03/02/2025: Ottima accoglienza da parte del sig. Gianluca (credo fosse il maitre di sala), che però è poi letteralmente sparito dalla circolazione per tutta la durata della cena. Evidentemente era impegnato ad accogliere i clienti degli altri tavoli; questo aspetto direi che può essere migliorato: tra l'essere onnipresente e lo sparire completamente, magari può essere trovata una via di mezzo.
Inoltre, sarebbe auspicabile che non fumasse nelle pause dal servizio.
In generale è ampiamente migliorabile anche il servizio, tanto attento nella cura nei dettagli e nel fornire spiegazioni sui vini e sui piatti, ma molto poco attento nel togliere i piatti vuoti e sporchi che, tra una portata e l'altra, sono restati sul tavolo per 18 minuti (cronometrati).
Sulla qualità dei piatti e sul rapporto con il prezzo, direi che non c'è nulla di cui discutere:
Tonno croccante (17 €) diviso come antipasto
Trancio di pesce spada (18€)
Filetto di rombo (18€)
Cheesecake Ricotta (6€)
Tornero? Si, sicuramente.
12/01/2025: Ultima domenica del 2024, andiamo a visitare Monopoli. Dopo averla camminata quasi tutta sopraggiunge l'ora di pranzo. Siamo in Piazza Palmieri dove nel celebre palazzo si sono girate le puntate della fiction Lolita Lobosco. Nella piazza c'è anche l'omonimo ristorante. Locale ben curato, col maitre che consiglia piatti del giorno fuori menù e chiede se ci sono intolleranze alimentari a noi commensali. Portate non enormi ma tutto squisito.

04/11/2024: The restaurant is located in a location with a beautiful view of the coast, with seating outside. The food is on average good and the prices are normal. The dishes are typical so I wouldn't expect anything different from what I ate. The wait wasn't very long considering the restaurant was full. Some portions were generous while others a little less.
The only thing I would point out is the highly disproportionate cost for the chips and olives, served in separate dishes with absolutely small portions for their cost.

30/11/2024: In past years I have often come to this restaurant with great pleasure! Unfortunately yesterday, I was not satisfied at all! A flat-tasting spaghetti with clams, a tasteless and poorly prepared seafood risotto, a dead fly in the marinated mussels, a hair in the raw meat, a dirty napkin... in short, we were 5 people in the restaurant and caution can find more space (which maybe with a full restaurant you can escape) given the negative experience I diverted tonight's dinner to another location. A shame because it was a top restaurant!

29/08/2024: Abbiamo prenotato certi di trovare un buon posto e infatti le aspettative non sono state tradite. Tuttavia il Garden altro non è che un cortile con erba sintetica e ombrelloni. Buona la selezione di pesce. Ottimo il crudo ma le tagliatelle (nome barese per le seppie crude) onestamente non erano eccellenti ma sicuramente sarà stato un caso isolato. Da apprezzare l’accoglienza e la cortesia del personale. Prezzi alti ma congrui. Insomma per uno straniero è sicuramente un ottimo ristorante, un pugliese abituato al buon pesce e avvezzo a certi posti invece lo valuterebbe più nella norma. Ecco perché lo consiglierei ma ritengo di assegnargli 4 punti su 5.
29/08/2024: I felt bad after eating the famous raw seafood. I promptly and politely reported it and the person I spoke to told me he would report it and have me call him back. Call I never received. And I spent 36 hours like crap. I was disappointed and mortified I expected more from a place with a certain reputation.

15/02/2025: Bel locale nel centro storico di Monopoli gestito da persone cordiali, gentili e simpatiche. Conosciuto in occasione della cena di San Valentino dove era proposto un menù fisso davvero squisito... Ci tornerei senza dubbio e lo consiglio a tutti!
08/02/2025: Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno a Monopoli è su consiglio di amici del posto ho scelto CarloQuinto. Bellissima location con vista mare. Siamo stati accolti benissimo e devo dire che tutto il pranzo è stato perfetto. Tutti i piatti ben presentati. Coniglio il filetto alla Wellington e la guancia di manzo. Il conto è in linea con la qualità e il livello del ristorante. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

01/01/2025: Non si puo' servire un antipasto di crudo di gamberi rossi SENZA aver estirpato l'intestino !!.....8 gamberi al costo di 20 euro , a cui ho dovuto togliere io il lungo filo nero dal dorso di ogni gambero !!.....assurdo .....e poi un improponibile primo piatto slegato dal condimento , paccheri al sugo di ricciola , che non era assolutamente ricciola , c'erano solo 3 piccoli pezzetti di un pesce non fresco ma decongelato , sugo lento , liquido , slegato......e non siamo stati gli unici a lamentarci di questo primo piatto......
