02/07/2025: Noi a Cormons i nostri amici a Trieste . Decidiamo di trovarci a cena a mezza strada a Monfalcone e tiriamo i dadi scegliendo un ristorante che nessuno conosceva. Sorpresa in una zona un po’ improbabile troviamo un piccolo ristorante gestito con competenza e simpatia ! Stefano in cucina e Margherita la moglie in sala . Partiamo da un insalata di mare così fresca e sapida che non mi capitava da anni idem per i molluschi gratinati! I primi speciali tagliolini al Granporro e gli spaghetti al nero con le seppie .Sul pesce non si scherza spigole rombi ombrine e molto altro tutto pescato nel golfo. Buoni anche i dolci . Servizio attento e prezzi più che ragionevoli. Lo consiglio senza remore e considerato il rapporto qualità e prezzo gli assegno senza esitazione un punteggio molto alto. All’attivo anche il parcheggio comodo e ben posizionato.

21/06/2025: Non fatevi ingannare dal luogo in cui si trova il ristorante: dentro c'è un altro mondo. Si è accolti cortesemente e si mangia molto bene: ottima la materia prima e il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. Menù esclusivamente a base di pesce. Ai bambini vengono anche dati dei pennarelli: alla fine scopri anche un'artista a tavola!

27/08/2025: Outstanding! I rarely write reviews, especially for good or bad reasons. This time, it would be a sin not to recommend this place. Superbly prepared fish cuisine, and a friendly and knowledgeable owner who personally serves and explains the details of the dishes. A must-have!

Cooked by Simona, who, together with Darko, created this restaurant, which stands out for its cuisine, impeccable cleanliness, and courtesy. 11/09/2025: The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We stopped by for lunch by chance for a pizza. Good selection, fresh ingredients, and a well-risen dough. I'm not giving it 5 stars for something that bothers me (and that's just how I am). When waiters and owners come around frequently to ask if everything's okay, if they need anything, or if they'd like more water or wine... I might be weird, but it bothers me a bit. If you like it, I recommend it! Everything else is very good!

06/09/2025: From personal experience, I didn't have a great experience at this place. The staff was a bit disorganized in my opinion. We were a group of friends, and out of about twenty pizzas, they forgot two. They were very kind, though. We ate the pizza, and mine was raw in the center. Maybe it was just me, or maybe it was a mistake that can happen. My rating is 3 stars for now because if I go there again, I can check whether it was a mix-up or if it's always like this.

02/08/2025: Bad luck for the waitress, and a little for us too. I'll start by saying I chose the restaurant thanks to Raisin, a natural wine app that recommends it. I asked for a natural wine, and she told me the supplier hadn't delivered, suggesting organic... oh well, I must have gotten the wrong restaurant. Having seen some photos and being at Radikon, I tried to ask for Ribolla Gialla, and the waitress said yes, yes, the 33cl. Oh my goodness, I hope she understands and brings me the right wine. Radikon arrives at cellar temperature, 2008! A gem. We asked for a menu without fish, and she told me we were at the wrong restaurant. I told her I'd called and it would have been done somehow. In fact, we ordered a really good prosciutto crudo accompanied by giardiniera on a bed of tuna. Tuna? Yes, exactly, there must have been a mistake, my daughter is allergic. I asked the waitress for confirmation, and she told me it was mayonnaise, not tuna. She gave me a look that betrayed her disappointment. Okay, my daughter insists and tells me it was tuna, so I try it, and it's tuna! I get up, take it to the kitchen, and report the mistake. My daughter is allergic, she'll go to the hospital if she eats fish. A little later, a new giardiniera arrives on a bed of mayonnaise. They apologize, but I point out that it's not a matter of apologies, this is going to the hospital. Okay, I'll drink a glass of Radikon and forget about it. Back to natural wines, my neighbors at the table are the Radikon family and Paraschos, two excellent ones. Let's get to the bill: cash or card? Cash. Okay, the waitress reports the incident to the owner and asks him to prepare the bill, deducting something for the tuna issue. The owner tells her to sort it out (it's fair enough, you made a mess, deal with it), and she prepares the bill, without deducting anything! Who knows! Okay, I open my wallet and he tells me cash isn't acceptable because he had put a card payment, but I had asked for cash payment. Well, okay, we pay by card. In all this, I think back to my request for natural wines and see a fridge full of all sorts of goodies, my favorites. And thinking back to the waitress's response about organic wines, I realize that the staff needs training or they shouldn't be allowed to speak. I'm giving it two stars for friendliness. All that said, I ate well and will try to return, hoping for service on par with the cuisine. Marco

06/09/2025: I had reserved a table with a high chair, but when I got there, it wasn't there. They told me they don't use them because they're unhygienic. Maybe, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Then, as soon as we got to the table, we saw that there was another table just like ours, also reserved, but still empty. Before sitting down, we asked if we could swap tables and sit at the other one, simply because it was a better location, closer to the lawn and the playground, since we have a small child. We were told no, as if the person who had booked had asked for THAT specific table. I doubt it... We were about to leave, especially since the waiter had communicated these things to us rather coldly; we stayed because we were approached immediately afterward by a very kind and smiling waitress, and because we didn't want to bother finding an alternative at the last minute. The food was good and the price was fair. Overall, though, I don't think we'll be back.

24/08/2025: It was the first time there were four of us eating pizza. It was the best pizza we've had in years. Excellent service. We'll gladly return.

10/08/2025: We were here just yesterday, and we were lucky enough to have lunch as they were closing the kitchen (2:30 PM). We had an octopus salad with potatoes and a peppered mussels Triestina-style. It was excellent, I'd say. The quantity of octopus and potatoes for the price of 9 euros was too small in my opinion, but it was good. The mussels were 10 euros, nothing to complain about here. Well done.

09/08/2025: Lasagna was an attempt at a joke. It's definitely a portion for a small child, not for an adult. The waiter doesn't like paying by card and will make you wait for 20 minutes to punish you. He prefers cash, where he disappears with the money and "as if" forgets the expense. The food was tasty otherwise good.

21/07/2025: A beautiful little restaurant with a lot of charm! The service was outstanding – very attentive and extremely hospitable. The food was of excellent quality and arrived without a long wait. We were particularly impressed by the cozy yet elegant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

16/08/2025: I've known this place for years. You can eat a bit of everything, from fish and meat to sandwiches. The place is well-maintained. Excellent dishes. Prices are in line with the quality. The staff is knowledgeable and hardworking.

14/09/2025: It feels like you're not in the center of Grado, especially considering the reasonable prices!!! We've had the pizza several times; it's good, easy to digest, large, and well-stocked. We've sat outside, which is quite comfortable, with ample space even for wheelchairs. The service was friendly and courteous, and fairly quick. We've recommended the place to other friends, who have also enjoyed it, especially for the fair prices. We'll continue to go there.
