15/08/2025: Da Ron e Salvo immediately captivates you from the moment you step inside. Located on the road to Cefalù, this charming Italian restaurant showcases authentic Sicilian cuisine. Offering a well-balanced selection of meat and seafood, the menu is diverse and delivers a true dining experience at very reasonable prices. The fish antipasti platters—both al crudo and cooked—bring the essence of the Mediterranean Sea straight to your table. Fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented, they set the tone for a memorable meal. Here, food truly becomes art, and flavor turns into an experience. Pasta dishes are served perfectly al dente and elegantly plated. We enjoyed carbonara al tartufo and bucatini all’amatriciana, followed by a beef fillet in gorgonzola sauce that was simply divine. The flavors blend harmoniously, and the cooking is spot on. If you’re looking for authentic cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and a peaceful dining setting, we highly recommend this gem.

31/08/2025: Baglio Himera was a discovery steeped in the sea and authenticity. We arrived almost by chance and felt warmly welcomed. The location exudes the charm of simple yet special things, while the dishes express Sicily with great quality: authentic flavors that evoke the sea and tradition. The catch of the day was so fresh that the very fisherman who had brought it in just hours earlier was dining next to us. A place that stays in your heart, because it combines good food, genuine people, and the magic of this land.

29/08/2025: Saturday evening: The place was crowded, but the service was quick and the staff friendly. An ideal place for families.

22/03/2025: Great fine dining experience in Termini. I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

18/08/2025: Very pretty setting, we ate very well! Just a bit of a shame we had a long wait between the starter and the main course, but everything was excellent.

12/08/2025: We ate very well, the price was right and the managers were friendly, professional and kind. They let us park the camper in front of the restaurant. Thanks.
