10/07/2024: Vista mozzafiato su Strombolicchio, servizio veloce, buono il pane cunsatu, anche se non straripa di ingredienti. Ottima la pizza in stile napoletano, invece ci ha convinto meno la grigliata di pesce, eseguita e presentata in modo un po' svogliato.

04/07/2024: Per fortuna c'è una bella terrazza in parte aperta perché il caldo del forno a legna d'estate non è sopportabile. Il locale era quasi completo ma sono stata servita abbastanza velocemente benché il personale sembrasse un po' svogliato. La pizza strombolana era un capolavoro. Il conto è stato un po' salato ma rilasciano regolare scontrino anche per pagamenti in contanti.

16/06/2024: Grande qualità, cortesia e soprattutto bontà al prezzo che ti sorprende. Peppe è un ospite gradevole e Tiziana una cuoca eccezionale; ho mangiato un arancino (all'inizio e alla fine del pranzo) che se lo assagiasse Barbieri arrossirebbe e rinuncerebbe al suo cappello da chef. Croccante fuori, riso al dente al nero di seppie con un cuore morbido di gambero rosso di Mazara e burrata. Una squisitezza, una esplosione di sapori che sicuramente ci vedrà protagonisti nel deliziare la gola nel prossimo futuro!

06/08/2024: Partiamo dall’inizio: appena arrivati la proprietaria fa la ramanzina ad una giovane cameriera perché a sua poco accogliente verso i clienti… ottimo per creare l’atmosfera! Il menù e i prezzi non corrispondono a quanto pubblicato su The fork… vabbe! La ciliegina sulla torta: ordiniamo un piatto di pesce con nocciole piemontesi e crema di lamponi ma si materializza un piatto senza ne nocciole ne lamponi magicamente sostituiti con pomodorini e olive. Chieste spiegazioni alla proprietaria ci risponde che avevano cambiato il menù senza prendersi la briga ne’ di scriverlo nel menu ne’ di informare il cliente. Infastiditi dalla puzza di truffa chiediamo se per caso avesse aggiornato anche il prezzo visto che la nocciola piemontese non sta al kg quanto l’oliva nera… Parte la sceneggiata in locale da autentica pescivendola alzando la voce e richiamando anche lo chef che nel frattempo non si è degnato di metterci la faccia. Abbiamo pagato 120€, troppi per un locale con la classe di una bettola.

01/08/2024: After we waited nearly two hours for two pizzas we asked for the check and left. Fortunately we had a couple appetizers so we did not leave completely on an empty stomach. This was not an isolated case, all the tables around us seemed to wait forever for their order. The place is nicely located by the water, but they seem to be stretched too this for the number of tables they set. Good luck if you dare to try it.

28/07/2024: Dit is echt een fantastische culinaire Italiaanse ervaring! Reserveren is een must en we begrijpen nu ook waarom. Volle bak, goede bediening, heerlijk eten (antpasti een aanrader) en verrukkelijke pizza. En ditalles aan zee. Wat wil een mens nog meer? TOP!

30/07/2024: We waited 1.5 hours for a mixed salad. The salad came without salad dressing, let alone oil or vinegar. The only good thing is the view of the sea. Not recommended.

11/08/2024: They don't bring bread to the table, poor quality wine, only one choice. The condiments are single portion. We ate grilled fish, very fresh and cooked well. small portions. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to have the first course. inadequate value for money.

17/07/2024: Durch Zufall drauf gestoßen, weil wir nichts anderes finden konnten, das noch offen hatte 14:15 Uhr ca.) Ausgezeichnetes Essen zu einem guten Preis - Bruschetta al pomodoro, Cozze a zuppa zum Niederknien, Spaghetti alle vongole & Spaghetti al nero di seppia (ganz frisch). Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Ausblick auf Syrakus ist wunderschön und lässt einen den leider verdreckten Strand neben dem Lokal (gehört nicht dazu!) fast übersehen. Das Lokal selbst ist sehr groß und etwas "verwinkelt", aber sauber. Wir haben draußen auf der Terrasse gegessen und würden wiederkommen, würden wir morgen nicht schon abreisen.

14/07/2024: Do not go to this restaurant if you want friendly, pleasant service, or if you don’t speak Italian. We arrived and were completely ignored by all the waiting staff. When we finally were allocated a table again we were ignored. I had to go up to the counter to ask for a bottle of water given that it was an extremely hot day. It seemed like none of the staff wanted to be there. They all appeared extremely grumpy. On the plus side, at least the food was good, but it was definitely not an enjoyable experience.

28/08/2024: I only gave one star because there was no possibility of giving less. I just hope that someone before sitting down to "eat" reads all and I mean all the reviews. Unprofessional welcome, from those who are not used to catering, at times almost bordering on rudeness. Not even the time to sit down, which was already expected to be ordered, there was a clear desire to send the customer away. Not a wide choice of dishes because there was no availability of ingredients: in short, you had to invent dishes to satisfy them. Let's get to the point: the 'appetizer accompanied by four mini slices of stale bread. The first was the straw that broke the camel's back. Seafood pasta with industrial seasoning drained and thrown on the pasta, with little foresight, the same seasoning as the appetizer, if I have to eat canned pasta I go to the supermarket. Now I understand why they arrived quickly. Ate badly, spent a lot for what was offered so as not to repeat this experience. If you are hungry, change your seat and don't be silent. Rating 0

25/08/2024: I had dinner in this place with my partner: we ordered a good and simply prepared seafood appetizer; both first courses turned out to be mediocre, not so much for the quality of the fish but for the preparation. The tagliolini with seafood were watered down and tasteless, the Palermo-style pasta only tasted of fennel. Definitely overpriced for what we ate. The experience was overall disappointing, I would go back just for the bitterness. Friendly staff.

25/07/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante in occasione del nostro anniversario di matrimonio. Locale molto grazioso sul mare, arredamento moderno. Personale cordiale e cibo freschissimo e cucinato davvero bene. Le porzioni? Abbondanti da non aver lasciato spazio per i secondi. Buono il rapporto qualità- prezzo Ci ritorneremo sicuramente bravi

23/07/2024: Nous avons été repoussé, nous étions 12 avec les enfants. Lorsque nous leur avait dit que nous etions avec des Bébés, directement il nous ont dit qu il.n avait plus de place??? Jamais plus nous y mettrons un pied. Honte à vous.
