10/08/2024: I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Osteria del Marinaio in the heart of Sanremo and the experience was truly positive. The restaurant, located in the city center, is very nice and welcoming, with an atmosphere that perfectly reflects the charm of the Ligurian Riviera. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and professional, contributing to impeccable service. We opted for the catch of the day and I must say that the fish was not only very fresh, but also excellently cooked. Every bite was a pleasure, a true homage to seafood cuisine. We chose to sit outside, and despite the constant passage of people and tourists in the characteristic "gut", the atmosphere remained pleasant and not too disturbed. The only point to take into consideration are the prices, which are slightly high, but the quality of the food and the service make the experience overall satisfying.

05/07/2024: We were here on Friday for lunch. To say that it is delicious, wonderful, is to say nothing. The chef is a great master and an extraordinary talent! Each of the dishes was a real feast of flavor! It's haute cuisine! The restaurant itself is clean, cozy and very pleasant. The cozy atmosphere is also created by the beautiful classical music. The service is very neat, tolerant and caring! Thanks to this restaurant for a true pleasure and for the real feast of flavor we received.

22/08/2024: I followed the comments and went to the restaurant this afternoon with my wife and my 1 and a half year old son. First of all, the wait was endless, only to serve my little one without counting on our plate which was took 1h40 to be served we took the clam pasta for more than 20€ which was without more not well served at all and the waiter who looks at our table and moves on all the people passed in front of us and the worst of all That's because we had to pay 6 of obligatory tip in Italy from what I see frankly I don't recommend this restaurant!

12/08/2024: We made it our canteen during our stay. Excellent little Italian restaurant which doesn't look like much, but very little touristy despite what I read above.

09/08/2024: Delicious pizza and pasta by the sea! Succulent seafood. The only downside is the noise of the cars since it's next to the road... Otherwise 100% recommended!!!

05/08/2024: The pizza is decent, the dough is a little dry and unfortunately the seasoning is a little poor (anchovies) fior di latte is normal. Few trenette al pesto (could it be for the large dish?) Enough homemade pesto.

03/08/2024: Non è mia abitudine scrivere recensioni, in questo caso lo devo fare per forza. Sono un cliente abituale dell’Ambaradan, quando siamo in vacanza ad Imperia, (da ben 12 anni )abbiamo sempre mangiato benissimo con pesce fresco di giornata. Abbiamo saltato l’anno scorso andando in Puglia, quest’anno siamo ritornati scoprendo (purtroppo dopo), che la gestione era cambiata da un anno, pessimo da qualsiasi punto di vista. Purtroppo su internet ci sono le immagini e le recensioni della vecchia gestione, che non c’entra assolutamente niente con questa roba qua. Ambaradan cancellato dai contatti.

27/08/2024: Una stupenda esperienza, servizio ottimo, tutto buonissimo dalla impepata di cozze presa come antipasto, ai primi è poi al fritto misto . Sarà il posto dove tornerò ogni volta che ritornerò a Diano. Bravi

18/08/2024: Cucina perfetta. Tradizione siciliana che rispecchia la tradizione sicula. Pasta con le sarde assolutamente da non perdersi. Servizio impeccabile e soprattutto personale educato, affabile, competente e sorridente, che non guasta mai. Consigliato assolutamente. Complimenti davvero.

15/08/2024: Very characteristic and beautiful place, very reminiscent of "Neapolitanness". Excellent pizzas, and I say this as a Neapolitan. However, I didn't like the frozen fries, passed off as fresh fries, among other things at disproportionate prices (12 euros, 7 pieces). I give 4 stars because all in all, I ate well but I suffered a lot from the heat (I was there in August), and to my request to turn on the air conditioning, I was told (and after only the second time), that " the air isn't coming" even though I was a few steps away from it. Other customers who were at my table also showed the same discomfort, and like me, they remained unheard.

29/08/2024: Small place, apparently anonymous, with a few tables and a short menu but which instead turned out to be a small restaurant with excellent fish dishes. Returned after about 2 months and confirm the excellent quality of the food.

13/08/2024: Very pleasant small restaurant. Nice and delicious food. Normal portions and reasonable prices. It's a restaurant, not a trattoria, the food is more refined, but obviously not for those who are looking to save money. Nice atmosphere yes, but perhaps a little dark.

21/08/2024: Ordered with deliveroo 37 euros to eat fried calamari, fried carrots and courgettes and 3 prawns that died of old age... in the first fried dish both tufts and sardines were missing, in the main fried dish there were only rings of calamari the prawns and vegetables soaked in oil probably of exchange given the terrible taste!!!! 2 stars and I love you!!!

06/08/2024: Very good! I'll start with the Service: Fantastic, Young People Willing, Kind and Very Attentive. Cuisine: interesting, trio of good anchovies, intriguing spaghetti with clams and bottarga, spaghetti with excellent and abundant mussels, tasty marinara mussels with a sublime sauce. Absolutely Recommended

11/08/2024: TO RUN AWAY!! A hotel shame. Apart from the young man with glasses, who was very pleasant and available, the rest of the service is dismal, with extremely unpleasant staff. The quantity of the dough dishes leaves something to be desired (8 ravioli in one and 9 tortillini in the other) We asked for bread at the start of the meal, still nothing at the end of it. And be careful, drumroll……..the covered service is charged at €4 per person!!!!! double that of other restaurants in the area. This taste outing went from disappointment to disappointment. We went to eat in another restaurant, and everything went very well... as if by chance!!!!! In short, I'm disgusted with the team

09/08/2024: The staff are so polite, they have a great smile and are around at all time. We tried several restaurants in the area, and this is one of the best, especially their mixed fish, dish, is lighter (less oily) than the other restaurants. We ate twice there in one week :). Highly recommend. It is better to book though, we are only two so we managed to find a table but groups with more people couldn’t have a spot.
