22/08/2025: I've been coming to this place for 20 years now and I find it simply exceptional. From the welcome from the owners, Nerino and Valeria, to the friendliness of the staff like Clarissa and the other young people, to the constantly changing dishes, and the fabulous location.
You can dine on the beach with your bare feet on the sand, watching the sun set behind the hills while you eat pizza or other delicacies like orange duck.
Fast service, even in August, and reasonable prices (in fact, I think it's even cheap, considering it's in Bolsena).
Highly recommended, a treat for couples, friends, or even solo.

24/08/2025: Arrived at 8:40pm, first course served at 10:10pm, the most acceptable course was the sautéed chicory, which says it all!!! The worst way to end the holidays, waiting time for a bread basket 1/2 hour 🤐
24/08/2025: Terrible experience. The staff and kitchen were very disorganized. We ordered at 9:15 PM and the first courses arrived exactly an hour later. Our grilled dishes arrived another 20 minutes later. The quality of the fish was truly poor. The dishes were cold (fish, roast potatoes, ravioli...almost everything). The desserts were not to be returned. Definitely a disappointment and highly discouraged.

24/08/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance, our first time in Bolsena. The staff were friendly and punctual, and the wait time was minimal, despite the place being packed. We had the pizza, which was excellent. What can I say? I highly recommend it.

20/08/2025: First time at this restaurant. The appetizers were all excellent, and the first courses were decent. I would pay attention to a few service details, such as serving wine to everyone and not leaving the appetizer plates in the center of the table.

20/08/2025: I can only speak for the food, which I tried today. The location is wonderful along the lakeside. You eat overlooking the lake, which is very charming.
The service is decent, average. Perhaps it could use more coordination. The food is good, perhaps a bit too heavy on ingredients. It's definitely worth a try!
20/08/2025: We went for lunch today and it was a truly wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the restaurant offers a truly sensational view of the lake. The food was perfect. Both the appetizer and the fried seafood were delicious. The tiramisu was also excellent. We had a wonderful day. We'll definitely be back.

26/08/2025: A very good restaurant in the center of Viterbo, with a wide selection and variety of dishes, from the most typical to the most common. The tables are set inside a former convent, beautiful! The owner is very kind and caters to everyone's needs.
25/08/2025: The place is located in the medieval center of the city.
A group of relatives from Veneto vacationed together, as usual, at least once a year.
We found the place by chance while looking for another.
We dined in the covered cloister of a 1,500-year-old former monastery, which was delightful and extremely characteristic.
The owner was exceptionally friendly, the food excellent, and the prices were in line with those of other Viterbo restaurants. We usually travel together or as a couple. We think the place is truly worth a visit.
Have a good trip everyone.

10/02/2025: bel ristorante ( in estate anche all'aperto) frontelago a due km dal paesino di Bolsena. Menu' di carne e pesce locale di ottima qualita'. Servizio veloce e gentile e costi contenuti.

05/07/2025: English: I describe the terrible experience only with the pool, the hotel is outside, but opening the structure to the general public unfortunately I find myself having to give a star if I could even less, I do not recommend the pool even to the worst enemy, before charging the entrance they should warn that they are full and not let us in, they let us in, the lifeguard advised us to leave things on a triangle of grass between the entrance of a gate and the pool for children at the end of the structure. Because Not even places on the ground on the lawn or available because booked, if they had said so before they would certainly have made a better impression. Luckily we did not leave things there, but we placed them on a chair between the bar and the large pool, at least they were in sight while we were swimming, and thank goodness I would say, because as chance would have it, while we were swimming, taking a look at things I noticed 3 children left in the wild by their parents who were about to open the backpack and also take my nephew's towel and t-shirt. With a scream and running out of the water they ran away, I warned the lifeguard who also told us that he had understood who the subjects in question were. Terrible experience not to be repeated at all, in the area there are much better places.

19/06/2025: Beautiful setting, we were there for sun set, the swifts were flying around, really lovely out in the back garden.
The food was amazing, they accommodated my gluten free requirements without a problem. All 3 of us enjoyed our meals- pasta, fish and pork, delicious!
04/06/2025: Enjoyed pizzas here and a lovely and tasty tiramisu. Nice ambiance. Looks like they also have a courtyard. Food was reasonably priced. Staff was very nice.
