02/03/2025: The portion sizes of the dishes were larger than we anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. The menu offered a wonderful variety of delicious options, and the Masala wine-tasting experience was due great. Good service, which was both kind and attentive. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience.

25/02/2025: Very refined place. Quiet and relaxing environment. Above all, silent! Well served and good quality dishes. Great service, friendly staff. It was recommended to us at the end of a visit to a well-known and historic local Marsala winery and I would say that it couldn't have gone better. Price in line with the quality and products offered. Highly recommended!!

30/01/2025: Food is very tasty and fresh, meat (fillet) was excellent, and served nicely. Side dishes (salad, potato, etc.) were also well prepared and served. I have to say that the dessert, was delicious and really sealed the deal. Staff are very friendly, and seems that the restaurant have many local and usual customers and around (Italian) dinner time it becomes very busy, you will enjoy the friendly atmosphere and hospitality.

25/11/2024: The food was very tasty. Good sicilian dishes! It is quite small, when the outside part is not open. Very nice restaurant close to the kite spot at Birgi Vecchi.

28/02/2025: I was taking a walk with my family through the salt pans of Marsala and for lunch, while searching online, this restaurant inspired me! The environment is welcoming, entering inside the atmosphere is familiar, I like it. We sat down and received the menu almost immediately, even though the room was full! We ordered 4 first courses and 2 fried fish, water and a small bottle of white wine! The dishes are plentiful, the raw materials are excellent, the flavors are good and the colors are beautiful! I took the couscous, the only point I would make is the fish bones on the plate.. I was used to eating couscous totally free of thorns or broken shells of molluscs.. For the rest we liked everything! 12/12/2024: We had dinner on Friday at this beautiful restaurant in the center of Marsala. The service and hospitality proved to be perfect from every point of view. Attentive to the customer's needs, quick and without ever being intrusive. The chef worked the excellent raw materials with intelligence and skill. We had some delicious appetizers. Among these, the "Tale e Qualeddro" arancina which in terms of size has nothing to envy of those of street food. The unattainable taste leaves you positively amazed. As well as the fish meatballs combined with a pea cream. The first one was excellent, the thimbles with "greased" cod and the second "l'otre" squid. The chocolate semifreddo is artisanal and equally good. I have the feeling that the chef is destined to grow a lot in the consideration of the various guides to Italian restaurants. Very honest bill: 30 euros per person Only one regret: we didn't have cash with us - we paid by card - and we weren't able to leave the tip to the wait staff that the super deserved. To return and return and return....

06/12/2024: È stata un’esperienza favolosa. Partendo dal lato estetico il ristorante si trova un pò in altezza rispetto al livello del mare e ciò permette di godere di una vista mozzafiato sulle isole Egadi e di un tramonto ineguagliabile. La cucina è siciliana ma non banale: la ricerca del “qualcosa in più” in ogni piatto fa capire l’impegno e la ricerca che c’è dietro da parte dello chef. Le materie prime sono a “metro zero”: infatti il locale custodisce ben preziosamente un orto curato da Salvatore (una visita è quasi d’obbligo!). Il personale è competente e a disposizione della clientela per ogni necessità. Unica nota negativa: essere andati via!

14/01/2025: Sotto consiglio di alcuni locali, abbiamo scelto di pranzare in questo ristorante. Appena entrati non si può che ammirare la riqualificazione stupenda che è stata fatta a questo antico capannone Florio. Il cibo ordinato squisito e porzioni abbondanti. L’attenzione per i celiaci è straordinaria: La frittura tra le più buone mai mangiate. Servizio attento ma non pressante. Costo giusto per ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Da provare assolutamente!
