22/04/2025: We had dinner at Ristorante Blu Notte and the experience was exceptional! We ordered the tuna tartare, the mussels au gratin, the tagliolini with truffle and the catch of the day. Each dish was delicious and prepared with great care. The service was impeccable: friendly and attentive staff. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy high quality dishes in a welcoming environment. We will definitely be back!

23/04/2025: We found the concept less appealing. Coming in and having to choose all your dishes with your coat on was not nice. Had us sit down first, have a drink, give the appetizer that we got later and explain. From our point of view, you can put the dishes on the plate on a map and explain on paper in several languages ​​how your concept works. After the chosen dishes, we were very disappointed. Our fried oysters tasted good but there was a bit of dough so there was nothing left of an oyster. The next dishes both had too much meat in their preparation. This was an unpleasant experience. Can happen, but it is also due to a feeling of haste by having to choose your dishes straight away. I also asked for the wine list for a different wine with my main course. Card came halfway through and they didn't come back for the order. There was a lack of communication between the staff. Always someone else and therefore not knowing exactly what to do. We asked for the bill but they made us wait 15 minutes in a restaurant that was not full while they walked by empty handed several times without bringing our bill. We walked to the cash register where, without any hint or indication that they were sorry that we had not eaten well, we had to pay for it. Of course we pay the bill, but ignoring you because you don't speak English is very rude. Not again for us!!!

04/05/2025: We were in Lecce for the weekend and this is among the places that were recommended to us as a "high level" restaurant. In fact, the quality of the raw materials is excellent (which obviously comes with a price) and a stellar wine list ranging from 25 to 13,000 euros. I'll start from the substance: had 2 starters and 2 first courses. All good except for the completely raw "fish soup tubes"! I point it out and after 2 minutes they come back to the table, boiling hot from being sautéed in the pan and still raw (not al dente, raw) and I would say that for a first course costing 35 euros it is absolutely not acceptable. I continue with the form, the real black hole of this place (the playing field is clear and I speak with more than 15 years of working in the dining room in "high level" catering for both weddings/banqueting and catering and I know what I'm talking about): they have about 70 seats and there are about 10 waiters in the room, which makes you think they work with the calm required by the place but the happy group continues to bump into each other as if they were always late for something... cutlery falls every 2 minutes (I swear at least 20 times), food left on the ground and walked around for half an hour. They arrive with the plates at the table and there is never any cutlery, so they all stand around looking at each other disconcerted, until someone throws them to you left or right, it doesn't matter; none of them know who eats what at the table. All dressed differently and haphazardly, one even with his trousers down, shirt and underwear half out and red jordans on his feet... strange I think, given that at the entrance they looked at us with our jeans and shirt and assigned us a nice table passing through the kitchen and women's bathroom (the waiters kicked my chair all evening). Another zipped up his trousers halfway down the hall from the bathroom, in front of everyone... do you understand what the situation is!? On the way out to recover they gave us a nice package of pasta and thanks I would say then.. However, at the levels you want to sell and above all at the money you ask for, these are fundamental questions and you my dears have screwed up hard, in what are no longer even the details that make the difference! We are tourists and are unlikely to return but in any case I don't think I would have given you a second chance!

08/04/2025: I ate a quick pizza! Excellent!!! Unpretentious place, which I didn't know and passed by by chance. The lady who acts as host knows her stuff. Too bad the service was a little confusing, but without much sin. But excellent pizza and my friend who ate bombette and being Florentine was also impressed. I will return more calmly
