26/08/2025: I found myself in Trento on a mission. After several attempts to find a place to stay, I finally found (also considering the positive reviews) the Hotel Everest. What can I say? Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the magnificent breakfast. The owners were fantastic.

22/08/2025: Wonderful experience! I stayed at the Hotel Everest from August 10 to 17, 2025, on a half-board basis. The room was comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, but I must also compliment all the dining room staff and the restaurant chefs. They truly pampered us, and they paid special attention to me, especially since I have celiac disease. The dinners were truly delicious, and the daily menu had a great selection. A truly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!

I honestly don't know if it belongs to the restaurant, but it's close by (we were there in the last week of September). Recommended place; we were lucky enough to have friends bring us here. 12/10/2025: The hotel is very comfortable. The staff were friendly, especially the gentleman with the blonde hair. He was very respectful. We arrived late at night, and the receptionist was very welcoming and provided excellent service. They also offer free valet parking. The room was small, but it was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. I thank the chef for making the pastries with love. The hotel's location is excellent, facing the lake, and the view from the restaurant is amazing. I will come again.

03/10/2025: We got lost in the middle of Route 526 (a loop trail of Sassolungo group mountains), and managed to get to the Hut at about 7:30 pm after struggle. The sky was already dark and the weather was cold then. We were exhausted (after almost 8 hours of walk) without much water left to make the way back to Passo Sella carpark. Upon arriving the entrance of the Hut (already closed for business), we saw someone came out of the Hut and we almost screamed for some assistance. We were grateful we were allowed to get in the Hut and to make use of washroom and the staff also filled up our water bottle. They pointed us the right path to the car park and assured that it was a relatively flat path which took just about 30 mins of walk. Finally we took the path in complete darkness only with the iphone light torch😅 We were really grateful for the help of the Hut staff👍👍

18/09/2025: I've only seen the exterior and the bathrooms. The refuge is certainly well-maintained and maintained. In September, however, it remains in the shade in the afternoon. The 5-star view of the Sella massif is unparalleled.

27/09/2025: We stopped in the first time for an aperitivo and it wasn't a great experience. We tried again two years later for lunch, almost by chance, and we were very satisfied. The food is of excellent quality and craftsmanship. The prices aren't like those of a tavern, but they're not outrageous, in line with the quality of the dishes. The atmosphere is simple but clean and tidy. The staff is top-notch.

11/09/2025: Okay. The food was good and everything was quick, but in a city as beautiful as Trento, there are better options. The menu is only available digitally and is very confusing. The ambiance is rather mediocre, significantly below that of most other restaurants in the city center.
