06/04/2024: We went there on Easter Monday and although it was a day of restaurant rip-offs par excellence, I must say that we were satisfied!!! A la carte menu but with a few targeted dishes for each course, carefully prepared dishes with good quality ingredients, normal prices but adequate for the choice. Environment with clean style that doesn't make you feel uncomfortable, friendly staff starting from the elderly owner. Despite the holiday, the restaurant was full but we were not crowded together as we usually try to do in these cases. We had lunch inside near a window overlooking the wonderful sea, but the outdoor terrace with a panoramic view was also beautiful. A very small negative note, the price of the wines was charged a little too much compared to the actual market value. They told us that they also serve as a pizzeria... we will definitely be back to try it!!

07/04/2024: We as tourists went there on a Saturday night to have dinner. The waiters are all in a rush to take your order and not getting what we ordered. After some time waiting for our food mine came but my partners food didnt come and waited 15 min more to get her plate. ( Please note we ordered same food). After then that the food was good but i expected way better from the previous reviews of some but the service they need to step it up cause its horrible and in a rush.

07/04/2024: We arrived without a reservation as they are not accepted after 7.30pm and the owner told us that if we wanted to eat only a first course or a second course we had to go to the diner, also theirs, but later on, vice versa we could wait for a table to become free ( 10 minute wait) in the restaurant. The food was a disappointment, the octopus which was supposed to be the flagship had no flavor and the consistency was terrible and the raw food was also tasteless. If it hadn't been for the friendliness of the waiters and the attention given to our dog, we would have had to leave the table immediately. The bill was disproportionate compared to the quality of the product. Not recommended.

07/04/2024: Having breakfast here is pleasant, as well as having a beautiful location. The service is impeccable, kind and helpful. The view is beautiful...

02/04/2024: Piccinni 28 is a good restaurant located one floor hundreds of meters from the Petruzzelli theater. The spaghetti all'assassina is tasty and recommendable. However, the propellers filled with prawns are not advisable, a characterless dish with a fairly double layer of pastry. The service staff is kind and prepared. Fairly correct price-quality ratio.

31/03/2024: Delicious meal! They were very attentive to my gluten free needs…with GF bread, advice on menu etc. even the typical orachelle and greens dish can be gluten free with freshly made pasta. My non-gluten free family agreed my dish was amazing. On menus they also clarify which fish dishes are fresh or made from frozen. We loved the salmon and tuna sashimi appetizers (strongest wasabi in my life and gluten free!) When it is chilly they encase the outside space in plastic, so less enjoyable garden (and noisy).

13/10/2023: If you go to Torre Lapillo, make a regular stop both at midday and in the evening. Everything is delicious

07/04/2024: A place with great attention to every detail, I had heard about it for years and fortunately I managed to visit it. Expectations were high and I must say that they were fully confirmed. The menu is stocked with excellent products, fresh and I must say really well crafted. The glance is something exceptional both from a culinary point of view and from the point of view of the location of the restaurant. The day also allowed for a wonderful view. The service was good, and the staff were polite and respectful. Compliments

06/02/2024: Pizza restaurant known for a dinner with friends in the lower Salento. The restaurant is really very large and crowded in high season, but it is located in a fairly desolate area and certainly boasts a beautiful view of the sea during the day. We ate some pizzas and shared some chips while waiting. I must admit that the pizzas are good both in the dough and in the ingredients used. However, paying an average of €15/16 for a pizza seems to me, with all my good will, to be a mistake. Unfortunately, skyrocketing inflation in 2023 has also arrived due to these irregular increases by too many merchants. Since there are no rules in the free market, it would be desirable for restaurateurs, merchants and sellers in general to operate conscientiously, but unfortunately this seems like a utopia in much of Italy.

25/12/2023: Clean and airy environment, good food and service too, it's worth trying again.

03/04/2024: Excellence in everything! Our culinary destination when we go to Salento. Those two champions on the staff, Giacomo, and the other whose name unfortunately I don't know; it's a pleasure to watch them work with their class.

31/03/2024: I ate for a wedding at this magnificent restaurant. We returned after years today for Easter. Always excellent and fast and impeccable service. Everyone is very kind and efficient, true professionals. Honest prices. Highly recommended

06/04/2024: Excellent restaurant in the historic center of Polignano. Very nice location, very attentive service and fish menu with a decent choice. Prices commensurate with quality. Definitely a place to return to when in the area. Polignano, like all of Puglia south of Bari, is now full of tourist traps. As a native of Puglia, I'm happy that there are still people like Mr. Fabio who does his job in a professional manner, which is the only way to last over time.

29/03/2024: One of my favorite places ever. If there were more stars I would give it more. What can I say... everything is definitely fresh and of high quality. Sublime starters, excellent first courses. Linguine with sea urchins...excellent. Highly recommended!!👍👍👍

27/03/2024: Recommended by Policeman Michele👍 today we went to Gallipoli to be tourists. Not knowing where to go for lunch I asked a very kind policeman. He recommended the Briganti tavern to us. With a call he reserved a table for us. Lunch was impeccable, very fresh fish, cooked to perfection. Excellent paccheri and mouth-watering paranza. As promised, we left a food voucher for the policeman at the restaurant for his valuable advice and the reservation made.
