09/06/2026: Fregula with seafood ragù, culurgiones (a type of pasta), octopus alla diavola (a type of octopus cooked in a spicy sauce), and chiusoni (a type of pasta cooked in a gallurese style). A good Vermentino, and the dinner exceeded expectations. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

07/07/2026: Visited June 26. Firstly I would give this 3.5stars if I could. My score is based on 2 out of 3 dishes we ordered being disappointing. Service was good and friendly, and we sat outside. The restaurant seemed clean inside. We were happy to find somewhere open for an early tea when many places haven't reopened for the evening. The Chiusoni Galluresi al ragu was very good and I'd recommend. However, the calamari fritti was not crisp and tasted bland. Frankly an expensive dish for it to be sub-par. I also had a Napoli pizza. Flavour-wise it was fine (very salty as that's the ingredients, so fine for me) but it had way too much topping that it was so soggy. It couldn't be picked up. Way too much mozzarella I think that made the pizza wet (I didn't think I'd complain about generous toppings, but you should be able to pick up a slice of pizza!) Overall maybe a higher score if not for the average and pricey calamari. They have a confusing board advertising an afternoon deal or something, that actually is just regular dishes off the menu and didn't seem to mean anything

07/07/2026: I haven't left this wonderful restaurant yet, and I can say I ate a wonderful seafood risotto, and my husband a tagliatelle with squid ink, shrimp, and mussels, which was equally good. The welcome and service were impeccable. I regret not taking photos of the dishes, which were also beautiful to look at. The bill was also excellent.

29/06/2026: This historic restaurant is a must-try for anyone who wants to eat well. The service is attentive and fast, and the quality of the dishes is excellent. I always eat the Sardinian gnocchetti, which are the best I've ever eaten. I highly recommend them to everyone. The staff is very friendly.

18/05/2026: The meal was delicious, a real treat; however, the starter was a bit pricey, and we waited a very long time for the bill, which was incorrect (12 euros per drink instead of 10). We were surprised not to receive any apology from the waiters, although it wasn't a major issue in itself.

17/05/2026: Strictly seafood. The staff was really unfriendly, especially the guy collecting the bill.

03/07/2026: There was a 10cm long black hair in my food and when I raised this with the staff they tried to tell me it may one of my daughters hairs, although they both have long red hair. When I said this wasn’t possible as the hair was black and in the food when it was served they said it wasn’t possible as the chef is bald!! 4 of the staff who got involved in this discussion all had black hair!! They were very rude and unapologetic about the situation. I do not recommend this place due to the rude staff!!
