08/02/2026: A truly excellent seafood restaurant! The quality is immediately apparent: the fish is incredibly fresh, cooked with respect and meticulous attention to detail. The dishes are balanced, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with friendly and professional service that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The desserts deserve special mention: homemade, meticulously prepared, and amazing! A place I'd love to return to and one I recommend without hesitation.

We ate very well, with carefully prepared, high-quality dishes.
The wide selection of local wines is also excellent, perfect to accompany the menu.
Recommended for those looking for good food and a nice selection of local wines.

25/11/2025: The owner is a gentleman. He has the bearing and manner of a prince. Excellent food, a historic restaurant on the coast. Everything perfect!
23/10/2025: The host, Fabio, offers our tour guests an amazing menu of fresh seafood or lamb, or vegetarian options if desired. Outside the window is a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. This is our go-to group lunch spot for our visits to Ortona on our WWII battlefield tours.

16/03/2026: We went to dinner at Trattoria San Domenico for the first time two weeks ago and loved it so much that we immediately returned the following Saturday with the whole group…
But the second time we didn't eat well; we ordered raw fish, and it was rather paltry and expensive.
Then they forgot to bring us the second bottle of wine we ordered. You can't enjoy a meal without a good wine.
Other courses were also forgotten, and finally, the roast wasn't as good as the first time.
I have to say, the first time we were satisfied.
But the second time…

18/01/2026: It's 4:04 PM, and we were seated at 1:31 PM. There were four of us... we waited a long time to see the menu, and almost an hour to eat the appetizer (a simple seafood salad). Then the first course (paccheri with amberjack sauce) arrived around 3:20 PM. It's 4:04 PM and we're still sitting here, waiting for the glass of wine we ordered half an hour ago.
We're about to say goodbye and leave.
17/12/2025: Hot and cold appetizers a little poor for my character, but anyway it makes up for the first and second courses... very good dishes in the end... service faster and more attentive than the last time I ate here.
