25/06/2025: It is a historic restaurant in the heart of Cervo, and the spectacular view of the sea alone is worth the visit. The room with the large panoramic window offers a unique atmosphere, especially at sunset. The place is very elegant, tastefully furnished, and the service is truly up to par: super professional, friendly and attentive staff, always ready to recommend the best of the menu.
We started with a raw appetizer of prawns and amberjack, very fresh, and a well-executed Ligurian classic: the branda…. These dishes already won us over.
For the first course we were tempted by the house specialty: the famous Spaghetti di serafino. To be taken by at least two, they are served directly in the pan, seasoned with a rich red sauce and a generous mix of seafood (scampi, mussels, clams). A truly exceptional dish, tasty and abundant. Practical note: be careful with the red sauce… it is delicious but could be “insidious” for light-colored clothes!
The coffee was also excellent, confirming an experience that was taken care of in every detail.
A restaurant that you leave wanting to return to. Highly recommended!

We always like to eat fish there when we're on vacation.
16/06/2025: We've been going to Restano for a few years now.
Always a rich menu with great options and excellent raw materials.
If you want to feel at home, go to them and unlike other restaurants in the area that are purely touristy, you can also find a human relationship.
Favorite restaurant, also two children :-) 😀

06/06/2025: My family and I (there were 5 of us) went to this restaurant just to order dessert because we were there before and everything was very tasty.
The restaurant was almost empty, but despite this, the woman, who, as we later realized, is the owner, immediately made it clear that she did not want to serve us. She began to speak something aggressively in Italian and wave her hands, addressing her colleague, the waiter, who, by the way, first told us that we could sit down.
This man was very friendly and pleasant. He talked to her and told us that we could sit down, but we decided to leave because it was unpleasant.
The behavior of this woman was extremely unfriendly and unpleasant. We did not expect such an attitude, especially considering that the restaurant was not busy, and we just wanted to calmly drink coffee and eat a dessert that we liked so much. The impression remained very negative. We do not recommend this place because of this woman’s disgusting behavior. It’s unclear how the owner can behave so inappropriately with guests.
