02/08/2025: Cibo ottimo e servizio gentile unica nota negativa è che è un po' nascosto e con poche indicazioni per raggiungerlo ma ugualmente consogliato

01/08/2025: De bediening was nogal onpersoonlijk. Het moest allemaal heel snel gaan. Gezellig tafelen was bijna niet mogelijk: we hadden nog maar 1 slokje van onze wijn genomen en het gerecht werd al geserveerd. We hebben dan de rest van de fles leeggedronken met niets meer erbij. Ze kwamen wel meteen vragen of we dessert willen. Maar wij wilden gewoon even rustig praten en gezellig tafelen. Daar hielden ze weinig rekening mee en dat is heel jammer. Het lijkt alsof je snel weer weg moet omdat ze de tafel nogmaals willen vullen met nieuwe klanten. Wij hadden in elk geval dat gevoel. Los daarvan wil ik wel benadrukken dat het eten zeer lekker was. Maar voor gezelligheid en sfeer moet je daar niet zijn.

03/08/2025: il vermentino ino ino a prezzi esorbitanti...una bottiglia in un negozo costa quanto mezzo bicchiere in questa sorta di ristorante sul mare. Piatti niente di che e miseri, varietà insussistente, camerieri supponenti. Esperienza pessima. E' vero che Punta ala è particolare, è vero che il posto da sul mare ma soono andato per mangiare e ho mangiato poco e speso un'eresia.

23/07/2025: This is my fourth stay at this property, which I've known since 2003. It's perfect for those seeking total relaxation in a well-maintained location, surrounded by nature. The breakfast is fantastic, and the staff, who pamper you with top-notch service, are this hotel's strong points. I recommend a stay here to anyone looking for a relaxing break surrounded by nature, as well as families with children.

14/10/2025: A very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, and the restaurant manager was rude—he didn't even look at us or try to make us feel welcome. They were very slow and unprofessional, especially considering how expensive this place is. I definitely do not recommend it—not for tourists or anyone else. One of the female staff members was particularly impolite, speaking to us in a disrespectful way. The only good person was the Moroccan girl—she was kind and polite. Other than that, terrible service overall. A very disappointing experience. The service was terrible, and the restaurant manager was rude—he didn't even look at us or greet us politely. They were slow and unprofessional, especially considering the high prices. I absolutely do not recommend it, not to tourists or anyone else. One of the waitresses was particularly rude and spoke disrespectfully to us. Only the Moroccan girl was kind and helpful. Otherwise, terrible service.

14/10/2025: The food was okay, but the service was really disappointing. It honestly affected my experience and I don’t think I’ll come back unless they improve their service. The only good part was the Moroccan girl — she was the only one who was kind and professional. And it's really expensive with no reason!!!!

24/06/2025: Terza vacanza a San Vincenzo. Provati, penso, tutti i ristoranti in posizione centrale, oltre a qualcosa nelle vicinanze. Il livello è fortemente “turistico” … nel senso di basso basso. Sotto tutti i profili, qualità, offerta, servizio, igiene. Faccio solo due recensioni: il peggio e il meglio che abbiamo provato. La palma del peggiore tocca, senza dubbio, al Ristorante Bitta. Un posto con terrazza sul porto che offre una bellissima vista del tramonto. Punto, basta cose positive. Il resto è tutto da evitare: dai bicchieri opachi e con forte sapore di detergente, ai piatti di discutibile qualità per finire con un conto fuori misura. Quando si esce si ha proprio l’impressione di essere stati raggirati, beffati e derubati. Veramente sconsigliato. Per chi cadesse nella trappola: attenzione! Il cameriere, millantatore professionista, propone piatti non a menù, per poi applicare prezzi folli, esempio: due triglie fritte 40 €. Non due porzioni, due triglie a numero, come piccolo antipasto. I termini giusti per definire questo posto sono indicibili in quanto si verrebbe censurati. Ripeto: attenzione, statene alla larga.

23/06/2025: Nn ho nulla da dire nn mi sono trovato bene sia col servizio che qualità cibo e prezzo in tre 3 antipasti 1 pesce pescato fresco da 1,5kg diviso in tre 1 bottiglia di franciacorta 1 coca 1 acqua 3 dolci 2 caffè 290 euro io che frequento dei grandi ristoranti stellati nn ho mai pagato con antipasto primi e secondi dolci caffè e……….piu di 250 con qualità eccellenti Io qui sono in vacanza sul mare dove vivo il mare nn c’è e si mangia da DIO

12/09/2025: We contacted them for a ceremony, and they set up an appointment for a quote, but the manager didn't show up. Annoyingly, but by then we were on site, a representative called and told us she'd be there in an hour and a half. We politely declined and requested a draft quote via email, which never arrived. Conclusion: either they have a lot of work and aren't interested in ceremonies, or professionalism is optional.

