The curt and uninteresting response was, "We're fully booked." I reiterated that I only wanted two takeout pizzas, and they repeated, "We're fully booked." You be the judge.

31/07/2026: Neither good, neither bad. This is from an American perspective. The nachos were pretty average, but the only thing that threw me off was the pickles. Who would put pickles on nachos? Usually, it’s supposed to be jalapeños. However, because they’re not that common in Italy, I see their logic. Jalapeños are pickled, pickles are pickles. The burger was something else, and it was classic “New York convenience store” quality. I could smell it from a mile away when I heard they didn’t ask “how would you like it cooked” or its Italian equivalent. Service was average European service, not bad. The vibe was honestly cool as hell. Classic, Texas ranch. You can’t beat it, and it’s real nice. Looks like something you’d see from a movie or from Texas. Just get rid of the paper wrap on the table. Otherwise, that atmosphere was FIRE! Adding these factors, I’d have to give a 3/5, because while the atmosphere and ambience was good, the food is still important. I’m giving a 3/5 for their food as well, because while the burger was something from a convenience store, and the nachos were not authentic, the pizzas were still good.

11/07/2026: We came here to eat because it had been recommended for the quality of the food, and I can confirm that it was good. It's a shame that the service was terrible, incredibly slow in serving the tables. We sat down at 1:30 PM (there were 4 of us), had appetizers, 2 first courses, and 3 second courses, and the second courses arrived at 3:30 PM, 2 hours after we sat down. We then got up for dessert at 4:00 PM. Even more serious than the slowness was the attitude of the wait staff, who seemed almost annoyed when we asked them to wait. When we asked about the timing for the second course, they replied, "The meat is already on the stove," which then arrived at least 40 minutes after that communication. I repeat: embarrassing. I can turn a blind eye to the disorganization, but not to the mockery. It's a shame because, as I said, the quality of the food wasn't bad at all.

A well-managed property, with plenty of greenery and pleasant spaces, it's steeped in authenticity and tradition. 14/06/2026: The property is splendid, nestled in an ancient village expertly restored and renovated. The surrounding panorama is marvelous, and the greenery that envelops it conveys a pleasant sense of peace and serenity. The rooms are well-kept, clean, and perfectly in keeping with the property's surroundings. Unfortunately, our experience was severely compromised by the presence of a particularly noisy group of guests. From the afternoon onward, shouting and noise in the pool area made it difficult to enjoy the tranquility of the place. The situation then degenerated during breakfast, when the constant loud chatter, skits, jokes shouted across the table, and the general atmosphere of confusion made it impossible to enjoy a meal in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We can't imagine if we had stayed for dinner. We fully understand that a vacation is a time for relaxation and conviviality, and that a certain level of noise is normal. However, there's a very simple concept that we mere mortals call respect, which avoids compromising the lives, and in this case, the stay, of other guests. In a property that presents itself as a place of well-being, relaxation, and exclusivity, mutual respect should be a priority. What disappointed us most was the lack of intervention by the restaurant manager to contain the situation; such a racket in common areas is probably considered normal. As a result, we were unable to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere that is one of the property's main strengths. Considering that rates start at around €150 per night, we would have expected greater attention to the comfort and well-being of all guests. EVERYONE! We also understand that you might be asking yourself, "What could we have done?" It would have been enough to not appear smiling and conniving at the attitude, trying to maintain a professional demeanor (it doesn't matter if you ask the waiters to clear your plate as soon as you finish eating, if the environment in which I'm having breakfast is chaotic). A real shame, because the location is truly worth it and has all the potential to offer an excellent experience and revitalize an area like Molise, often mistreated and overlooked. If I could only comment on the receptionist who welcomed us and the two young men who served us coffee, I'd give it a 10. The young woman was extremely kind, polite, and friendly—a truly delightful woman. Fortunately, there are young people who are reviving the fortunes of a southern Italy still deeply rooted in rudeness and a total lack of respect for others.

14/09/2025: A really lovely restaurant with a varied menu featuring local ingredients. Gluten-free pasta, gluten-free bread and desserts, and fresh ingredients. Friendly service and excellent value. And finally, a beautiful view over the valley.

13/10/2025: We're updating our review. A favorite in the area. Spacious, comfortable, and family-friendly. The house mixed antipasto with cured meats and cheeses, served with delicious Montepulciano jam, was delicious. The first course was a tough one to decide: long homemade pasta with sausage and porcini mushrooms, homemade gnocchi with gurnard sauce or pesto... This time I opted for the first course. Once again, an excellent choice. The house wine was full-bodied and just right. Due to limited time, I had to postpone dessert until the next opportunity, which I hope won't be missed. See you soon.
