03/06/2025: If you go to Sanremo, please PLEASE you should goooo, the softest steak I tried in my whole trip (so tasty I forgot to take a pic, I just ate it.), be aware of their opening hours and to be safe make a reservation, totally worth it. To the canadian lady who was our waitress, hi, love you, thanks.

21/04/2025: Finally the restaurant takes off with chef Fabio...true Neapolitan...technique and taste combine in his dishes! The texture immediately jumps on the palate! I tried the Easter menu and didn't eat à la carte...but despite being against this format...I was pleasantly surprised! It's worth the trip!

30/06/2025: Simply fantastic mussels, truly unforgettable! Everything else was excellent, authentic and well-curated flavors. Some waiting for drinks, but understandable given the large crowd. We will definitely be back!

20/06/2025: We found this restaurant a bit by chance while exploring the alleys of the charming old town of Sanremo. A very pleasant discovery in a very suggestive little square. Really kind and professional staff. Good food with quality ingredients. Recommended.

Friendly and fast service, we thank the German lady who served us, very nice. Price commensurate with the quality of the product and the elegant environment in front of the Casino' di Sanremo. Recommended

08/06/2025: Having stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale I took advantage of their restaurant... but above all I really appreciated their dishes... all delicious... the staff were courteous and very attentive... Quintessenza Restaurant also boasts a large terrace, located on the seventh floor of the Best Western Hotel Nazionale Sanremo, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view

12/06/2025: We had dinner for our wedding anniversary. Refined atmosphere. Very welcoming staff, especially the waitress who was very attentive to the needs of my pregnant wife. Excellent food, we ate an excellent Ligurian cappon magro, modified on the spot by the chef just for my wife. Also excellent tagliolini with calamari, prawns and seafood. Highly recommended!

11/06/2025: Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni a Bordighera e abbiamo trovato il nome del ristorante sul web. Pochi coperti e, come preferisco io, non troppa scelta, che spesso è sinonimo di approssimazione. Semplicemente fantastico, non mangiavo il pesce così buono da parecchio tempo. Abito nel centro della Lombardia e per noi mangiare pesce buono è una sorta di roulette. Ho letto diverse recensioni e penso che probabilmente alcuni di questi non sono venuti da voi. Sono fondamentalmente pretenzioso, schizzinoso e attento ai dettagli. Qui ho trovato: Servizio impeccabile Gentilezza e cortesia ad ogni portata Presentazione dei piatti quasi da stellato Qualità alta per il prezzo applicato. Siete stati generosi e molto attenti ad ogni portata. Ci volevo ritornare ieri sera per assaggiare un altra parte di menu ma purtroppo eravate chiusi Lo consiglio con estrema convinzione. Grazie ancora, alla prossima!!!!

02/06/2025: La comida era muy agradable. El servicio sujeto a mejoras. Cada uno de nuestros cuatro platos (2 entrantes 1 primo y 1 principal) era muy sabroso e individual. 5 puntos por eso. Solo la gente de servicio era desatento y no muy acogedor. Más bien una sensación de “fin de temporada”. Muy triste

30/05/2025: In March we were at the regatta in Imperia and this restaurant immediately caught our attention with its appearance. Considering that it was still morning, we were pleasantly surprised that the head chef and owner gave us a private tour without any expectations. We were delighted with the story and tradition of the restaurant, and decided to try some delicacies. The next day when we arrived, we were no less surprised by the food, which was at least as delicious.
