The service was meticulously maintained, attentive and meticulous, even for someone with a gluten intolerance. The dishes were delicious, and the location was simply enchanting. A place that undoubtedly deserves 5 stars. Highly recommended: an experience worth trying!

01/05/2026: Neapolitan pizza with a contemporary edge, truly high-end. The cuisine is primarily seafood, even the most sophisticated. The service is attentive and discreet. It's not cheap, but it's worth it; the quality of the food more than justifies the expense. It's a great place to go when you want to treat yourself. Recommended.

12/04/2026: We've been coming here for several years and always enjoy the food. This year, unfortunately, the calzone was completely burnt, which they tried to cover up with tomato sauce. While they did take the calzone back, there was no apology. The service was generally poor this time (longer wait times, mediocre friendliness), but the rest of the food was as good as usual. Since the atmosphere is also important to us, we probably won't be coming back.

11/04/2026: We sat down while the restaurant was fully packed and we ordered pizzas (we didn't wait for too long). Pizzas were good, I ordered daviola pizza and it was very stacked with meat, I liked it.

23/04/2026: A restaurant that serves mostly seafood, with very good food and friendly, welcoming owners. I went for dinner and had a great time. Definitely worth a try.

12/04/2026: I had a truly pleasant experience at this restaurant. The dishes are fresh, carefully prepared, and truly delicious. In fact, you can taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. The atmosphere is welcoming and spacious, and even more special is the smile and kindness of the staff: they make you feel right at home.

07/04/2026: Very poor experience with customer service. Annoyed waiter didnt even bother to check table. I had to ask 3x for table, was willing to wait and they just kicked us out. And there were 3-4 empty tables “reserved”, in April weekday. But food looked ok, if we had a chance to try.

07/04/2026: A trattoria with a high rating, but ultimately nothing exceptional. There are many restaurants that offer much better and more carefully prepared dishes.

11/05/2026: I'll start by saying I don't want to be argumentative, but I didn't think it was fair to say that in a restaurant with a well-deserved and well-established reputation, on both occasions I went there with colleagues for a business lunch, I had to go home and eat a sandwich because I was hungry, since the menus were ONLY fish-based, with no option for a change (a pasta would have sufficed!) This is a shame. I repeat, there's nothing to take away from the place and its deserved reputation. It's clear that those who don't eat fish should NOT go to Rosenbar, or they'll go hungry.

31/03/2026: I visited this restaurant recently, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't the best, although I think there's room for improvement. We ordered a liter of water, but since it wasn't available, we were brought two half-liter bottles without any particular explanation. Furthermore, the drinks (two waters and a small beer) arrived only after the dishes, and only after we requested them: an aspect that definitely needs improvement in the service. Another detail concerns the napkins: they were the standard bar ones, not very absorbent and not suitable for dishes like pasta or sandwiches. It would be better to provide something more appropriate for the type of cuisine offered. Regarding the food, we ordered a first course with duck ragù and a cold cuts sandwich. The first course was decent, but the cold cuts in the sandwich didn't seem particularly fresh and had an unpleasant flavor. Finally, I should point out that the restaurant was very sparsely crowded, making some lapses in service even more evident. I hope this review will be taken as a starting point for improvement, because with a few tweaks the experience could be decidedly more positive.

17/04/2026: …I stopped at this place!!…”Ai Tre Soldi”!!…large and welcoming environment!!…with a group of people on a trip organized by an agency in my city!!…which as per the plan!!…we were visiting Trieste!!…Duino and then Gorizia!!…in fact for lunch!!…the last day before returning here!!…it was our lunch break!!…the place is a famous restaurant located right in the historic center of the city!!…but about a couple of years ago it changed management!!…unfortunately before arriving here!!…for reasons still unknown!!…half of the group had intestinal problems!!…me included!!…so the guide ordered plain rice and boiled potatoes!!…obviously for those who had problems!!…for the others there was the normal menu!!…unfortunately something went wrong!!…my plain rice!!…was inedible!!…overcooked!!…very slow service!!…there was only one person working in Hall!!…what can I say!!…it must have been a coincidence!!…but in my opinion!!…something went wrong!!…here!!…at the “Ai Tre Soldi” restaurant!!…in the historic center of Gorizia!!…⬇️🇸🇮🍽️🍛🧑‍🍳🇮🇹⬆️🎉

01/05/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance, almost expecting a negative response due to the time (2:30 PM) and a public holiday (May 1st). Instead, we were greeted warmly by all the staff. Generous portions and good value! I highly recommend it, and thank you again for your kindness.
