14/09/2025: I go there often and it's always a confirmation! The burgers are top notch, it makes my mouth water every time I think about it.
14/09/2025: From the outside, the place is very beautiful. It's practically the front of a church. Inside, it's a bit anonymous, but elegant and comfortable. A good interior designer could improve it further, making it truly feel like a church, as I've actually seen done in a pub in Dublin. The chairs are especially comfortable, although they aren't guaranteed to be. On a Saturday, the noise inside the place, packed with young people, is certainly not quiet, but you can still chat without difficulty. The pizza is very good, and the dough is easy to digest. The beer, too. Special touches. I ordered the Monasta.
The prices are in line. I honestly didn't understand the supplì; inside, it looked like a croquette, but on the outside, it was a bit too hard—different from the usual. The staff is young, friendly, and fast.

I give it 5* because:
Quick and professional service.
Even with the restaurant full, we didn't wait for any dish. This means the kitchen is organized.
The dishes were well-cooked, with a delicate flavor. Even the lake fish was pleasantly flavorful.
The tonnarelli were cooked to perfection. I noticed several timers (divided by color) near the kettle...another sign of professionalism.
The bill was more than fair.
It's a trattoria, so don't expect plating or various dressings.
But that's the positive side.
05/10/2025: Ein absolutes Highlight! Die Pizza ist unbeschreiblich gut - dünner Teig mit viel Belag und leckerer Käse. Das Tiramisu ist das beste, welches wir bisher gegessen haben.

22/09/2025: The seafood puzzle starter is quite an experience and the taste can be quite surprisingly interesting. It also contains a small portion of frying freshwater seafood so people should avoid ordering another main dish of frying freshwater seafood or else you'll regret it like I do. The fryed seafood comes without any sauce so it's a bit plain. This will make you feel hard to finish when eating too much deep fried fishes. The SPAGHETTONE WITH SEAFOOD CARBONARA contains only 2 small shrimps and small pieces of calamari. Furthermore, it does not taste like traditional carbonara with plenty of cheesy flavour and it's quite salty. It's a bit of disappointment because my wife said they use fresh seafood captured from the lake which gave me a bit of high expectation on all their seafood dishes. Nevertheless, the view of the lake is still great and their steak looks quite tempting. I'll probably recommend ordering steak instead of their fried seafood. Enjoy.

29/09/2025: Waited 45 minutes (!) for the food - a menu only as a QR code with translations into other languages not working - lasagne for 15 euros and a leaf salad for 5 euros was cheeky/rip-off - under no circumstances would I enter the restaurant again
29/09/2025: The worst restaurant of our entire three-week trip through Italy. One star for the great location and the cheap water price. The rest: outrageous! Almost an hour of waiting for an overpriced bit of nothing. €30 for a small piece of fatty and over-salted fish, with no vegetables on the side, and a small salad consisting of a few leaves of green lettuce with a few pieces of tomato. The lasagna was dry, bland, and partially burnt. The bread was dry. I had to get salt and pepper from the counter myself to season the salad.
The women's restroom was dirty!
Absolutely not recommended!!!
If you came for the beautiful view, it's better to have a coffee a few meters away and enjoy a delicious ice cream for a fraction of the price.

20/08/2025: First time at this restaurant. The appetizers were all excellent, and the first courses were decent. I would pay attention to a few service details, such as serving wine to everyone and not leaving the appetizer plates in the center of the table.

20/09/2025: We arrived at the restaurant around 7:45 PM. We waited for someone to greet us to ask if there was room without a reservation. Then a man came out, I think the manager. We both said "good evening." He looked at us strangely without saying hello... and after a few seconds of staring at us, he replied irritably, "What's up??!!"... We looked at each other in disbelief 😳... and tried to ask politely if there was a table for two sometimes. He said "no" and went inside. Fabulous, I'd say.
Above all, people should always be greeted with kindness and politeness, which is probably lacking in this place. Too bad. Sometimes it wouldn't take much.
12/09/2025: We had dinner for 2 and 1 child. We ordered octopus and potatoes, fried baby octopus, pasta with clams, and fried shrimp and calamari. Generous portions and truly fresh fish. Three-quarters of a glass of still white wine and a bottle of water. The bill was €79, which was very reasonable. Very helpful and friendly staff. Well done!!

