A very good menu with a really good selection of fish and regular dishes, as well as great pizzas. Prices are a bit on the high side, but completely justified.

22/08/2025: It's a tourist restaurant, but the quality is definitely above average. Prices are in line with the average I've found in Arco, but the portions are generous and very good. I went one evening to try the pizza (very good) and returned for dinner a few days later. The ragù was excellent and the dish was generous. The truffle topping was also delicious. The staff were very friendly, and the service was fast and accurate. The restaurant is air-conditioned, a great feature given the heat we experienced in Arco in August. The restaurant is located in the center, but there's free parking a 10-minute walk away, and just outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), there's also a paid parking lot nearby. It has a convenient garage for storing bikes and strollers.

Wide selection of pizzas all really good. You can also request lactose-free mozzarella. The dishes of the kitchen are also very good. Recommended!

07/09/2025: Very nice, clean hotel in a great location, especially for those who enjoy walking. Just a few minutes' walk from the Busatte trail and the Busatte adventure park! Ideal for both families and couples. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The hotel also has a small pool (plus spa) for guests' use.

23/08/2025: Total disappointment – ​​Hotel Hi Torbole Price: €170 for one night in a standard room. We opted for just one night, but the experience was enough to convince me never to return. Perhaps the hotelier took the term "ensuite bathroom" too literally: here, the shower is literally next to the bed, separated only by a glass pane, with the sink placed at the foot of the bed as an unusual furnishing accessory. For the toilet, however, you have to make do with a closet without even a bidet. All of this, of course, wasn't specified in the description on Booking.com: a lack of transparency that's difficult to justify. Reception and breakfast: limited. The reception did its job. On a positive note: the lady in the dining room was kind. It's also absurd to discover that the TV in the room is tuned only to German channels. We understand that the clientele is mostly German-speaking, but a little attention to Italian speakers wouldn't hurt. Perhaps the same carelessness is evident in the lack of a bidet and a cleanliness that, while adequate (a 7), certainly doesn't reach the standards one would expect for a similar price. Parking: an additional €8, not clearly indicated on Booking.com, where only the availability of parking was mentioned. An unpleasant and decidedly opaque surprise. Distance from the center: They state a 10-minute walk... maybe, but downhill. On the way back uphill, those 10 minutes easily become 20. Value for money? Simply ridiculous. At €170 a night, I expected a hotel, not a reality show set about how to survive without space, without comfort, with a surprise extra parking space and a TV that seems designed only for German tourists. If I were to return to Torbole, I would definitely choose something else: next time, I'd prefer a B&B; at least the bathroom and bed are in different rooms.

21/08/2025: Beautiful hotel in a great location, full of lakes and castles, with even a motocross track right behind it. While we were swimming in the pool, we could see the motocross bikes flying by! 😀. By the way, there's also a pool right at the foot of the rocky mountains overlooking the hotel: wonderful!!! They also welcome four-legged friends very well, with free access everywhere, even their own little pool, the dog pool! The restaurant was also excellent, where we ate really well and spent very little. Breakfast was super plentiful and delicious! The staff were kind and, I'd even say, friendly.

17/08/2025: Dated hotel, with photos that don't reflect reality at all, small triple room, low and uncomfortable beds, no air conditioning and in its place a dusty fan, and to top it all off, spiders even on the towels.... Truly a bad experience.

21/08/2025: We arrived at 5:30 PM and immediately asked for dinner. Being in South Tyrol, we were accustomed to the fact that kitchens often open at that time. We were told that the kitchen would open at 6:30 PM, so we ordered and consumed while waiting: ice cream, a Spritz, a Coke, and water. After being seated for about 45 minutes, we were informed that the table was no longer available because it had been reserved, and we were asked to vacate it immediately. When a customer is seated and begins to consume, a contractual relationship is established: the manager must guarantee clarity, continuity, and good faith in the service (Articles 1175 and 1375 of the Italian Civil Code; Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005). In our case, we had not been given any advance notice of an existing reservation, nor were we offered an alternative table. Such behavior could constitute unfair practice: the customer would have the right to dispute the bill or request compensation for the service disruption. To avoid arguments, we simply paid our bill and left, but the experience was disappointing because we expected greater organization and transparency. It's clear that we were simply guests of the restaurant—I never said otherwise—and your waiters seated us at a specific table, not at our discretion. All that was needed was to apologize.
