21/01/2026: A pizzeria restaurant in the center of Novara. The food is decent, but the downside is the service...long waits, understandable for some dishes, much less so for others. But most importantly, after ordering, we were without water/drinks for over an hour. This is a major flaw. Possible improvement.

01/01/2026: I had lunch with my dear friend and colleague Mae, who occasionally visits me in Turin. She took me to this lovely pizzeria in the center, where I ate truly deliciously! I chose the daily menu, €13 excluding dessert. The portions were truly generous and plentiful. Five stars for the atmosphere: welcoming, tastefully and simply decorated for the holidays (I don't like too many frills and dust). Five stars also for the restrooms, which were clean and well-kept. The typical Vercelli dessert: tartufata was excellent. The staff was courteous and hospitable.

19/12/2025: The pizza place is pretty empty, the desserts definitely aren't, the waiters are very polite, kind, and good! Unfortunately, the owner treats them badly, she's disrespectful, and this really upset me because I felt bad for the waiters... Pizzeria rejected because of the owner's meanness towards the waiters, a real arrogant harpy!

07/01/2026: You expect something completely different from an osteria: average food, nothing special, very nice place, slightly dated location but still okay in the context, service could be improved, very rude waitress...

02/01/2026: The waitress was rude and surly. I asked several times what the appetizer was and got the same answer: "It depends." I asked for anything, but got evasive answers. I ordered fusilli with ragù, but the pasta was with chunks of meat and peppers. The salmon was clearly reheated several times, inedible, and tough. The only redeeming feature was the house wine, which was absolutely appalling. I'd give it less than one star if I could.

03/01/2026: The service was extremely disappointing. We had to wait forever for water, food, and the bill… no apology, no explanation. The food was okay, but having to wait that long for it was definitely not worth it.

07/11/2025: We went for an aperitif at the Lo Scalo restaurant. It had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere and was very clean. We sat inside, which was well-heated, and ordered the platter of cured meats and cheeses. The flavors were excellent, authentic, and of high quality. The fried gnocco was SUPERB!!!! The seafood spaghetti was delicious, as were the fillet steak and the pizza. In short, everything was perfect. The kindness of the waiter and the sweetness of the owner were unique on Lake Maggiore. We'll gladly return to be pampered again. Highly recommended.

13/05/2025: Pessima affidabilità :poiché in famiglia ho una persona anziana che cammina con molta difficoltà ho effettuato un ordine per asporto. Ordine inserito alle 11.30 con richiesta consegna alle 13.00. Alle 13.35 arriva comunicazione che l ordine è stato annullato per indisponibilità del locale. Chiamo il ristorante per avere spiegazioni e, con evidente rumore di sala di sottofondo, prima mi viene risposto che il locale è chiuso, poi che hanno cambiato orario di apertura perché così sono “più comodi”..in tutto questo neanche un ci scusi… Ora se non puoi fare l asporto basta saperlo , se hai problemi basta avvisarmi e mi organizzo diversamente, ma se scopro alle 13e30 che il pranzo che ho ordinato non arriverà evidentemente mi metti in difficoltà.. per fortuna il mio frigo è ben fornito e ho improvvisato un pranzo arrangiato, ma direi che sono molto molto delusa di questo comportamento

07/01/2026: Not bad. The quality/price ratio is good. Unfortunately, being a pizzeria, pizza doesn't seem to be available often except on Sundays or in the evenings. Choosing the meat and fish menu, we can't say we had a bad meal. It's a shame the pandemonium of people made it difficult to converse at a normal volume. Perhaps it was due to the other restaurants being closed for the winter, but the fact remains that there was plenty of noise, and the service was a bit slow and distracted. Probably due to the overload of the clearly understaffed staff.

01/01/2026: A truly pleasant experience! The pizza is excellent, made with quality ingredients and perfectly cooked: light, flavorful, and well-topped. The restaurant is elegant and discreet, with an intimate atmosphere that makes it perfect for a romantic dinner for two. Making the atmosphere even more welcoming is the music, curated by a talented DJ who creates the perfect soundtrack for the evening—never intrusive, yet always classy. The service is courteous and attentive. Ideal for those looking for a refined place to enjoy an excellent dinner in peace. Highly recommended.

18/01/2026: Zero stars, but I'm giving it one out of pity. You have to set and clear the table yourself, especially if you eat out. It seems a bit excessive for the cost. They should eliminate the labor we use to do this. In the end, they only add the condiments to prepare the meals.

02/12/2025: Decent hotel. Conveniently located, very close to the metro that takes you to the city center. Rooms are a bit sparse, with old, malfunctioning fixtures; beds aren't exactly comfortable. Decently clean. Reception closed between 9 PM and 7 AM. Breakfast, of a decent standard (with some fresh, some packaged items), is served in a restaurant a 5-minute walk away.

25/03/2025: Locale informale. Pizza buona anche senza glutine MA e da non sottovalutare il MA. Personale non troppo cortese e disponibile. In quanto accettano di far mangiare le persone alle ore 23:10 ma alle 23:45 ti tolgono il tavolo mentre mangi “fingendo” probabile è vero che a mezzanotte devono chiudere. Mi chiedo allora perché accettare persone in questi orari ? Ps: durante la cena sarete deliziati da il passaggio di piattole sotto i vostri piedi

14/12/2025: Terrible, terrible experience. I ordered takeaway. He forgot the POS and forced me to get dressed and go to the pizzeria to pay since I didn't have cash on me. I ordered a white prosciutto with arugula. I want to HEAT up the prosciutto. Congratulations. I really think we'll change pizzerias. I've had several problems with the farinata. Once they even forgot to put it in and replaced it with a foccia di Recco. I'm speechless.

01/12/2025: Everything is fabulous, from the fried foods to the pizza, from the craft beers to the spectacular burgers. This place is a culinary paradise, a true spectacle! Highly recommended!
