Fairly quick service but very few seats so be careful when booking.
Small note: they provided us with the breadsticks without asking and without telling us the price and we found them in the bill like this

06/04/2024: I discovered this restaurant because I was nearby and stopped to try something typical. Pleasantly surprised by the service and excellent traditional Roman food. I was treated very well by the owner and his wife who welcomed me and made me feel at home. The food, I repeat, is excellent and the carbonara is stellar.
If I pass this way again I'll be back for sure!
24/03/2024: This is such a beautiful experience. The staff and chef are so welcoming and warm. The food is to die for and all is held in a beautiful comforting atmosphere that caters for everyone.

03/09/2023: For decades, “Il Garage” has been a meeting point for those staying in Lavinio or, in particular, at the adjacent Villa Anna hotel. Although overall the experience is positive, the food is quite standard and not particularly exciting. The place itself would be very nice, but it lacks a bit of attention to detail. If there was that extra attention, the location would also be 5-star, because it is outdoors and in that "American style" typical of diners, with that white/yellow that has a certain vintage flavor.
In conclusion, I reiterate that overall the experience is quite pleasant.

22/07/2023: Siamo andati con una comitiva di amici siamo arrivati alle 21.30 come stabilito ci hanno fatto accomodare dopo 14/20 minuti per non parlare dopo aver ordinato ci hanno fatto mangiare alle 23 con dei bambini piccoli. Tralasciando questo cominciano a portare da mangiare faceva tutto schifo nel vero senso della parola risotto salato immangiabile frittura di gomma tonno al sesamo che penso neanche i gatti randagi se lo potevano mangiare. Dopo che siamo andati a pagare con un conto bello salato nn stabilito dai 22 euro !con tutto che abbiamo rimandato tutto indietro !e la Cigliegina sulla torta 2 persone sentite male.nn raccomando assolutamente questo posto
