04/02/2026: Don't miss this if you are planning to stay over in the Agnone area!! We stayed here in June 2025, and it was a fantastic experience. Authentic atmosphere, well maintained and a stunning view of the surrounding landscape with hilltop towns. A quiet and relaxing retreat in a region not too affected by tourists. Excellent base for visiting the charming town of Agnone and exploring the region's rich nature and wildlife. The masseria was spotless, simply perfect. A beautiful garden with flowers, various fruit trees and a nice pool area. Emma is a fantastic host. Breakfast included homemade cakes, jam and yoghurt ++. We also had dinner at the masseria, and every evening Emma surprised us with new dishes out of local recipes. The masseria also produces olive oil for purchase. And then, the wine... The masseria is surrounded by vineyards, and they make their own red wine, the Tintilia Zio Alfonso, which they sell directly from their cellar. Hidden gem.

25/11/2025: Out for work, the perfect dinner to revitalize the day. Unexpected portions of exquisite roast caciocavallo cheese, roasted to perfection, without drying it out, melting the inside while still leaving the outside tender. The beef fillet in Tintilla wine was a superb experience: perfectly cooked rare, with a strong wine reduction for at least 300-400 grams of excellent quality meat. A vast and comprehensive menu for every craving. Truly satisfied, highly recommended.

09/10/2025: Last night I went to Carlo's Guakamaya pizzeria in Isernia, and as a true Neapolitan, I can say I ate an excellent pizza. Excellent dough, a soft and flavorful crust, and abundant, high-quality ingredients. The place was well-heated and served at the table by a girl who always has a warm smile, which really brightens up the evening. I recommend everyone try Carlo's pizza.

01/01/2026: We visited for New Year's Eve lunch. We had a great time and ate very generous and tasty dishes. I highly recommend this place for a hearty and satisfying lunch.

11/01/2026: On December 21st, at the end of the hike up the beautiful Monte Marrone, I went to lunch at the agriturismo. It was a truly positive experience that I'll never forget. A warm welcome and spontaneous kindness, revealing a strong passion and connection to the historical and natural context. The food was good, practically all locally sourced. True rurality. Congratulations.

12/02/2026: We had a terrible experience here for lunch. The meat tasted like it had been cleaned with vinegar. The prices were very high for what we ate. A coffee was €1.50. Never again! The air inside was stale, and the bathroom was filthy.

The appetizers offer unexpected surprises, such as the Genoese lamb arancini, a dish that combines delicacy and tradition, reminiscent of time-honored cuisine and authentic flavors. But it's with its pizzas that the restaurant truly expresses its creativity. The pizza with white eggplant is delicate yet bold, a balance of flavors that captivates. The pizza with mortadella and pistachio is a perfect combination, a timeless classic that is brought to life here. 15/08/2025: We had lunch on August 15th with some friends and we had a great time. The food was excellent and the presentation of the dishes was exceptional.

22/02/2026: Extremely expensive for what we ate. Everything was good, though... House wine, pasta with tomato sauce for the daughter, a second course each, a first course shared between two, a dessert, and two coffees = €80.

31/01/2026: A very welcoming place, with a lovely fireplace that adds to the atmosphere you'd expect in a restaurant like this. The staff is helpful and know how to advise. The menu isn't the most extensive: a few dishes (there were only three starters, if I'm not mistaken), but overall, they're well-executed. The potato and cabbage tart and the carpaccio are excellent. The quality/price ratio is good.

06/12/2025: What do you do on a Saturday night to spend some time peacefully? You're looking for a welcoming and warm place to enjoy an excellent aperitivo made up of many tasty snacks and a well-crafted spritz. Add to this an attentive, knowledgeable staff that makes you feel at home. That's what we experienced tonight. This place was a delightful discovery. When we return to Isernia, it will be our go-to place. Keep up the good work! Stefano & Laura

06/09/2025: Antonella's Bistro, located very close to the entrance to Pozzilli Hospital, offers excellent value for money. The first courses are very tasty; I particularly enjoyed the "Cazzariegl' with beans, escarole, and porcini mushrooms," which are gnocchi made with water and flour, exquisitely crafted and flavorful. The ricotta and mushroom ravioli are top-notch, especially because they're covered in a delicious Genovese sauce made with pieces of pork. The mutton arrosticini also turned out to be very good.
