20/03/2026: A historic restaurant in Soncino. I came here for lunch because of my work. The elegant atmosphere and the extremely friendly management and staff make it a truly excellent family business. The à la carte menu offers many delicacies. Today's dish of the day includes amazing tortelli and very fresh, cleaned and fried sardines, plus water and a cover charge of €20 for top-notch cuisine. Excellent! And for those who like it, there are also snails in two sizes, among other things.

25/01/2026: This place is clean, tidy, and comfortable, with plenty of space between tables. The service is courteous and simple, with no waiting. The fish we ate was beyond delicious, and each dish was beautiful to look at. We'll definitely be back to try other delicacies. Kudos to the chefs, whom I had the pleasure of meeting and complimenting. Brilliant in every way.

25/12/2025: I ordered takeout. They were on time, the fish was really good and well-cooked, and the caciucco sauce was delicious. I'll be back to eat there. Nada was very kind in recommending us.

The staff is attentive and helpful.
What can I say about the food? Everything is always perfect!

11/03/2026: We've been to Nuovo Maosi on different occasions, for a dinner with a few friends and for a business lunch with many guests, and both times we were very satisfied. Elena is certainly passionate about her work and offers tasty, carefully prepared dishes. For the business lunch, she also advised and guided us through the menu (also attentive to vegetarian and lactose-free options, etc., as can happen when there are many people).
The service is good, and the atmosphere is welcoming and elegant.
Recommended!

06/04/2026: We were on Easter Monday 2026 with an advance reservation and they put us in front of the cash register where between the alternation of waiters and people who had to pay, continuous pushing on the chair... We asked for a change of seat where there were free tables for two and they did not change our seats🤦🏻♀️ a lunch done in a hurry for this reason.... So not satisfactory

16/04/2026: We arrived with considerable enthusiasm and curiosity about the concept, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Even just to place an order in peace, we encountered unprofessional, rude, and surly staff. Furthermore, we noted poor hygiene in several areas.
04/04/2026: Amazing! The waiters were really nice and explained everything on english even though its not their first language. We went there for a birthday and were not disappointed. The steak was on point! Thank you!!

21/12/2025: I visited this lovely restaurant for my family's birthday lunch. It's located on a main road into town and has a decent amount of parking. The welcome was courteous, and the service was exemplary. The portions are just the right size and of excellent quality. The dishes aren't particularly sophisticated, but they're excellent. The decor is very elegant, especially thanks to the Christmassy atmosphere. A special thanks to Mr. Alberto for the excellent tart he made for my daughter's birthday.

We booked a table at 8:00 PM, arrived 10 minutes early, ordered, and were served at after 9:00 PM after two reminders to the waiters. In response, we received a nice wave from the blonde lady. Better to eat somewhere else!
07/03/2026: I recently ordered takeout pizza from them, and I enjoyed it like never before! Delicious! It's always been a great pizzeria, but last time it was truly excellent!

12/06/2025: Location molto gradevole, a differenza dei piatti assaggiati.
Salmone sul menu indicato come marinato in realtà molto affumicato.
Paccheri esageratamente salati, io non sono riuscita a mangiarli. Non tornerò più.
