30/07/2024: This place is definitely worth a visit if you are looking for that special occasion venue.
Very impressive building and grounds, overlooking lake Garda.
We were very lucky to have some live music going on throughout all evening. It created wonderful atmosphere.
The view of the lake is beautiful and service is very attentive.
We had a very nice wine, recommended by our waiter.
All our dishes were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. I especially recommend suckling pig. Deserts were delightful.
I also liked that the chef came over to our table to say hi and hear our feedback- makes it that much more special.
22/07/2024: Semplicemente meraviglioso. Una location privata ed intima dove puoi spaziare da una semplice cena da solo a chiedere alla tua compagna di sposarti. Servizio amichevole ed allo stesso tempo professionale. Mi sono sentito coccolato in tutti i sensi. Ringrazio ogni membro dello staff per avermi permesso di trascorrere una così piacevole esperienza. Ottima cucina con piatti creativi (suggerisco il menu degustazione), abbinamento vini sublime.. insomma, ci tornerò sicuramente!

03/09/2024: Das Restaurant hat eine traumhafte Lage direkt am See. Wir hatten keine Reservierung und wurden trotzdem sehr nett empfangen. Das Personal spricht italienisch, deutsch und englisch.
Das Essen war sehr gut und der Service sehr aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
01/09/2024: Personale molto gentile e simpatico, scelti piatti di pesce (di mare) preparati con abilità e cura nonché con prodotti di qualità che li hanno resi ottimi, lo stesso per i dolci. Nonostante ci fosse molta gente, siamo stati serviti in tempi brevissimi.
Il tutto nella cornice incantevole di una terrazza sul lago di Levico.

30/08/2024: We were guests of the hotel for three nights, and had dinner one evening in the restaurant. What can I say? We were more than satisfied: everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast excellent, the dinner more than good (the quality of the salad buffet was excellent). The professionalism of the staff made an excellent impression on us: customer care is a strong point. Congratulations to the staff!

22/07/2024: Recently, my partner and I stopped for lunch at the “Sapori Mediterranei” restaurant while we were passing through. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We ordered two Margherita pizzas and a bottle of water. The pizza dough was undercooked and the toppings were excessive, with too much mozzarella which made everything wet and mushy. The pizza didn't cut, it was heavy and remained on our stomachs for the rest of the day.
To top it off, the bill was almost €30, which we thought was exorbitant for the quality of the food and the simplicity of the meal.

02/07/2024: sufficiente, abbiamo preso grigliata di gamberi e calamari gamberoni secchi e non puliti il calamaro discreto, gli gnocchi nella norma e la pepata di cozze con le cozze sporche, cibo da trattoria senza troppe pretese
28/06/2024: Came here with friends anf had plenty between us. I had some seafood pasta and seabream, which were both very nice. The service was super attentive and lovely. The wine was tasty, and for the establishment, it wasn't too pricey. The pasta dishes as primi were pretty big too.
My boyfriend had a pizza which was a little disappointing, the tomato sauce was pretty bland as were the toppings, despite being very fresh
We ate much better in rural Italy the following days but in Bolzano it was probably one of the better restaurants

30/05/2024: Wir waren hier mit der Familie insgesamt zweimal während unseres Aufenthalts in Riva essen und wurden jedesmal überrascht, wie lecker das Essen und familienfreundlich das Personal ist. Das Personal nahm sich immer wieder beim Vorbeigehen Zeit unsere Kleinen (3 Jahre und 8 Monate) zu bespaßen und erfüllte uns auch gerne Essenswünsche für die Kleinen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

21/07/2024: We stayed in two connecting rooms and had a great time.
The structure is beautiful and with elegant attention to detail. The jewel in the crown is certainly the staff starting from the reception, fantastic in the dining room but also the chefs and the cleaning staff. The hotel is for Fronduto at no additional cost. Our cokerina was great.
Many activities from excursions with a guide which are also free but also water aerobics and pilates for those who wanted to take advantage.
I must say that it is the most beautiful holiday in Val di Fassa of all those I have had so far. A heartfelt thank you and congratulations for the cuisine, as varied and quality as everything else. See you soon
21/07/2024: We returned to this hotel founded in 1806, very kind staff, room cleaning twice a day. Indoor swimming pool plus sauna. Quality dinners if you are not satisfied ask and they will serve you something else. Magnificent location 150 meters from the cable car
