There would be a list of negatives to list but to name just a few: The lady owner. She is certainly good at welcoming customers but the management of the staff is terrible. Too rude and yells non-stop at the employees for whom I myself felt a great pity. The place is quite old and not very clean. In my opinion it is unhygienic to keep the bread in the pans on a trolley in the middle of the room on which, moreover, a fan is placed, rightly so. This place is definitely recommended to NAS!

Afterwards she gave her some strange looks making her feel uncomfortable. Then the pizza arrived which was supposed to be a red one with spicy salami and sausage. Instead it arrived a pizza with spicy salami, sausage and chips, it's ok but when they brought it back there were some chips and some leftovers which means they took them out, indecent dough *Advice. Teach your employees the basics, the food however was good.

25/03/2025: Locale informale. Pizza buona anche senza glutine MA e da non sottovalutare il MA. Personale non troppo cortese e disponibile. In quanto accettano di far mangiare le persone alle ore 23:10 ma alle 23:45 ti tolgono il tavolo mentre mangi “fingendo” probabile è vero che a mezzanotte devono chiudere. Mi chiedo allora perché accettare persone in questi orari ? Ps: durante la cena sarete deliziati da il passaggio di piattole sotto i vostri piedi

10/05/2025: The hotel is in a good position for those who need to reach the industrial area of ​​Cameri, but a little far from the centre. The rooms are not very large but they were clean, at least inside, in fact on the balcony of my terrace there was an ashtray left there full of butts (I don't smoke). However, the general appearance of the hotel gave the impression of an older structure. Breakfast and dinner completely worth reviewing!

05/06/2025: Very good food, but the highlight is the place, beautiful! Friendly and fast service. When we asked for a natural half, the lady at the cashier kindly offered it to us :) I recommend, definitely worth a try

03/06/2025: If you care about making a good impression on your guests, avoid!!! The only good thing is the dining room (I'll avoid details about the services). I (we) avoided the danger at the last minute, when we showed up for dinner, by appointment agreed days before, to establish the menu and numbers and despite having consumed a dinner (mediocre, which already there.....) we were absolutely not considered by the owner despite repeated reminders!!! In the end we showed up at the cashier, paid the bill and even then there was no sign of apology or interest from the same owner to whom we confirmed that we would not be booking anything else. TOTAL indifference. Except to then call us on the day of the hypothetical event at 1 pm (prompt our arrival?!?!) N.B. we had never talked about the menu and people.!!! I don't know!! Crazy things!!!!!!

08/03/2025: One star is too much. I must have had doubts when I saw that there were few people. Expensive and bad food. Fish frozen and not cooked well. Waitress who does not know the arrangement of the tables and was wandering around with plates in hand. Waited a long time to pay because the owner didn't know how to use the cash register and had to call a waiter.

26/04/2025: Posizione stupenda in riva al lago, specie il dehors. Cibo ottimo e buon vino. Ci ritornerò sicuramente anche in altre stagioni.

21/04/2025: Location molto bella, mangiato dentro perché fuori tutto prenotato ma vista ottima. Do un 4 perché impossibile ad avere alternativa semplice per uno dei commensali che non gradiva i piatti proposti. (È stata chiesta una pasta al pomodoro normale). Leggermente caro ma in linea.

06/06/2025: Das Essen war enttäuschend, minimalistisch, lieblos hergerichtet, die Kartoffeln trocken. Ich war vor einiger Zeit mal hier essen und damals war alles top👍🏻 diesmal jedoch war alles anders! Was ist passiert? Schade um diese Location.

05/06/2025: Die Lage und das Lokal sind aussergewöhnlich schön. Die Aussicht wie aus dem Reiseführer. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider war das Essen nicht gut.
