29/01/2025: There is little to say, we took 5 menus and each course was a surprise in taste and quality, starry stuff with various entrees and concluded with FABULOUS pastries!!! If you are looking for something different from the usual fish menu, this is the right restaurant! And all at a decidedly honest price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

26/01/2025: Characteristic, warm place, with well-spaced and well-lit tables. Beautiful table, excellent service. Sober and discreet music. The food is of an excellent standard, tasty and natural as well as beautiful to look at on dishes including Faenza ceramics. Overall a very interesting experience, worth repeating.

30/01/2025: Domenica sera siamo finalmente riusciti a tornare alla Cavallina. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il cibo ma anche il servizio della cameriera,sempre attenta ma mai invadente. Il mio crudo di ricciola e i paccheri con la gallinella erano squisiti. L'antipasto di fegatini di mio marito era veramente buono così come il secondo di pesce. Sempre graditi sia l'olio di Brisighella da mangiare col pane sia i dolcetti offerti col caffè. Conto più che onesto.

20/01/2025: Super hotel! Refined, elegant but super welcoming. Very kind staff with great availability for every need. Abundant and varied sweet and savory buffet breakfast. Recommended and one I will return to if in this area. Excellent value for money.

11/01/2025: A 4 star with a touch of elegance. Located in the center, very close to the town square. Excellent rooms, clean, comfortable, friendly professional staff. At Christmas, when I saw it there was a magical atmosphere decorated specifically!! Also noteworthy is the presence of many prominent people in this hotel. Advised!!

29/09/2024: Yes, nice place, clean rooms.....there was no welcome water in the fridge....off..... Although I understand it for a one night stay, parking ok. They gave us bicycles for free use for a ride, we had dinner in the hotel for convenience, good for the end of the season but a little expensive if I can afford it.... Thanks

31/01/2025: We went on New Year's Eve on a trip to Cervia, a tradition for a few years to start with a trip to the sea. Me, my partner and our dog tried this restaurant which in turn was recommended to us by another restaurant manager. What can I say, I congratulate him and point him out for everything. Good welcome, simple but pleasant place, excellent service and above all quality of food. Price based on food, including wine.

12/12/2024: LOCANDA DEI  SALINARI  Via Circonvallazione Sacchetti , Cervia (Ra) Mi sia concesso rammentare alcuni avvenimenti  riconducibili all’attuale realtà culinaria della Locanda dei Salinari. Eravamo nel 1992/3 circa, la stessa sede odierna era occupata dalla Trattoria Il Piccione, il cui gestore Pietro Romualdi proponeva prodotti ittici, consolidando la sua immagine e il compiacimento degli avventori (noi compresi) anche con un gustoso “guazzetto di cozze con i peperoni”.  Il tempo Scorre … Primi anni del 2000 … all’attività subentra la famiglia Gardini Roberto, miglior Sommelier d’Europa e lo scalpitante figlio Luca, poco più che ventenne era già motivatissimo … con il passare degli anni raggiunse il titolo di miglior Sommelier del mondo.                      Come si può arguire, c’erano tutte le premesse per un “gran bere”... l’aspetto culinario procedeva in modo disuniforme, probabilmente per alternanze del personale in cucina. Almeno noi notammo durante le molteplici visite effettuate.  Cessata la gestione Gardini i locali restarono inutilizzati. A seguire ci fu un breve tentativo di apertura di altre persone, ma nulla decollò.  Nel 2005, l’attività, passa allo Chef Gianni Berti, con maturata esperienza presso ristoranti locali e occasionali mansioni di insegnante presso la scuola Alberghiera di Cervia. Affiancato in sala dalla consorte Barbara Sirri.   Noi, la Locanda dei Salinari la frequentiamo dall’apertura con visite nell’arco dei dodici mesi.  Lo Chef Gianni Berti, già all’inizio attività indirizzò una cucina cosiddetta “non scontata”, cioè, non solo i soliti piatti “fotocopia” proposti in molteplici luoghi di ristoro ma, cercando soprattutto una sua personalizzazione, senza oltrepassare dei limiti eccessivamente di effetti ma curare gli affetti e i sapori     Anche noi avevamo constatato che questa sua scelta (da noi condivisa) rendeva necessario un certo periodo per fidelizzare una tipologia di clientela che non si accontentasse del solito mangiare “prevedibile - ovvio”.   In ogni caso, Gianni si rendeva, e si rende, sempre disponibile per soddisfare ogni richiesta pervenuta dal cliente.  Senza alcuna remora ci sentiamo di affermare che  Gianni Berti ha stravinto questa sua scommessa, conquistando una clientela che lo segue condividendone le sue proposte con  piacere.                                     +*+*+*+*+*+*+*+ Menù: praticamente sono previsti due menù, uno con prodotti ittici/pesce e l’altro carne, cacciagione e selvaggina. Nostra ultima visita: pranzo di domenica 8 dicembre, in quattro abbiamo anche condiviso alcuni piatti, dei quali allego foto e breve didascalia.   Prezzi: indicativamente dagli antipasti, primi e secondi, i costi variano da 13 a un massimo di 22 euro a piatto normale … pasticceria/dessert 10 euro.   Non ci resta che consigliare una visita.  DonAttilio, consorte e amici.

05/01/2025: I went to eat a few days ago in this wonderful restaurant and I must be honest that I felt at home, truly spectacular food, impeccable atmosphere and service and at the end of the meal I had the honor of meeting Mery and complimenting him on the pasta with SUPER clams, he is a very sweet person who makes you understand the love he puts into what he does. RECOMMENDED!!
