14/08/2026: We celebrated a family occasion with a lovely table of 11 people. The menu featured mostly seafood, well-cooked with top-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. It was all accompanied by excellent wine and the smiles and kindness of the staff, with prompt and prompt service despite such a complex table. Excellent, very professional! Worth mentioning and remembering 👏🏻

Service was very good as well.
The Restaurant itself is in a small village, with a very narrow road to it!

11/03/2026: We've been to Nuovo Maosi on different occasions, for a dinner with a few friends and for a business lunch with many guests, and both times we were very satisfied. Elena is certainly passionate about her work and offers tasty, carefully prepared dishes. For the business lunch, she also advised and guided us through the menu (also attentive to vegetarian and lactose-free options, etc., as can happen when there are many people).
The service is good, and the atmosphere is welcoming and elegant.
Recommended!

12/06/2025: Location molto gradevole, a differenza dei piatti assaggiati.
Salmone sul menu indicato come marinato in realtà molto affumicato.
Paccheri esageratamente salati, io non sono riuscita a mangiarli. Non tornerò più.
