07/12/2024: I hope no one else has to have a similar experience. Graduation party ruined, so much preparation destroyed and reduced to a thousand pieces. I invite you to read until the end. The evening had already started badly: the pizzas ordered arrived incorrectly or with obvious inaccuracies. But the worst came with the cake, a fundamental element of any celebration. It had been specially brought to us, ready to be photographed with friends and family, but there was none of this. Instead of asking how to proceed, they showed up at the table with a saucer containing a piece of cake and some ornaments. No photo opportunity, no respect for the moment. It was absurd and unacceptable behavior. A SHAME! Party ruined and memories missed forever.

02/12/2024: We returned to this place after a long time we found a nice environment and welcoming place very good the fornarina as well as the fries were not at all greasy the pizzas were also good and in particular the passatelli with fish sauce! Thank you very much we had a lovely evening! The waiter present was very kind and not intrusive, very polite thank you 😊👋

19/11/2024: We ate a quality fish menu. Encore of first courses, skewers and delicious fried food! Very kind and polite staff. The place is certainly at its best in the summer, outdoors. In the winter period it is a little more sacrificed but it is definitely worth the experience!

The idea of ​​vinyl for the menu and the disco '70s theme is excellent with a choice of background music that was unfortunately a little too rhythm'n dance and with a slightly high volume, even after having asked to lower it. The first three courses of the hit parade menu are absolutely delicious, but then there is the encore of pasta with paccheri in plum sauce. Sweet and sour would have been more welcome, especially after a pasta in fish soup from the previous course, instead the flakes of 36 month old parmesan dominate and in the end we were quite full of pasta in 2 dishes. A little top much. Monkfish with minty parsley sauce and mixed salad, good but lacking in technique. Agree with other comments, a pre-dessert would have been appreciated, a bit of freshness before the Neola. Divine dessert even if you can taste the orange so much that you don't appreciate the delicious custard as much as it should. Miniardises nothing to say for the end of the meal with coffee. The Albana late vendange dry vinified is very good, a real surprise. Overall, a beautiful evening with excellent food but there could have been more balance and connection between the dishes in the second part of the tasting. Encouragement guys, you are still very good.

29/10/2024: It's been five years since I went to eat in this place, well, in fact I've never had anything worse than this. The food is terrible, everything has gotten much worse in recent years, even the bill, two first two seconds, half side dish without "heureusement" dessert paid by credit card (114 euros) I think they've adapted to mass tourism, they're the ones who get ripped off, and that's fine with them. Me never again!

18/11/2024: We have been choosing the "Da Gennaro" restaurant to have lunch with our family for several years and it has never disappointed us. Excellent food, very fresh fish, fast service, friendly staff and fair prices. Highly recommended

26/11/2024: Very well furnished restaurant with a beautiful sea view. I absolutely recommend the spaghetti and clams. Prices quite reasonable compared to the Civitanova average. A sore point was the timing in taking orders and bringing dishes, so much so that the frying was at room temperature when it was served to us. Apart from this nothing to report.

10/11/2024: Fabulous Sunday. Excellent quality food and super friendly and helpful staff. Super friendly with children and above all a little gem in the bathroom you can find all the essentials for personal care. A real treat

12/09/2024: In questo ristorante si mangia dell'ottimo pesce ed è consigliabile prenotare. Il prodotto servito è fresco e cucinato egregiamente. Quest'anno, se dobbiamo evidenziare una piccola nota stonata, questa è dovuta al servizio un po' lento nonostante le due persone dedicate ai tavoli esterni e a qualcuno posto all'interno si dessero un gran da fare. Magari è capitato quella sera. In ogni caso, se si vuol mangiare del buon pesce a Marcelli consiglio questo locale.
