07/09/2025: As a resident of Cervia, I'm kicking myself for never having been there before...the food is excellent, the prices are really good and the portions are generous. The staff and the owner were attentive, kind and very friendly. Thank you again for the surprise for my birthday and my mother's ☺️ see you soon!

05/09/2025: Original and carefully prepared dishes showcasing Adriatic fish. Beautiful location overlooking one of the canals of the Cervia salt pans, offering breathtaking sunsets. Attentive and friendly service. The wine list could be expanded.

03/09/2025: This was a really mixed experience. Lows: - My pregnant wife being served raw then undercooked langoustine successively. (It was a dish served undercooked but the waiter recommended it as an option reassuring us that they could modify the recipe to cook the langoustine through. My impression was that the chefs did not agree and stubbonly refused to cook the shellfish to a temperature suitable for a pregnant woman!) - Very strong flavour contrasts which mostly didn't work. (Mackerel with onion chutney, scorpion fish with a highly pungent bisque sauce, squid with an intense sabzi-esque dried spinach sauce, grouper with a fancy version of hoi sin sauce.) Really intense flavours which totally overwhelmed the fish. I wonder if perhaps the chef doesnt actually like fish? Certainly they are not interested in maximising the flavour of the fish served, but masking it with intense sauces. Or maybe the chef is a heavy smoker? And has lost the subtler parts of their palette. Regardless - most of the dishes, while interesting, were not actually nice or enjoyable to eat. - The price. The price undoubtedly reflects the considerable effort put into this food. But it feels more like a work in progress menu. Paying such a high price (€100 pp) stings when you don't really enjoy the majority of what you are eating. - Tiny amount of fish on each dish. (Except for the cerviche appetiser which was very generous). Highs: - The waiter was lovely and attentive. - The decor is beautiful and really imaginatively done - The wine is excellent and the waiter recommended great wines to go with the fish. - The first amuse bouche and the last (a selection of tiny pattiserie to be eaten in a specific order) were really outstanding and delicious. - The gurnard cerviche with grapefruit juice was the one time when the intense flavour contrasts worked brilliantly. It was  impressive and delicious. Overall, if you have money to burn and you want a bit of an adventure, then maybe this will be fun. But if you want to to guarentee enjoying everything - go somewhere more affordable which cooks things more simply and traditionally in a way which emphasises the flavour profile of the fish and almost certainly gives you more than a mouthful of fish per course!

20/07/2025: We didn't actually use the hotel service, but only the restaurant. The welcome and quality of the past are gone, and the staff is very young and not always up to par. The dishes are consistently good, but the gluten-free selection has been significantly reduced and is unreliable. The wine list is good, although imprecise (if you order a vintage and it's not in stock, it's good practice to let them know and adjust the list and prices accordingly). The bill was also poorly managed: no 15% discount on the à la carte menu for guests of the partner B&B, and no breakdown of individual items. A shame. V

20/07/2025: The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for reaching attractions on foot. I found the room to be nice, with a large bathroom and shower. The breakfast was very generous; I would recommend having signs explaining the types of food and drinks available. Kudos to the staff for their kindness and helpfulness. I found the rooms very clean. There are a few details that could be improved, but overall I'm satisfied.

12/08/2025: The food and preparation are certainly high quality. I'm limiting myself to 3 stars because, unfortunately, I think the bill is too high. The dishes are also in line with the times, but if you include only cover charge, water, and two glasses of wine, we're at €21. See the receipt. This isn't an isolated case; unfortunately, it's a general trend in Italy. The concept of a "real osteria" is dying out. What a shame.

11/08/2025: Provato spinti dalla buona reputazione del locale. Purtroppo la serata è stata una delusione. Il locale è carino e l’atmosfera piacevole, ma questo non basta a compensare il resto. Alcuni piatti erano passabili, altri davvero sotto tono, con porzioni ridotte e sapori poco convincenti per il prezzo richiesto. Per un posto con questa fama ci aspettavamo più costanza e cura. Il servizio è stato altalenante: personale gentile, ma senza la giusta attenzione nei momenti chiave. I tempi tra una portata e l’altra sono stati lunghi e non sempre giustificati. Rapporto qualità-prezzo deludente: il conto è alto rispetto a quello che si trova nel piatto. In sintesi, un locale con potenziale ma che non riesce a mantenere le promesse. Non credo torneremo.

15/08/2025: Beautiful restaurant, excellent surprise menu, dishes meticulously presented and flavorful. Extensive wine selection. The relaxing atmosphere and the view of the hills are magical. The entire village of Brisighella is beautiful.

06/08/2025: The pool location is impeccable, a very quiet place, and the staff are welcoming. A truly relaxing afternoon, I'll be back.

03/09/2025: Family dinner, with a warm welcome and a relaxed, intimate atmosphere. Excellent and very light fish-based first courses, well-cooked and generously portioned. The ribs with potatoes were spectacular! The price was more than adequate for the quality of the dinner, though definitely average. Highly recommended!

21/08/2025: We stopped in Ravenna for a short three-day vacation, visiting basilicas, artistic wonders, and the resting place, where Dante is remembered. By chance, we dined at the "I Furfanti" restaurant, discovering another treasure...a pizza we've rarely had anywhere else. The kindness of the staff and pizza chef allowed us to delve deeper into the technical details and choice of quality ingredients, which ultimately led to the enjoyment of this excellent pizza. 30/08/2025: The welcome and service were impeccable. The fish was excellent and fresh; I was just expecting the risotto to be tastier and more flavorful. Overall, a great experience. If I'm in Cervia again, I'll definitely be back!

20/08/2025: A beautiful restaurant, it doesn't reflect Romagna cuisine. You'll find gourmet cuisine of the highest quality, but the dishes reflect the proportions of a gourmet restaurant—so high-quality, high prices, and easy portions. The place is truly beautiful and unique, very quiet, and the atmosphere is unique. Will I return? I don't know, if it's an occasion, certainly. If I'm just passing through and want to eat, I think I'll pass by.

20/08/2025: Excellent food, I think the seafood spaghetti is their strong point. I have to criticize the service, however. Even though we arrived at the entrance a few minutes before opening, hot under the August sun, the staff avoided us without even having the decency to let us sit in a cool place. Small details that influence the final rating, even though the food was good.
