It's one of those experiences you have to have at least once in your life... And what about the salt flats out front, which at sunset turn orange and then pink, and the sun slowly disappearing behind Favignana!

Stunning place. You feel like you're in a postcard. The staff is incredibly friendly. The perfect place for a wonderful sunset aperitif. 10 out of 10.

A wonderful and evocative location right in front of the entrance to the salt flats, with breathtaking sunset views. However, I don't recommend reserving a table for the aperitivo, paying €40 per person in advance for the aperitivo. This price is completely disproportionate for what's offered: a drink of your choice (under €15) and a small plate of crostini, crisps, peanuts, and olives. It's better to go without a reservation and actually pay for what you consume on site.

Back again, this place offers incredible sunsets. Excellent food as always, attentive staff, and from appetizer to dessert it's a journey of flavors and emotions with a view.

Mamma Caura is an experience in every way: the eyes delight in its beauty, the mind delights in its serenity, and the palate delights in the exquisite dishes. Stunning location, good food, but a bit over-the-top, terrible service. We couldn't enjoy our dinner because the wait staff was so pushy (to the point of clearing away dishes early), as if they wanted to evict us as quickly as possible... A real shame.

His skill, professionalism, and undeniable elegance as he moves between the tables make all the difference. In his every gesture, you can sense a genuine passion for his work and a customer care that is rare these days. The service was simply impeccable: attentive, fast, and masterfully coordinated, making you feel pampered without ever being intrusive. In short: a fairytale setting, cocktails and dishes worthy of the venue, and service led by a true professional. Mamma Caura is a must-see if you find yourself in Marsala. We'll definitely be back!

Aperitif on the rooftop was wonderful. Tony, the restaurant manager, accompanied us throughout the evening, thoroughly explaining each course and drink. We were informed of the exact sunset time so we could take the best photographs. Excellent food, perfect location, and excellent service.

Welcoming, with a panoramic view, and offering truly delicious (fresh) fish dishes. The guided tour of the salt pans and mill was very interesting.
