26/05/2025: For years, whenever I've been in these parts, I stop here at Al deserto. I come back to eat their spaghetti 🍝 clams, raisins and pine nuts... the hot appetizers are very good, the cold ones a little less so, the fried food with polenta is excellent, and the Lambrusco and popcorn dessert is a real treat, I hope to come back soon.

18/05/2025: We've been wanting to go there for a while.. Starting from the location, a simple but at the same time refined and elegant place with a beautiful garden overlooking the Cervia salt flats. Superlative staff, a rarity these days, smiling, kind, capable and friendly, a greeting to the legendary Pier, always attentive and on the ball. Superlative food!!!!!!!!! Traditional dishes enriched with aromas and flavors that marry perfectly with the raw materials used of exceptional quality. A positive note also for the desserts, delicious! We will return to taste the first courses that we were unable to try this time. In a period where everyone tends to make up numbers it is nice to see that there are still restaurants that care about the customer! See you very soon! Silvia and Simon

08/06/2025: El primer plato fue bueno, pero un segundo plato fue nadar en sal y prácticamente incomible. El servicio era muy lento, y a veces grosero. Creo que tener una mención en la guía Michelin puede estropear un restaurante. Ciertamente nuestra experiencia fue muy pobre. Casi todo el mundo parecía haber turistas, como nosotros, influenciados por la recomendación del guía del lugar.

17/06/2025: Osteria molto carina con un menù ben strutturato e prezzi onesti. Il personale é davvero professionale e simpatico. Ci ritornerei sicuramente per mangiare il polpo e la chitarra allo scoglio.

27/05/2025: Il termine, Osteria, è un limite, troppo spesso, inopportunatamente utilizzato per richiamare un ristorante a tutti gli effetti, con le sue regole ed i suoi costi. Il Cantinone non fa eccezione: la qualità è buona, il servizio attento, ma nel complesso non entusiasma, mantenendosi in linea con la ristorazione di questo paese, ovvero: non male, ma non ci tornerei.

13/06/2025: I have known this place since it was opened by the first manager. It has always been very popular, regular customers are the majority and stay there for a long time. It was once renowned for its homemade ice cream (I am not among regular customers for this product category so I cannot vouch for it). The staff is welcoming. The products are of good quality.

14/05/2025: Quality ice cream bar and pastry shop, welcoming, clean place with excellent sweet and savory breakfasts. I went for a buffet for my daughter's graduation outside the place which is heated in the winter and beautiful in the summer. Everything was perfect from the organization to the very kind staff offering the delicious ice cream cake

21/06/2025: We don't know if Punta Marina or Cristallo came first, but this place is certainly a real institution for those who live here. The proximity to the sea allows chefs to have fresh fish every day and let's face it... Those who work by the sea almost always have something more to tell. The restaurant is located just a few steps from the sea and has a small veranda for those who want to order take-away or eat very quickly and without frills at the tables outside - as we did. The smell of frying, the sound of peacocks singing above our heads, the fresh breeze and the sun gave us a special atmosphere. We ordered: 😋 - Seafood salad: with an unmistakable seafood flavor, fresh with a light citrus note, it opened the dance in a sensational way. The use of cooked vegetables such as courgette is also particular. - Risotto alla marinara: no, risotto a little overcooked and tomato a little sweetish. Full of little fish but the cooking of the rice needs to be reviewed. - Mixed skewers: two of shrimp and two of cuttlefish. Very tasty, good, full of meat, they filled the mouth. The tender and tasty consistency of the fish blended harmoniously with the crunchy and delicate taste of the breading. In conclusion we can say that after having taken a tour of the seaside baths, having tasted dishes with the feet on different beaches, having paid different bills, this is the one that won (for now) among those we have tried. (many we have not had the courage to post) The quality/price ratio was right, the portions of the appropriate size and the timing quick, also kind and helpful the lady behind the counter.

27/06/2025: We spent a relaxing week here and we were thrilled. Excellent cuisine, delicious breakfast, quiet and well-kept environment, clean and functional rooms, swimming pool surrounded by greenery. The beach service was also excellent. Even the dog really appreciated the hospitality 😊

05/06/2025: The best fried calamari I have ever eaten, soft to melt in your mouth and light breading! Excellent service, maximum friendliness and efficiency of the staff, attentive to every need, fast and with a smile. I recommend trying the spaghetti with clams and finishing with a super creamy lemon sorbet!!!

10/06/2025: If they told me that every Saturday night I could have dinner at 45, I wouldn't hesitate for a second....they have generous catch of the day and the first courses are truly exquisite...the staff is truly kind and helpful and courteous...everyone is very professional!
