The rooms are clean and spacious. They are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. Ski and boot storage is available. The location is good. It's close to a market, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a slope.

Today, our ski week ended without any snowfall, but the hotel and its spa made our stay pleasant. Thanks to the always-present, attentive, and kind staff.

Spotlessly clean, excellent service from all the staff, above-average restaurant, generous breakfast, excellent dinner, waiters, receptionists, and the owner are simply perfect for a worry-free vacation. Free shuttle service to the slopes, ski equipment storage room. Free pool and spa, great for families with children.

06/04/2026: We've been coming here for many years because, of all the places we've tried, it's the all-you-can-eat we like best. Service has gotten faster in recent years; we've never had to wait long, even on Saturday nights. I also prefer it for its more intimate atmosphere compared to places that are too large and noisy.
16/03/2026: Ottomo, there are also some Thai dishes… It's my favorite sushi because there's none of the chaos of the sushi places in Trento where they throw plates at you.

22/05/2026: We had dinner this evening to celebrate a birthday. The dinner was impeccable and the service excellent! The owners, Claudia Davide, are incredibly kind! The waiters are professional and the food impeccable! The pizza 🍕 is delicious. I recommend it to everyone.
17/05/2026: A definite plus is that the restaurant offers gluten-free pasta – that's quite rare around here. The sauces were also gluten-free, and the portion size was perfectly adequate. The dish cost around €14. They also have gluten-free pizza dough. However, it was rather standard and not homemade – a bit dry and similar to what you'd find in other restaurants. Rice dishes are also on the menu. I would still advise caution for people with celiac disease. I got the impression that while the dishes are advertised as gluten-free, they might not be entirely suitable for those with celiac disease due to the possibility of cross-contamination. I would be particularly wary of fried or breaded foods. Overall, though, it's a good option if you're looking for gluten-free alternatives.
