13/05/2026: We went on a quiet night to this wonderful restaurant. The food was delicious. I had the seafood Bolognese which was exquisite followed by the turbot on lemon sauce, also great. Lovely!
09/05/2026: I discovered this place almost by chance, but it turned out to be an absolutely perfect choice. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful design conveyed a pleasant sense of attention to detail, further confirmed by the impeccable service: the staff was professional, attentive, and always friendly.
The real star, however, was the cuisine. The use of the highest-quality ingredients, handled with skill and passion, was evident; each course arrived perfectly cooked, with balanced flavors and inviting presentation. It's rare to find such a perfect balance between the freshness of the ingredients and the execution technique.
Everything was offered at a fair price, well-proportioned to the quality of the food. It was an extremely positive experience that I can recommend without hesitation. I will definitely return to explore the menu further.

26/07/2026: I visited this restaurant during my stay in Palinuro, and overall, the experience was positive. The fish I ate was excellent, and some dishes were prepared with truly fresh ingredients.
In my opinion, however, the menu could be a bit more extensive, especially for the pasta dishes. I also noticed several items marked as frozen: nothing negative in itself, but it would be nice to see an even broader selection of fresh fish.
Regarding the service, almost all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was one waiter who was rather rude, while everyone else was friendly and professional.
Overall, it was a good experience, and I would gladly return.
22/07/2026: O'Guarracin, a name you can trust. Spectacular location, dining with the sea in front, excellent food, and impeccable service. Special mention for the waiter Gaetano, a delightful person and an excellent worker. He recommended everything to us, and we left more than satisfied.

02/08/2026: I visited this place with my family a few years ago, and since I was on vacation in the area, I decided to return. I'm not arguing with the pizza, which is certainly delicious, but the welcome is terrible: customer service comes first for me, especially when children are involved.
After being treated terribly at the door, we left the pizzeria without eating and all went to Pizzeria Veracemente. The pizza is certainly not up to the same standard, but at least they made us feel at home, as you should with someone who brings you money. I will definitely never set foot in this place again. Shame on you and learn some manners.
Since I can no longer respond, I'm editing the review to add more information. Evidently, on July 24, 2026, around 8:30 PM, your employee left his courtesy and customer service at home.
I have no intention of contacting you privately to clarify anything, because I no longer want any dealings with you. I stand by what I wrote word for word and hope my review will be helpful to people with children who want to visit your facility.

23/08/2025: A family-run guesthouse. Nothing is missing. Above all, I appreciated the courtesy and care they showed for my allergies.
20/08/2025: Palinuro is beautiful, worth a visit. Speaking of the structure, the rooms are poor, the bathrooms are not maintained, there is no mini fridge, the mattress is more comfortable than the one on the beach, for those with leg problems there is no adequate service.

First courses: Spaghetti alla Carmelo takes center stage, a delicacy you'll never taste in any Italian restaurant, but the other scallops are equally as delicious.
You'll be spoiled for choice.
Second courses: from sea bass to tuna, from fried seafood to grilled seafood.
Adele: you're always Number One.

03/11/2024: Titolare e dipendenti sono ottimi cordiali educati rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale e lo consiglierei a tante persone perché ne vale veramente la pena a fare tanti chilometri per venire lo dice uno che da Verbicaro provincia di Cosenza è venuto a Policoro per mangiare in questo locale

Ristorante Donna Teresa

30/06/2025: Esperienza decisamente deludente. Ho provato sia la colazione che la cena al ristorante Donna Teresa dell’hotel La Torre.
La colazione, servita su una terrazza che potrebbe essere suggestiva ma appare trascurata, proponeva un buffet di bassa qualità: uova strapazzate molto secche, bacon troppo grasso, prosciutto cotto e prodotti da forno chiaramente scongelati. Nessun prodotto fresco né attenzione alla presentazione.
La cena è stata la parte più deludente. Nonostante la prenotazione, il mio tavolo non era pronto e ho dovuto sistemarlo da solo. Le verdure grigliate, che sul sito dell’hotel vengono descritte come “verdure fresche dell’orto”, erano invece fredde da frigorifero e prive di gusto. Le patate al rosmarino erano crude all’interno. E per concludere, i dessert semifreddi (tiramisù e ricotta-fichi-noci), presentati online come “tiramisù della tradizione cilentana”, erano palesemente surgelati e scongelati male al microonde: bollenti alla base, ancora ghiacciati al centro.
Dispiace constatare che la comunicazione sul sito ufficiale sia profondamente distante dalla realtà. Nessun piatto fresco, nessuna cura, nessuna coerenza con ciò che viene promesso.
Infine, nessun rispetto delle norme antifumo: ho assistito personalmente a clienti che fumavano anche durante i pasti, senza alcuna obiezione da parte del personale.
In sintesi: ristorazione scadente, servizio approssimativo e promesse disattese. Un vero peccato.

09/08/2024: Ci siamo stati due volte e due volte non ci ha deluso: in zona è l'unico buono.
Fanno poche cose, ma buone. La carne e la pasta la fanno molto bene, infatti stiamo scrivendo questa recensione positiva.
Il servizio era ben organizzato: i camerieri e i cassieri gentili e disponibili. Il tuo ordine lo seguivano alla lettera. E' un ristorante di gestione familiare onesta.
29/07/2024: Locale accogliente e pulitissimo. Il cibo è ottimo e il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Porzioni abbondanti e ottimi prezzi. Se siete in zona fermatevi qui.
