26/11/2025: Very very nice place in the high zone of Frigento: a very nice area with a lot of locals. We were there during November when the street in front of the local is open and the cars pass by, but because it was Wednesday there isn't any noise. We ate outside in the closed and heated terrace. The dishes are well presented and very tasty. Local dishes. Delicious desserts. Good service. Nice price.

10/11/2025: Bufaletta, I love you For a birthday, we had the pleasure of savoring the delicacies of "Giotto" in Amaseno. A typical 1980s location, spacious and airy. Typical menu with simple, flavorful dishes (first courses ranging from fettuccine to gnocci, meat-based second courses, and side dishes featuring chicory, etc.). A plate of Bufaletta is definitely worth considering. Friendly and fast service. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to savor simple, authentic, and traditional dishes.

15/09/2025: The food is excellent; we ordered the fish appetizer, which consisted of several top-quality samples. The ingredients were excellent, as was the fried fish. The atmosphere is intimate but welcoming; in the summer, you can even sit outside in a sort of internal courtyard. Prices are reasonable, but certainly not excessive, and the portions aren't tiny enough to show off, but adequate. Recommended.

This perhaps gives you a good idea of ​​the experience we had during our wedding, starting from the day we decided to crown our dream within the walls of a 10th-century castle, through the rehearsals of the menu, and finally arriving at the fateful day, July 5, 2025. Francesco, along with the entire staff, took care of every detail, exceeding all (very high) expectations, from the welcome buffet to the aperitif in the hanging garden. The dinner was sublime, a mix of sophisticated but above all successful dishes and flavors. Francesco dictated the evening's pace magnificently, allowing us to savor every moment thanks to a complicity that made us feel at home. Finally, spending our wedding night in a room in the tower was the icing on the cake. Thank you.

24/05/2025: Location molto bella, la vista che si gode dal giardino, terrazzo e anche dal ristorante è unica, come la proposta del menù, dove la tradizione è rivisitata con un tocco di avanguardia e sapori forti. Un posto scoperto grazie ai Social e che sicuramente ci vedrà presto, vale il viaggio, anche il servizio attento e la possibilità di portare il nostro cane ha aiutato a rendere l'esperienza molto gradevole.

A seafood restaurant just minutes from Cassino and the San Vittore highway exit, surrounded by greenery, an ideal location for ceremonies but also delightful for a simple lunch or dinner. In our case, we went for lunch and followed the owner's suggestion, a friendly and helpful man: a cooked and raw fish appetizer and a second course of first courses. There's little to say, the creativity with which the preparations are made is remarkable. It's not just about the plating, but also about the attention to detail and the search for that little "extra" that turns your expectations on their head: even an octopus and potato salad can be enjoyed in a unique way! As if the quality and freshness of the cooked and raw fish weren't enough, the desserts are also top-notch, despite the limited selection. The millefeuille with house Chantilly cream is a highlight, but the other dishes are equally as delicious. 5 stars without a doubt!

08/12/2025: Nice restaurant located more or less in the historic center of Frosinone. The food is good and the dishes are beautifully presented. I recommend trying the chestnut ravioli with pumpkin cream and the omelette with caramelized onion, asparagus, and a cascade of truffles. And, for dessert, the pomegranate cheesecake. 😋 The staff is kind and helpful, especially Linda. 😊 Parking is the real problem, but that's exactly what upper Frosinone is. 😪 Today, since it's a holiday and the offices around the hotel-restaurant are closed, my family and I found a parking spot more easily than the first time, in the evening, on a weekday. Or maybe because we booked for lunch and not dinner. 🤔 Unfortunately, I've never had reason to try it as a hotel, since I live in this city, but the photos look promising. 🫠 Recommended. 😊👍

02/12/2025: In the highest part of the city, parking is extremely difficult. At certain times, it's almost impossible. Rooms are decorated in… vintage style. Overall, clean, but the limescale in the shower was truly excessive. The shower is huge and extremely comfortable, by the way. The water from the system (both cold and hot) is pumped in bursts: at times it's very strong, at times it seems to stop. This makes mixing difficult, and the showerhead feels scalding hot and cold. From my room, I had a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Prices are affordable. The sweet breakfast was varied and pleasant. The cakes were excellent. There was practically no savory breakfast. Avoid the restaurant: I spent 50 euros for an appetizer of eggplant meatballs that didn't taste like eggplant, fried cod with olives (fried), capers (fried) in a sauce (fried) that I digested the following week, a glass of wine, water, and a 3-cm-diameter chocolate cake. Crazy price and barely adequate quality. There are much better dining options nearby. I'll return to the hotel, carefully avoiding the restaurant.
