26/01/2026: Fantastic experience. Excellent food and a very pleasant atmosphere. The best Mexican restaurant!

24/01/2026: Biblical wait times! From 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM, two appetizers were served. The beans were barely warm, and the rest of the food was cold from the refrigerator. Only the burgers and fried food were okay. Clearly, there's a lack of staff and experience.

24/02/2026: Disappointing, unfortunately. The food arrived, after a bit of a wait, at an odd temperature. Some dishes were cold, and some were even burned, but that's more or less understandable. The concern lies in the menu management, which doesn't include any changes other than the removal of ingredients. Some dishes were missing ingredients, and it could be understood if they were out, but it would be nice to point this out. Furthermore, the prices were decidedly high for the quality offered. No complaints about the wait staff.

07/02/2026: We loved the food and drinks at santo taco! We ordered margaritas, pastor tacos and quesadillas, chips & guacamole, and cod tacos. This place had authentic ingredients and flavors in their food, would 100% recommend coming!

12/02/2026: Tonight my wife and I dined at Diablo Saloon in Pavia, and the experience was truly enjoyable, perfect for ending a day of exploring the city. The restaurant has a warm and informal atmosphere, in true American Western/steakhouse style: wood, soft lighting, and that relaxed pub vibe where you can sit back and enjoy the evening. We ordered a delicious grilled steak with fries, served hot, tender, and well-cooked, with that flavorful crust typical of a well-done grill. The portions are generous and satisfying, perfect if you're hungry after walking all day around Pavia's city center. We paired it with a fresh salad and simple but perfectly executed flatbread. For drinks, we chose cocktails (a gin and tonic and a soft drink): well-prepared, served with plenty of ice, and beautifully presented.

21/05/2025: Truly embarrassing, I booked despite the fact that the place was closed, without anyone notifying me. I made a fool of myself.

16/11/2025: Terrible experience, a place to absolutely avoid for hygiene, service, and management. I stopped once and witnessed a scene where a waiter made a group of people, including children, leave, who were about to order just because one person had a scoop of ice cream. You're basically sending customers away. Maybe you like working without earning money. It was a scene that made those people uncomfortable, as well as me and other customers, in public and in a public place. I'll also go on to say that the environment was dirty: sticky tables, as was the cashier's counter, dirt on the floor and chairs, the bathroom was dirty with pieces of paper on the floor, and there was no paper towel for drying your hands or for personal hygiene. And don't tell me it was finished just before and that you clean every day, because I don't believe it. Cleaning the place and checking the bathroom facilities should be done daily and before opening. Instead of sitting and smoking continuously, why don't you fix it? You need an inspection. Not to mention the prices, which are excessive for a place like this with terrible service. I'd add that seeing this place practically always empty, especially at night and on weekends, is wonderful. On weekends, every place is full except yours; even the ice cream shops next door are full, while yours is practically empty. I'm not the first, nor will I be the last, to give a negative review, especially about the ice cream, which seems to be a sore point for you. You turn away people who sit down to order a drink just because someone has a scoop of ice cream in their hand, but do you even sell ice cream to be so aggressive? Are they competing with you? I don't think you sell ice cream. You should open an ice cream shop so you can solve every problem. Finally, I hope the building is yours, because if you're renting, you're causing damage to the landlord. If you close down tomorrow, the owner of the building will have a hard time finding someone to rent in your place because your behavior has ruined the image and the place. I conclude by advising you not to respond with the usual phrases you've read in other reviews, like "you can't bring ice cream," "if anything happens you're the one responsible," "it's written on the table," etc. It's embarrassing for you, especially since there's no law prohibiting you from doing this for a guest. 14/09/2025: Decent service. The drink was overpriced because the glass was almost entirely filled with ice. The drinks didn't taste very flavorful or strong. The hookah was overpriced because it had very little draw. It should also be noted that the hookah was of poor quality and immediately tasted burnt!

05/09/2025: we visited today with my boyfriend did not eat so cant tell, shisha was good (we had the one called fusion), drinks were very nice - plenty of alcohol in them 😅 (we had some of the long drinks) the staff was friendly...plenty of space to sit because we came around 9pm. overall opinion: very nice bar, would visit again