17/10/2025: I had to travel all the way to Italy to eat the worst pizza of my life. After two weeks in Italy, with daily restaurant visits, it was the absolute lowlight in terms of quality and taste.

14/10/2025: Great location for sunset. The pizza was very good, but the portion of pasta was rather small.

13/09/2025: Terrible experience! If you want to waste your money and time on lunch, go ahead. Rudeness, lack of attention, slow service, poor quality. Unfortunately, I have no positive comments about this restaurant. The first time I went, I thought I was having a bad day... which can happen, but the second time, I was confirmed.

05/09/2025: A little tip for the owners Be careful how you fill the water bottles; they don't seal them. The cap on the bottle I received had mold, as did the bottle. On top of that, there was raw rice, tiny pieces of salmon on the plates, 95% rice and 5% salmon. There was no sashimi for dinner. Extremely slow service. Not to mention the owner arrogantly said it was impossible for the rice to be raw. You'll see. It's still in my mouth. A nightmare.

29/09/2025: The food was terrible. I saw the man taking food out of the freezer. It was very greasy and bland, with no flavor. There are many better restaurants here where you can eat much better for the same price.

15/09/2025: I was shocked. Terrible service! We just wanted a quick drink at lunch, but after a very long wait, we still hadn't been served, even though there were hardly any other customers there. We said something ourselves. When the waitress finally came to our table, she didn't even say hello! We ordered and left without a word. When I went inside and asked the woman behind the bar for the restroom, I was simply ignored! I've never experienced anything like it! One star for the location right by the sea; this "bar" really doesn't deserve any more stars.

20/06/2025: Ristorante ormai di fiducia, dopo anni e anni non delude mai. La qualità prezzo è impeccabile, la scelta dei piatti è ampia e il servizio è davvero professionale, i camerieri sono sempre disponibili e Leonardo è davvero un ottimo padrone di casa! L’accoglienza e l’atmosfera sono sempre al massimo! Consigliato

15/06/2025: Cibo di qualità nella norma, alcuni piatti più buoni di altri ma diciamo niente di particolare, piatti che chi ha un po di dimestichezza in cucina riesce a cucinare tranquillamente a casa propria. nota dolente l'attesa, decisamente troppa; e la maleducazione di un membro del personale che lascia veramente perplessi tanto da non tornarci più. Unica nota di merito alla cameriera, molto gentile e professionale.

25/08/2025: Forget it. The staff is uneducated, the facility is very old, and the umbrellas are practically stacked on top of each other. It's absolutely not worth the money. I wouldn't give it a single star if I could.

08/07/2025: Ottimi piatti in una splendida cornice sul porto, minicalamaretti fritti fantastici, alici aperte e fritte, tutto buonissimo con un finale meraviglioso..tramonto eccezionale!

24/06/2025: Accoglienza pessima, gestore arrogante e indisponente; differenza di atteggiamento palese con altri tavoli evidentemente più alto-spendenti. Onestamente mi chiedo come sia possibile trascorrere una serata rilassante e piacevole immersi in questo clima. Le Stesse scene le abbiamo osservate dalla pizzeria accanto la sera dopo (dove invece ci siamo sentiti accolti con grandi sorrisi). Qualità del cibo in linea col prezzo.

25/09/2025: Be warned, don't go here! We were looking for a restaurant and it was raining, so we quickly sat down (no one was there yet). I ordered a Coke Zero and my friend a Sprite. We got a children's Coke still and tonic water. The man immediately asked if we wanted fish and pasta, but I immediately asked for the menu. We got one, and while my friend was looking at it, I started reading the reviews. After that, we immediately asked for the bill and said we only wanted drinks. The man yelled at us that it wasn't a bar, but a restaurant. So we got up, went inside, and asked if we could pay. The man behind the bar also angrily said that it wasn't a bar, but a restaurant. We just paid €5 for drinks. Run away!

19/09/2025: No, no, no. Don't go. A total tourist trap. He serves whatever he wants. There's only fish (seems to be a scam: luring tourists with a colorful board with attractive prices and then ripping them off. First, he gave us two glasses of white wine and two starter plates without asking. Only reluctantly did he show us the menu. We ordered a mixed starter, ravioli, and swordfish. When he brought us pasta, which we definitely hadn't ordered, and I objected, he shouted at me. An Italian woman came to my aid. I paid for the starter, the water, and a glass of wine, and left. The Italian couple who helped me did too, by the way.

14/10/2025: The structure is squalid after 2 hours waiting for the heating technician who didn't show up I packed my bags and left... dirty room, kitchen and bathroom worse, third world fixtures, staff not up to par... I wouldn't go back even for free... better to sleep on the street

01/10/2025: It seems impossible to me to see reviews like this. I'm 10 and I've been going to the open air. The staff is very polite and helpful. I'm just sorry that I won't be able to go again this year due to health problems, but I hope to recover to go there next year.
