31/08/2025: Four of us dined here. The experience, as always, was fantastic. The dishes were meticulously prepared, using top-quality ingredients. The tartare was excellent, along with the ravioli and tortelloni. The desserts were exceptional. Courtesy and attention to detail were evident. Congratulations to everyone! Definitely worth a try.

13/08/2025: No problems. None. Perfect place for lunch or dinner, lots of options, consistently fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. Came 30 minutes prior to closing, but the gentleman behind the counter sat us, served us, and we were able to enjoy a marvellous meal consisting of their ravioli, steak, and fettuccine. Everything was on point, the meat was so savoury and the truffle/mushroom ravioli had all the right touches of flavour in addition to the pasta being cooked to the perfect point. Cannot stress enough how awesome the service is here, they made us so at home. Simply lovely; do come and enjoy ❤️

11/08/2025: Great service, food, and excellent hospitality. We had children in our group and they were first to offer WiFi with password when the children were getting a little antsy. They also offered to lower the AC when they noticed one of our guests getting cold. Little things like this shows their attentiveness to their guests. Additionally, the food was excellent and the price was reasonable for it's quality and service. Will recommend and will be returning for sure. Thank you!

Many guests also appreciate the opportunity to tour the cellar and underground section, adding a touch of historical authenticity. The young and dynamic chef (born in 1989) masterfully blends tradition and innovation. After experiences with Vissani, Robuchon, and Australia, he founded this restaurant to showcase local flavors with a modern twist. The menu changes frequently based on seasonality and is divided into "lake" (lake fish) and "hill" (meat and game) tastings, each around €45 for four courses. 31/08/2025: I'm a regular at this restaurant, having been going there for almost 20 years. Although cooking is an art, and often a difficult one, in all these years I've never had a meal that fell far short of the restaurant's standards, which are significantly above average. I'm a regular restaurant patron because I have a passion for flavor, both local and international, with gastronomic excursions even outside the region. Yet, I think I can safely say that this place is the best for me, for the following reasons: professionalism in terms of hospitality, kindness, and ambiance, excellent culinary skills, quality ingredients, and, last but not least, a quality/price ratio that is unmatched in a restaurant world where most restaurateurs should become robbers.

Looking around, it seemed like local Italians were coming for company dinners or gatherings. There weren't any Koreans, so reservations are definitely a must.

07/09/2025: An experience I highly recommend. CRAB in Rome combines an elegant yet unpretentious atmosphere, where you feel welcomed. The service is attentive, not intrusive, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, ready to explain the dishes without rushing. The cuisine is rich in excellent ingredients, the freshest fish and shellfish, prepared with respect and creativity. Last night, we were fortunate to find, in addition to the freshest fish, also "His Majesty" porcini mushrooms. The bonito with porcini mushrooms surprised us with its balance and richness of flavors. The Catalan-style octopus with porcini mushrooms was superb. It was something unique, an unusual yet successful combination. The grilled fish was also very popular: rich, well-cooked, and flawless, a sign of a confident hand in the kitchen. And then the desserts, which deserve a special mention: the tiramisu, made to order with homemade ladyfingers and velvety custard. Not your average dessert, but a true sensory experience. There are also some dishes for those with food intolerances or those who prefer vegetarian cuisine (the wild salad, packed with fresh vegetables, is also delicious!). Prices are slightly higher than average, but we know that quality fish and shellfish never come cheap. Kudos to the entire staff: Crab is a must-try in Rome, not only for a good dinner, but also for anyone looking to discover excellent seafood.

I ate really well; every dish was creative and delicious, perfectly complemented by the use of local ingredients. The service was attentive and very courteous. The restaurant's location was beautiful, overlooking Lake Nemi. The prices were reasonable considering the high quality of the products and the skill with which they were prepared. All I can say is: keep up the good work!

29/07/2025: I've eaten at this restaurant several times and can't recommend anything in particular, simply because, having tried several specialties, everything is excellent, from appetizers to desserts. Chef Salvatore also offers gluten-free options.
