05/07/2026: Every time I stop to eat at Fabio's, I rediscover the "flavors of the sea" (which are not at home even in the most renowned restaurants) and the elegance of good manners that Fabio and his collaborators distribute in a restaurant that for me has been the pearl of Ortona for decades now.

The staff were friendly and helpful; they made us feel welcome throughout our dinner, even though they were late with service due to a lack of staff. The prices were very fair for the food. We definitely recommend it!
