter was friendly and very attentive, while the waitress was unfortunately extremely slow and inattentive. Atmosphere: The ambiance was okay overall, but nothing special. Other: When we asked for garlic oil, we were simply told that it didn't exist – also disappointing. Conclusion: Overall, we unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

21/12/2025: In a part of Bolzano that experienced unregulated urban development in the 1950s and 1960s, an Art Nouveau building was spared. Its ground floor, formerly a bar and then a pub, has been converted into this intimate, well-appointed, and quiet restaurant. The food is good, and when I visited, it leaned toward traditional Roman cuisine. The service is provided by a mature couple, whose demeanor reflects extensive experience in the sector, but perhaps also a lackluster enthusiasm.

20/03/2026: I highly recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even the most decent service. For such a large and supposedly prestigious establishment, the level of waiter service is utterly unacceptable. The waiters give the impression they're working there as a form of punishment – ​​lacking eye contact, a lack of basic courtesy, and complete disorganization. Instead of relaxation, every meal was filled with frustration and demands for basic necessities. This isn't the norm for a hotel of this caliber, but rather a poorly managed eatery. If management doesn't take action and train the staff, this hotel will be associated solely with amateurism. I definitely don't recommend it – it's a waste of time and money. PS. The worst is the gray-haired gentleman with black-rimmed glasses.

20/03/2026: The rooms are clean and spacious. They are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. Ski and boot storage is available. The location is good. It's close to a market, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a slope.

06/06/2026: Beautiful location on the lakeside, friendly but tired-looking staff, high prices compared to the quality and quantity... you can't pay €17 for a mixed salad made on the cheap, at this point it's better to get a pizza.

18/03/2026: I hope it was just a bad day... I chose the restaurant based on the menu options I'd read on the website, but once I sat down, I was told three times that the dish wasn't available. In the end, disheartened, I had to settle for the usual Milanese cutlet. There was something "good" there, but it wasn't on the menu. The website is inviting, but it's a shame it's only in the photos, but I can say I'm still craving it.
