29/06/2026: My grandfather used to come to this restaurant 50 years ago, and I'm only now. As soon as you enter, it feels like a step back in time, which isn't entirely a bad thing. Luckily, there are still restaurants that use tablecloths and napkins. There are only a few seats, and it's always very busy. Even the waiters are from another era, and that's fine. We had the raw appetizers, both cold and hot; I've never seen so many scampi in a restaurant in my life, and the monkfish tripe was excellent. Everything was good, FRESH, simple cuisine without any strange or artificial combinations. In short, fish in its purest form. A risotto for the first course with a generous white fish sauce, and then a roast to finish. Everything was very good and of high quality. The only complaint is that the appetizers were served a bit too quickly for my taste.

04/06/2026: Located right on the street with indoor parking, I enjoyed a delicious plate of spaghetti with clams and a seafood appetizer. There are tables both inside and outside under umbrellas. The owner is welcoming and kind.

11/06/2026: I'm writing this review with some regret, as Costa Verde truly has enormous potential. The restaurant is located in a beautiful location, and the veranda on the first floor overlooking the sea is fantastic. It's a space where you can spend a very pleasant evening, and the food is also of a good standard. We especially enjoy the pizza, which was truly delicious. Unfortunately, our experience with the service left us quite dissatisfied. One of the waitresses, probably wearing glasses, instead of helping to clarify a certain ambiguity in the menu, engaged in a discussion about how the item should be interpreted. It concerned a dish described as costing €30, even though the minimum order is for two people. We believe it would have been clearer to state the price at €15 per person with a minimum order for two people. For customers, the current wording can be simply misleading. On our next visit, we were simply told, rather curtly, that all tables were full. Of course, we understand the lack of seating, but the way this information is conveyed matters and could have been done much more sympathetically. However, we were most disappointed with the reservation check. We waited at the bar for about 20 minutes for a response, while the person we asked to was busy with other matters and conversations. Among other things, she also met a friend and engaged in a charming conversation with us, despite the fact that we'd asked about the reservation some time ago. We simply felt left out and unimportant as guests. Fortunately, we also encountered a very friendly young waitress with long hair, who was polite, professional, and a true ray of positive energy in the place. It's a shame, because the restaurant has a great location, beautiful views, and good food. We've visited many other establishments at Silvi where the service was excellent and guests felt welcome from the very first moment. Unfortunately, this was precisely what was missing here. I hope the customer service improves, as this place has great potential.

26/07/2026: As often happens, we had dinner at this restaurant, which I believe has the best location in Alba Adriatica. The food was delicious, the staff was young and friendly. Then, something unexpected happened! The plastic chair I had been sitting on for the entire dinner gave way! I fell flat on my face, and since I was wearing shorts, I suffered two cuts on my legs. Since I was taking blood thinners, the blood wasn't coming out very copiously, but it was coming out! Some very kind people at the table next to me helped me get up. A waitress brought me disinfectant and plasters! I was shocked by the behavior of the guy I believe to be responsible, a guy whose only concern was that I didn't hurt myself so much that I had to call an ambulance with the consequences that would follow. Given that fortunately my financial situation doesn't cause me any problems, I would have expected a discount on the dinner or at least that I had been offered my share, since I was the one who downplayed the situation and reassured everyone. Evidently, money comes before human relationships! The guy delegated a waitress to avoid having responsibilities!! I adopt a maxim "always use good manners, because what you consider useless today could be indispensable tomorrow"!! If I had called the police they probably would have been in trouble!!

24/07/2026: The staff were friendly but the beach service wasn't exactly nice, the sand wasn't cleaned, they were packed like sardines and the price wasn't really in line with what was offered.

30/08/2025: Surreal experience One of the worst dinners of our lives. If I could, I'd give it zero stars. Starting with the completely incompetent waitress. The wine: she led me to the refrigerator, and I chose a bottle from among the already opened ones. A welcome plate: a pile of unidentified chickpea cream with two overcooked shrimp. A trio of appetizers: gratinated mussels and a tiny, inedible scallop, an unidentified cabbage parcel covered in béchamel and stuffed with who knows what. The mussels were sautéed, more than half of them empty, awful. The first course was tonnarelli with clams, completely tasteless. Two mixed roast fish dishes were inedible, covered in breadcrumbs, with a stringy cod and burnt langoustine. Furthermore, the table wasn't cleared before the new dishes were brought. Shameful. Be careful, the photos and menus often refer to the old management. I can't understand the 5-star reviews... huh?

22/08/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The dishes were indescribably delicious. Excellent service, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
