10/04/2026: Excellent hotel, elegant but not sophisticated, with wide corridors transformed into art galleries. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. I didn't use the restaurant, but looking at the menu, I think I missed an opportunity; it certainly wasn't the usual dull hotel restaurant menu. If I ever have the opportunity to pass through the area again, I'll definitely be back.

13/08/2026: Thanks to Noemi's kindness, we indulged in the flavors of the land with cappelletti and tagliatelle with suberbi ragu, then moved on to the seafood with fried fish and seafood pasta. We didn't limit ourselves, and we finished with desserts that, even on their own, were worth the evening. Highly recommended.

09/08/2026: Aside from the heat in the dining room, we ate well, and the waitress who served us was very attentive and thoughtful! Reasonable prices :) We'll be back!

It has managed to innovate and reach an increasingly refined level of cuisine, without ever losing sight of the Romagna gastronomic tradition. The dishes are innovative, original, and meticulously crafted, with surprising pairings that never compromise on balance and flavor. The plating is elegant and meticulously crafted, and the quality of the ingredients is exceptional. Great care is evident in every preparation, right down to the bread baked in-house. The offerings for wine enthusiasts are particularly appealing: expertly crafted wine pairings highlight each course. The wine selection is also excellent. An ideal restaurant for those who love quality cuisine, innovative and refined yet deeply rooted in its roots. Professional and attentive service is complemented by a warm welcome. A restaurant worth discovering and always a pleasure to return to.

08/07/2026: We returned to the Hotel La Tavernetta and the welcome was as warm and welcoming as ever. The restaurant's à la carte menu is amazing, and dining by the pool is very romantic. The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful, the rooms are spotless, and the staff is always friendly! For two mountain lovers, a real revelation!

18/08/2026: Disorganized, slow, and the waitress was rushed and sometimes impatient. The bread never arrived; after a long wait, I gave up and left without coffee. The modern-style fish dishes were average, nothing exceptional.

17/05/2026: Entering this restaurant is almost like a journey through twenty thousand leagues under the sea. Expectations are high, the staff and kitchen are welcoming, and the menu piques our curiosity. The oysters and raw shrimp are excellent. The eel risotto is delicious and well-crafted. The sturgeon dish disappointed me; the brioche was soaked in butter, and the sturgeon was a bit spicy (not inedible, but enough to annoy those who don't like spicy food), which should be noted on the menu. The iconic spaghetti is a dish made with excellent ingredients, and the spaghetti is well-cooked, but the sauce was soupy and washed out. The cheesecake is good, and the bergamot sorbet is excellent. In the small pastry shop, the caramelized popcorn has unexploded kernels, making it difficult to chew. The cuisine is still maturing, and the dining room is a bit unripe. In conclusion, a bit of a disappointment.

17/08/2026: An evening that left us very perplexed. I'd like to start by saying that the food was good and we have nothing to complain about the quality of the dishes. However, unfortunately, the restaurant experience isn't just about what's served on the plate. I also work in the restaurant industry and am a chef at a renowned restaurant, so I'm very familiar with the world of gastronomy, cooking, and especially the importance of hospitality and customer service. For this very reason, the way we were treated on this occasion left me particularly disappointed. During our entire dinner, we had a very unpleasant feeling: we felt constantly observed by the staff and had the impression that the waiters were talking about us among themselves. Throughout the dinner, we felt as if we had somehow become the center of their conversations. Of course, we don't know what was said, but the attitude, the looks, and the atmosphere made us feel very uncomfortable. It was a truly unpleasant feeling, and honestly, we'd never had an experience like this in a restaurant. When people dine out, they should be able to eat peacefully and feel welcomed, not feel like they're being watched or commented on by the staff. The waiter's behavior, especially at the end of the meal, also contributed to making the experience even more negative. He approached us and asked if the food was good, and when my husband answered, he responded very rudely and in a tone that we perceived as arrogant. This is an attitude that, in our opinion, is inappropriate towards a customer. In my opinion, a restaurant cannot be based solely on the quality of the food or the price. A restaurant is a combination: cuisine, service, hospitality, atmosphere, attention, and respect for the customer. The customer should feel welcome, respected, and cared for with kindness. During our experience, we sensed a certain tension and, unfortunately, the feeling that the price was more important than the hospitality. And it's a real shame, because good food deserves to be accompanied by worthy service. I'm not writing this review to criticize gratuitously, but precisely because I work in the industry and know how important details, respect, and the way you welcome someone are. A good restaurant doesn't just offer good food: it offers an experience. And on this occasion, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I sincerely hope this review can be seen as a constructive observation. The food may be good, but it's the politeness, hospitality, respect, and professionalism that make a customer feel truly welcome and want to return.
