24/06/2025: We had a good experience at the place we entered by chance for dinner.
The restaurant owner Massimo was especially attentive. In addition to a distinguished pizza menu, local Sicilian cuisine and the Marsala and biscotti duo served on top of the meal went very well.
The wine glasses were satisfactory and the portions were quite filling,
13/06/2025: Four of us ate here, and we highly recommend it. Excellent service, the waiters were very friendly and attentive. The food was very, very good and the price was perfectly reasonable.
We immediately reserved a table for the next day and would love to come back.

21/06/2025: We had not booked because we arrived in the area in the evening (reservation is therefore recommended). Improvised service: few staff and not competent. The food is good, but the wait of over an hour and a quarter for three first courses made the poetry go down. We were then asked if we wanted an amaro at the time of paying as a "taste" and instead of three they gave me two. At sunset there is a beautiful view of the coast and the sea but unfortunately the tables outside were not set. The saying goes to have bread but not teeth. Too bad!
19/06/2025: One of the best spaghetti carbonara I've ever eaten. The price to quality ratio is amazing. I highly recommend it 😊

Impeccable service, excellent appetizers and excellent fish first courses, a vast cellar of Sicilian wines. Owners and staff prepared and available. Beautiful experience. We will definitely return. I recommend it for those who love to enjoy excellent fish and taste exquisite wines.
23/06/2025: Excellent dinner and excellent service. The manager, however clever, if he recommends a glass of MARSALA for €27, he can't let us know when it comes to the bill! If he really directs the customer towards his "favorite" MARSALA (his words), he also has the duty to elegantly display the wine list, just to be fair, putting the customer in the position of deciding whether or not to spend that expensive amount just for a small glass.

24/05/2025: On the occasion of the Bersaglieri National Gathering, we went from Pordenone to Marsala. We enjoyed the hospitality, the food, the wine that we received at Bottega del Carmine! Not only food, wine and service but also a lot of availability! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
23/05/2025: Hermoso jardín, excelente vino, platos maravillosos, servicio atento. No había un principal vegetariano, pero el primero y el segundo eran maravillosos, y más que llenos. Y el postre... tan bueno.

Sul crudo niente da dire anche se la”pezzatura”del gambero e degli scampi era molto piccola,sui primi stendiamo un velo pietoso.
Mi è sempre stato detto che un bravo chef si giudica da come realizza i primi piatti e allora scusandomi per il giudizio pesante,e’ bene che si dedichi a preparare soltanto gli antipasti.
10/05/2025: Locale ben curato buona cucina buon prodotto ma un po caro , per le porzione di pesce mangiato,
Il pesce al banco fresco e a buon prezzo , poi quando viene ordinato a la carta il prezzo viene triplicato ,e questo rende il conto.esagerato .
Pero consiglio per la qualita

15/06/2025: Nice place with excellent food, we ate the hot appetizer with panelle and chips, delicious, a pizza with aubergines and a margherita, exquisite, 10 out of 10, and then to finish they offered us a sublime herbal liqueur, excellent price 30 euros, hot appetizer, 2 pizzas and beer
05/06/2025: Restaurant for locals. As tourists we did not feel welcome. Large uninviting space. We did eat delicious grilled fresh fish but the grilled vegetables were literally burnt.
Definitely not worth repeating.

15/06/2025: I thought better..., judgment from 8 months ago, unfortunately yesterday I witnessed a tragicomic. Insufficient service even to save on staff, badly cooked pizza, long waiting times especially for a plate of couscous ordered by a little girl who after an hour and more of waiting had a crying fit, the place has untapped potential but with the competition in Marsala it risks losing customers. In any case a real disaster, I have reset the stars then everyone is free to choose, I will try incognito to go next year let's see if they recover, I wish them so but if things stay like this... in short, get busy and you will see that the results will come, but don't make them wait an hour and a half for a couscous anymore, come on we are not in Val Brembana.

01/01/2025: Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience as as soon as I arrived the service was immediately informal, but strange... being told to change tables because 4 people were too cumbersome, I didn't perceive it as flattering. But we went further since the restaurant is clearly not that sophisticated. The chef recommended two truly mediocre starters and a series of appalling first courses: overcooked and tasteless rice and some bad busiate. The icing on the cake when the bill arrived we finally saw something amazing... the amount they asked us was totally anachronistic with the quality and quantity of the food offered! A real steal! Too bad Marsala is a beautiful city and I'm sure it offers much better than what we've seen!

Pranzo davvero ottimo., abbiamo scelto antipasti e pasta (busiate) a base di pesce.Location/Ristorante in ottima posizione per godersi una cena con tramonto sulle saline.Prezzo qualita' in sintonia
Ritorneremo con piacere.
06/04/2025: Locale con atmosfera familiare. I piatti erano ben curati nella presentazione e negli ingredienti. Vista incantevole sulle saline e sull’ isola di Mozia.