15/09/2025: I can only say EXCELLENT and that is an understatement, invited to a wedding with an entire gluten-free menu, I was truly pampered, from the selection of appetizers taken care of in detail to the complete menu identical to the gluten-free one, even the final biscuits... everything perfect and delicious, I was truly speechless, congratulations to everyone...
27/08/2025: Spacious, clean, and colorful suite rooms, a garden area with an adult pool, a hot tub, and a children's pool, large umbrellas, and a bar. Lunch is available.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and willing to accommodate guests' needs.
Excellent gluten- and lactose-free options, too. Excellent value for money.

14/09/2025: Aldero Hotel, Restaurant, and Pizzeria... well, I have to say it's the best in the 50km area. It's called that because "Aldero" was the one who built an empire from the ashes of the old "pao pao," a nightclub and gathering place for many young people. I know this story, also because I contributed with my hard work and sweat to making it happen with my two companies, working for him from the 1990s to the 2000s. The complex started as a family business. All dear friends, from Gabriella, Franco, Andreina, Sigismindo, etc. Even the pizzeria is history, the dear "picco pacco" shaped and built the exquisiteness, everything comes from all these people... each floor of the rooms is a different color, with rare construction technology, the hole, the suite, etc... the exterior... I remember in the 90s the pouring of the concrete for the first carpentry construction of the south wing, I was there... the many years of inactivity and the continuation of the work with the dear architect "Mez...e" who is no longer with us. I was there too... 🙂... even though I live about 20 km from here, I am proud to have experienced it in my life. And above all, it has improved more and more. I always recommend it to everyone, because perhaps many don't know what they are getting... 👏👏👏 One day I would like to meet up again and hug the owners, with my family and have a coffee with them, because they are also exceptional people ❤️☕️🌹 Fausto

28/09/2025: Hidden away but worth a visit. It may require booking at a busy time. A good choice of freshly made local Italian dishes and pizza (white and red). Limited beer choice, made up with a large selection of local wines.
The staff were very attentive and give good advice when asked.

19/10/2025: Regardless of what some MISERABLE person may say, who, because of the fact that his ABSURD request (INSISTENTLY wanting a NON-EXISTENT dish on the house menu) was not fulfilled, in "retaliation" he INVENTED the IGNOBLE and FALSE "review" that precedes this one, I can serenely affirm that the RESTAURANT in question is a Reality of ABSOLUTE QUALITY and UNIQUENESS for the HONESTY and EXCELLENCE it expresses through the FOOD AND WINE offerings it Produces.
12/09/2025: We thought were the first guest for the evening arriving at opening time. But no other guest showed up.
The waiter was a stressed man who kept his hosting qualities well hidden.
We ordered the pinsera (kind of pizza) and a salad and baked potatos.
The pinsera was average. The salad was a bowl of plain letuce (not a single addition). The baked potatos were not fresh, over-salted and a small portion.
There was no music, but that was well compensated by all the traffic in the street that pumped its gasoline smell through the open door.
We skipped desert and couldn't wait to finish and get out. The salad was charged at €7 where the menu says €5, also the potatos were charges at €7 where the menu says €5. The (plain) water was charged at €1,5 where the menu says €1.

07/09/2025: The place is wonderful and worth a visit just for the wonderful view from the terrace overlooking Sutri's Roman amphitheater. Given the location, the prices are decidedly fair. The food is neither glorious nor infamous, and the service is rather glacial.

14/08/2025: The younger staff were polite, the older ones were too friendly. For exchanging a bottle of water for a can of Coke, I think the manager of the place was insinuating that I was creating a queue behind them. Impolite attitude towards those who bring money to the business.
