05/01/2026: We just spent three days at this property. The rooms were warm and comfortable, and it's a great base for exploring the Christmas markets and ski resorts. The food was excellent, the staff were wonderful, and the owners were lovely. I highly recommend this place, both in winter and spring. We'll definitely be happy to return. 😉

09/11/2025: A truly lovely restaurant with very friendly and attentive service! The prices are absolutely fair, the pizza was delicious, and the tiramisu was a real treat. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting – you immediately feel at ease. The only minor drawback: I personally didn't enjoy the non-alcoholic wheat beer as much, but that's a matter of taste. Overall, a wonderful evening, and I'll definitely be back!

09/02/2026: A well-kept restaurant, almost full: it's always best to book despite the large size. The pizzas are good, although I prefer the crispy crust. Unfortunately, we waited almost an hour for them to arrive! The dessert was small considering the €7.50 price tag.

09/02/2026: Disastrous experience: poor professionalism and lack of hygiene, ruined meat, unacceptable behavior from the owner. I've never written a review in my life, but unfortunately, as a former restaurateur, I feel compelled to state only the facts; everyone can draw their own conclusions. I ordered a cut of meat (for non-experts, like a Florentine steak). The Simmenthal, about 800-900 grams, was recommended (a large cut). It was just for me; the meat was served already sliced ​​(see photo) and, unfortunately, completely overcooked on both sides, with a dry, biscuit-like consistency and absolutely inedible. When the waitress saw me putting it aside, she asked me if it was okay and alerted the owner, who was at the cash register. But what happened next was even more serious: Lack of professionalism: The owner showed up at the table, claiming that the meat was okay as it was and that there was nothing to change, refusing to replace it or offer a suitable solution. Serious lack of hygiene: To prove his point, the owner repeatedly touched the pieces of meat on my plate with his bare hands, then insisted I eat it anyway. This was unacceptable and violated all health regulations. Seeing that I wasn't eating, they offered to take the meat away. Shortly afterward, without my asking, I was given a take-out tray of meat. Everyone knows that this type of meat is "either eaten immediately or it becomes inedible," as it was from the start (a tray that I threw away as soon as I left). It's clear that, with walk-in customers like me, the technique is to proceed this way when something isn't right: the waitress was well-trained. The end result: The total bill was €151.50, and as a "courtesy," I was given a €1.50 discount. The bill also included two dishes from the other two diners, so the meat cost roughly €100, a fair price!!! For such service, punctuated by arrogance and a complete disregard for basic hygiene standards and respect for the customer. I should emphasize that it's my custom, when I don't like something, to not expect anything from the restaurant, to pay, to form my own opinion, and never return. In this case, unfortunately, the arrogance and very aggressive behavior of the owner and waitress—the tray actually said, "TAKE HOME..."—led me to report what happened. The place is nice, it certainly has its history, and I believe it's otherwise average. It was absolutely not my intention to discredit the business, but I was misled by a social media video demonstrating the skill and expertise in cooking and grilling meat. I absolutely don't question the quality of the meat or the owner's expertise, but as a former restaurateur and someone who has been dedicated to welcoming and hosting guests in various businesses in Italy and abroad for about 26 years, I had a truly humiliating and indecent experience with my family. I don't recommend anything to anyone. I just hope these incidents at this place don't happen again in the future, leaving other customers feeling truly mistreated and, in effect, kicked out. The message was very clear; I hope mine was too. I wish La Brace restaurant all the best.

08/02/2026: I've eaten here several times. The meat is top-quality, though a bit pricey (understandably so, of course). The pizzas are amazing, tasty, and most importantly, made with one of the most digestible doughs I've ever eaten. My only criticisms, if I may, are that some of the side dishes (like the baked potatoes) are a bit small, and the main dining room is very noisy. Otherwise, no complaints, highly recommended.

10/01/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. I stumbled upon it by chance when I ordered a takeout pizza. I didn't wait long, and the pizza was delicious. The owner is super friendly, as are all the staff. The prices are super affordable. I recommend it as a stop :)

04/01/2026: EXCELLENT PIZZA!! First time at this great restaurant, very well organized with friendly and professional staff. We had two pizzas, the first with gorgonzola, mixed salad, dried figs, and PGI speck, truly excellent. A pizza with carne salada and radicchio, also excellent. Congratulations! We will definitely be back when we're passing through Lake Garda.

29/01/2026: A pizzeria restaurant in the heart of Trento, ideal if you're craving a well-made pizza. I had a pizza and found it to be truly delicious: well-cooked dough, quality ingredients, and balanced flavors. Friendly service and a pleasant, casual yet refined atmosphere. It wasn't a 5-star "wow" experience, but it was absolutely solid and satisfying. I'd gladly return to try the rest of the menu.

02/01/2026: Welcoming staff, we didn't have a single minute of waiting, the fish was FRESH, the quality was EXCELLENT, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Plus, the price was excellent for the quality of the dishes. We absolutely recommend this place to all tourists in the city center: AVOID the tourist traps of expensive restaurants in the city center where the food is terrible. TOP PLACE!!!!!!!!!! We'll definitely be back from a couple of tourists.

19/01/2026: I have been here more than 20 times, but I won’t be coming back anymore. The arrogance keeps growing, while everything else is declining. I used to enthusiastically recommend this place to others — not anymore. When you charge these prices, the whole experience matters. During my last visit, the turbot — a fish that is both expensive and deserving of respect — was literally torn apart and carelessly placed on the plate. It was served cold. Sadly, once a top destination, it now feels like a place you simply pass by.

17/10/2025: We received excellent service here and had a wonderful dinner. In the evening, the awning was retracted, which gave us another fantastic view of the sky. The service was truly attentive and extremely professional. I had octopus, which was very well done and cooked to perfection. The prices were a bit on the high side, but this is also reflected in the restaurant's style.
