13/12/2025: Located in Pietramurate, Trento. Hotel Ciclamino is excellent for a short stay or longer. Wheelchair accessible with free parking. The exceptional management and friendly staff make it a great family hotel. The quiet setting makes it a great location. A generous breakfast with plenty of choices. Thank you for your hospitality.

05/11/2025: We had a wonderful time at the HI Hotel Torbole. Our room had a large covered balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel is in a quiet location, yet you can quickly reach the town and the lake. The panoramic hiking trail near the hotel is also highly recommended. We used the small sauna area with the whirlpool and the heated outdoor pool daily. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and varied. Our only minor suggestion for improvement: the stairs to the bike room in the basement were a bit difficult for our e-bikes; perhaps another solution could be found for this. Otherwise, everything was great! We'll be back, thank you for everything!

14/10/2025: I had a wonderful time at this hotel, where I spent three nights. The double room we had wasn't very large and had limited space to store your things. The view of the lake was beautiful. My room had a terrace overlooking the lake, but there are rooms that overlook the internal courtyard. The location is a 15-minute walk from Torbole, up an uphill road. The continental breakfast was excellent, and the spa was well-maintained and ideal for recovering from a day exploring the mountains. The spa should be included for all guests at no additional cost.

12/10/2025: The hotel is very comfortable. The staff were friendly, especially the gentleman with the blonde hair. He was very respectful. We arrived late at night, and the receptionist was very welcoming and provided excellent service. They also offer free valet parking. The room was small, but it was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. I thank the chef for making the pastries with love. The hotel's location is excellent, facing the lake, and the view from the restaurant is amazing. I will come again.

05/01/2026: The food does an injustice to Italian cuisine, spaghetti carbonara came with a lump of scrambled egg yolks instead of the thick sauce that carbonara is supposed to have, the steak we ordered medium rare came well done, very disappointing since it is among the more expensive dishes on the menu, the service was average minus, the waiters were not that nice and also made a mistake in the dishes we ordered and even forgot to order a dish for one of the diners who was at the table with us. Do yourself a favor and order at another restaurant instead.

05/01/2026: Finding somewhere on a busy Sunday evening is hard, but the service went out of their way to seat us. Unfortunately, the food let it down slightly, e.g. the Goulash was only warm when served, and my tagliatelle was slightly al dente, but the boys enjoyed their pizza.

21/10/2025: A very welcoming atmosphere, finally cloth napkins, excellent classic pizza (not gourmet or Neapolitan-style), long-standing, very professional owners (sometimes lacking a smile). Highly recommended if you're looking for atmosphere and classic pizza (in my experience, but there's also cuisine)!

28/09/2025: The pizza is highly recommended. The atmosphere is lovely and very well-maintained. Unfortunately, we felt rather intrusive as guests. The service, I think it was the owners, was unfortunately very dismissive and made you feel unwelcome. We certainly won't be coming back.

07/10/2025: I was traveling alone and was very satisfied overall. The hotel is well-maintained, the staff friendly, and the turndown service was very attentive. The food was also very good quality, as was the pool and the central location. Minor criticisms: The mattress in the single room was unfortunately worn on one side, there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in the room, and the TV could have been a bit larger. Overall, though, a pleasant stay – with a few minor improvements, it would have been perfect.

10/01/2026: I don't understand what the delivery pizza chef is doing. Every time we order, he makes us a German-style Margherita, a ton of it and mozzarella, and you can't even see the sauce. Disappointing. Then you order a Margherita at the restaurant on Via Gote, with a little more mozzarella and a very soft dough, it's truly Neapolitan pizza. But the takeaway pizzeria makes a Margherita, and putting less mozzarella at Naples is shocking. They don't even put mozzarella at Naples, or mozzarella at Naples!!!!

21/07/2025: Appena entrati nella ristorante Sud di Riva del Garda, ci si sente subito avvolti dall'atmosfera calda e accogliente del sud Italia. I tavoli in legno, le decorazioni colorate e l'odore delizioso dei piatti tipici ci hanno trasportato in un viaggio sensoriale. Lo staff è stato davvero fantastico: carino e cordiale, con quel tocco tipico del sud che rende l'accoglienza ancora più speciale. Abbiamo assaggiato diverse specialità e ogni morso era un'esplosione di sapori autentici. La pizza era semplicemente deliziosa, con ingredienti freschi e una pasta perfetta, mentre gli antipasti ci hanno fatto sognare di essere in una trattoria sul lungomare. Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto la pulizia del locale, che lo rende perfetto anche per famiglie numerose. Se cercate un posto dove gustare piatti squisiti e sentirvi come a casa, ristorante Sud è assolutamente super consigliata! Assolutamente da tornare

08/12/2025: We discovered this place a few months ago. We'd heard great things about it, so out of curiosity, we decided to try it. The first time we went for pizza, it was a pleasant surprise. It was truly delicious: crispy, well-topped, and not at all heavy, which is rare these days. When you eat well, you don't have to worry about the extra euro. This time, too, we were satisfied with the quality and price. We were so pleased that we decided to organize our daughter's confirmation. We arranged for an aperitif of mixed-flavor pizzas (which the guests loved), followed by a grilled meat platter with sides. They outdid themselves here: the meat melted in your mouth, soft, tender, and truly EXCELLENT. There was a mix of beef, pork, spareribs, Lucanghe sausages, and sausages, and the platters were generous. The potatoes were truly delicious. We had the whole room to ourselves, a group of about 25 people, and when there are small children who can roam freely, it's a godsend. In fact, I must admit, they gave us a lot of freedom and were very patient, as children are notoriously lively. The service was very fast, and despite being staffed by young people, it was precise, courteous, and orderly. The owner is a wonderful person, she puts you at ease and is available in every way; you can tell she cares about ensuring her guests are completely satisfied. We also had a vegetarian guest, and they prepared a delicious mixed platter for him as well, so they accommodate those requests/needs as well. We didn't have the pleasure of eating the fish, but we'll definitely try next time, as the kitchen produced some truly inviting dishes. We also discovered that you can order fresh Florentine steak that day; they don't have anything vacuum-packed in the fridge for days, so you have to reserve it. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. The location is pleasant, especially the outdoor area, which is certainly delightful in spring/summer, being at the foot of the mountain. My only regret is that at the moment (December 2025), work on the old ice rink has made the short stretch of road (just a few steps) to get to the restaurant a little less convenient. I think the municipality of Laives could have been a little more considerate and respectful of the work of these people who put so much effort and are so dedicated to their work. In any case, it certainly won't be a deterrent for us because, given the way the food is served, this "inconvenience" that wasn't their fault is easily overcome. I'm sorry I don't have any photos, even if the eye couldn't quite tell you the quality of the meat, but we were too busy eating it rather than photographing it. 😁 Congratulations to the owners and all the staff.
